Tiara at the front desk was very friendly, professional and helpful. We ate breakfast at the Bistro and the gentleman there, (I didn't get his name) was also very friendly and professional even though he was very busy. Our stay at the Marriott went very well and I definately would stay there again.

This was a very nice place on the frontage road next to the Frisco mall. Its very conviently located. Its also in a very nice surroundings there.

Our only complaints involved the school kids that were staying there were being too loud and when the toilet above us was flushed it was loud. The grounds were beautiful, the people friendly, and the location was great for our shopping trips.

There is a more costly Marriott 1/2 mile up the street which (besides external aesthetics) has nothing on this excellent hotel. Clean rooms, very responsive staff, easy going atmosphere and good location. Room was quiet and very clean. I liked that I could open my window to enjoy the courtyard sounds and spring air. I will absolutely return.

It was a very friendly, happy environment. The employees were all very nice, friendly, and professional. We had a great view of the courtyard which helped with creating a romantic scene in the evenings. The food was great and the hotel was well maintained.

Overall it was very nice. I booked the room over the internet and paid for breakfast for me and my guests. I did not like that coffee was limited to one cup, no refills.

I was very impressed with my stay at hotel. We had a problem with our breakfast being included with our room fee that got messed up. I thought I had gotten it fixed on Saturday but happened again on Sunday. I got charged for the breakfast separate from the room. The discounted price was great, although the room was as expeceted for the price I did pay. Bathroom could have been nicer, there was no fan in the room that had the toilet, and the shower curtain was too short so it let water run all over the floor. When we arrived in the room it had not been properly clean. A used soap bar was on the still dirty sink. There was a used towel hanging on the towel rack. There was a used towel draped over the shower curtain rod. There was a butt-shaped impression on the supposedly clean beds. If the room had been cleaned, they need to get rid of the staff.

If I had realized they didn't have free breakfast I wouldn't have booked it. It was right off the express way which was good and seemed to be in a business district. It had nice selection of restaurants. The hotel workers were very nice and my room was clean so it was a satisfactory stay.

Not impressed. Hotel employees need to be able to speak English. Had to take a shower in the dark. Told front desk but they didn't offer to deduct anything from the room. Need better customer service.

Very clean, comfortable room in a great location. However, the room was suppose to have a sleeper sofa (the hotel didn't have ANY sleeper sofas). Aslo, I paid extra for Breakfast. This location didn't have a breakfast to include. Sitll, it was a nice place and the rate was fine.

We arrived at our hotel at 10:15 after a FIVE hour drive in from Beaumont, Texas. We get our room key and drive around to a side entrance. We unload our luggage now at around 10:25 and enter the elevator. Excited to see our room, because we are tired and hungry, we open the door to our room only to see the bed is not made. We are confused and thinking […] we are walking in on someone's room. We promptly call the front desk to ask to be moved to another room. The front desk attendant sends another key to the room, that we are standing outside of, and says your room is JUST down the hallway. Is it an automatic upgrade? No. So we kindly ask the front desk for an upgrade for our troubles. Another 10 minutes pass. We get another key sent our way. So off we go to our room FINALLY!!! The front desk calls shortly thereafter. She asks if everything is ok. We'll the room stinks and it's suppose to be a NON-smoking room. I ask kindly if breakfast will be included in our stay. She states well that was an extra charge but she will complement that. OH GEEZ thanks My breakfast was $6.15. So I will continue to use Hotels.com and it's services but unfortunately not staying at a Marriot. Thank you. Läs mer

Hotel and pool were well maintained; lobby and patio areas nicely decorated and furnished; wireless access greatly appreciated. Would have liked to have been provided with better information regarding airport shuttle services.

This hotel is beautiful and the room with balcony was awesome. The front desk clerk's personality was superior and she was very informative. The food and bar was excellent. Celebrating my birthday with BF of 47 years. Balcony was on the side where the pool, otherwise just wonderful...

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff was very nice and polite. However, the condition of our room was outdated and dumpy. The lobby was the only nice feature. I've stayed at La Quintas that were nicer. If I wasn't in such a hurry I would have switched hotels and stayed else where. It was a terrible value. I won't stay here again.

The room descriptions on the website do not match the actual facility. This hotel does not have roll-away beds. It also only has one crib available in the entire hotel. Call ahead to see what they can actually accommodate because it can very deceptive.

It was a nice enough hotel. I spent extra for a balcony, which wasn't really worth it. The bed was absolutely amazingly comfortable. Nive TV. And don't get me wrong, there was nothing bad about it. It just could have been a little less bland and a maybe offer room service.
