The stay was as expected as we had been here before. It is convieniently located next to Sea World. Rooms are standard, they can be a little tight with four people in there.

Just recently had 10 days at Sea World Resort. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Restaurant expensive if you're not a 'big' eater as it's a set price and all you can eat. Only fabulous if you eat heaps and reminded us very much of Sizzler. Great if thats what you love. Being so accessible to Sea World was absolutely fabulous but in hindsight the […] Resort is geared for children younger than my own. The hotel and staff were very good and friendly. The hotel itself is looking a little tired and could do with a freshen up. The fact that they have changed owners and now do not have sesame street characters was a little dissapointing. Overall the stay was comfortable and relaxing and i would stay there again next year.

Hotel has been updated. Was clean and tidy. My daughter enjoyed her self, enjoyed the swimming pool and seaworld. The unlimited free entrance to sea world i thought was very attractive as we visited a couple of times. close to marina mirage so enjoyed a few different restaurants. Very central and also close to the beach.

great place to stay with kids - great waterpark at hotel and the visit by Nickelodeon characters each morning in foyer for photos a treat for the little ones. Easy and convenient access to Sea World water park. Our room was clean and modern.

This was a great place for our family and the SBSP splash zone was awesome to go to before hitting the park. A few complaints - they need more staff at the resort, especially at the bar/resturant outside of the Shoreline. They also should provide a free shuttle service to the other parks in their arsenal and hotel. A few tips - when staying in the […] family rooms; we'd suggest going to Woolies or Coles in Surfers first to get snacks etc... since it is pretty pricey once on the resort. This is our second stay at Sea World Resort, and we would stay there again. We are a family of 2 adults & 2 young kids (7yrs, 3yrs). Sea World is definitely geared for kids. Our kids had a great time and especially enjoyed the water park. My kids also enjoyed the meet and greet with the nickelodeon characters. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Japanese […] restaurant was good. Buffet breakfast was not great, but okay.... The variety of dishes and fruits available was disappointing (for the price). I was very impressed with the service. I stayed at the hotel with a group of friends who were playing at a nearby music festival. Iexpected to be treated like a teenager although the staff gave us the same courtesy and attentiveness as all the other guests although ensured that we didn't disturb the other anyone. Best stay for sight seeing in Sea world, for the convenience sake only. 2nites is optimum stay. Will opt for renovated rooms at Bay wing than old Garden Wing. careful while booking with this hotel especially in hi season for we booked 2 rooms and missed one since we arrive late although notice was given. not yet successful in our attempt to retrieve […] our paid advance payment. contacted 4times all Indian staffs but so far already 10days till now this review no good faith responses are showed. Seaworld resort hotel able to shower us with proper consolation for this mishap by free-upgrading our rooms and gave free dinners for our families. TOP point on that. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. We stayed for 9 nights and used all the facilities and were very happy with everything.

Wonderful stay, but did have to up grade as the room we first got had been locked up and smelt ,no view and not near the pool but seaworld were great and didnt charge much extra for a room right on the pool.

It is a nice place. The pool was great. The walk to sea World was nice. Once you got in the resort, the food prices were straight up crazy. We went over the Christmas holiday, and boy did they jack up the prices. $180 per person for the Christmas Lunch. $75 per person for Christmas dinner. So, we left the resort a lot when we got hungry. Surfers' Paradise […] had nicer places with a better vibe. So, if you are rich and lazy, hit this up. If you have to look at prices like me, maybe just stay at a hotel that isn't a resort. My kids were so impressed with this hotel - and so was I! Very family orientated, amazing resort style pool, daily visits in the foyer by Sesame Street characters, kids club, unlimited entry to Sea World...and so much more! The rooms are spotless, modern and have great views. The only gripe I had is that you don't get a toaster or microwave in the room, […] hence the closest restaurant is in the resort, which is convenient but could become very costly if you dined there everyday! Loved Sea World, I was only dissapointed as I had construction right outside my room which wasn't a great view, and also staff did not advise the cost of breakfast when we checked in, we thought it was complimentary, but then on checkout they wanted to charge us $60 for one mornings breakfast where we only had a piece of toast each!

패키지라 저렴하게 씨월드에도 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 아이들을 동반하면 뷔페도 저렴하게 즐길 수 있어요. 어른 요금에 아이들은 $1로 즐길 수 있어요. 인터커넥션룸에 묶었는데 그곳에는 작은 주방에 전자렌지까지 있어 햇반을 데워 먹기도 했답니다. 세탁실에서는 수영장에서 젖은 옷들을 세탁하고 건조까지 하였습니다. 하나 부족할 것이 없는 여행이였어요. 아이들과 가기에는 넘 좋아요....강추

정말 황당한 호텔입니다. 시설도 너무 오래 되었고 전반적으로 호텔이라기보다는 우리나라 삼류 콘도 수준입니다. 4명이 숙박하는 것으로 등록했는데 달랑 수건 두장에 손가락만한 샴푸 린스 등이 전부였고 꼭 전화를 하거나 쪽지를 써 놓아야 더 갔다줍디다. 호주 사람들이 무뚝뚝한건지 직원들도 상당히 불친절합디다. 옷장 등은 곰팡이 냄새에 절어 옷을 넣어 둘수가 없었습니다. 위치도 씨월드와 인접한 것 외에는 시내와도 너무 멀고 주변에 식당 등 편의 시설 하나도 없습니다. 시내 한 번 나가는 데 택시비 보통 왕복 7만원 듭디다. 크리스마스 성수기라 그런지 호텔비는 타 지역 특급 호텔 수준으로 냈는데 제대로 대접도 못 받은 것 같아 열밨았습니다. […] 저희가 여행을 자주 다니는 편인데 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 전 이런 후기 한번도 쓴 적 없는데 넘 열 받아서 적습니다. 이 호텔 비추입니다.
