Över förväntan. Bra läge nära sawgrass mills mall där man kan göra riktiga fynd. Hotellet fixade shuttle för två dollar per person till hockeymatchen på BT&T arena vid Sawgrass mills mall och för den som saknar Sverige ligger IKEA ett stenkast iväg. Amerikanske frukost med våfflor och sockerchock.

Väldigt bra hotell med häftig inredning och poolen på taket med bar etc.

Rummet så vid första anblicken litet ut med små sängar, men ändå ok eftersom det låg nära flygplatsen. Efter en stund upptäckte vi att mattan var fruktansvärt smutsig. Gick man barfota bara en liten stund så blev fötterna kolsvarta! Badrummet var också mycket litet och all inredning såg väldigt gammal ut. Känslan var alltigenom ofräsch. "Great "next to the airport" hotel"
Pretty run down, slight smell of mold in the corridors and rooms, but otherwise ok standard in general. Very close to the airport (which was what we wanted). Good service at reception, airport transportation go around the clock, very smooth. No breakfast, but McDonald's is just around the corner. "will not stay again"
For the amount that I paid - could have gone to other better places. Bath tubs showed signs of aging. Tiny rooms. Room's windows face a busy street. Constant vehicle noise inspite of closed windows. Very noisy. No complimentary breakfast - even for the amount that I paid. Internet reception was poor (actually no signal) in room 231 hence had to move […] closer to the router. Frontdesk was reluctant to switch inspite of having stayed only for 1/2 hr in 231 after check in. They felt I have used the room already. Totally very old building, narrow corridors, musty smell. "Roach motel without the roaches?"
Didn't realize this was a place with doors facing outside instead of a hall in a building. Neighborhood was kind of shady so I locked up everything. Room seemed clean but the lighting was dim so not sure. Bathroom needed a make over; cracked ceilings, rusty handles, and tile coated with lime. "not a good place to stay"

It was the ugliest hotel I've stayed, well in fact I didnt stayed I decided to pick up my stuff one hour afetr my check in and leave them. Rooms were tidy but the carpets were filthy and the bedding was stained. The tap in the bathroom leaked/dripped all night. Workers were doing something outside my sister's room both days we were there and they came in and out of her room as they pleased. Housekeeping never let us have more than 2 towels at a time and they removed all towels and didn't return them for several hours. other than that, no major issues. The room was far from the office (several buildings) and the clerk failed to properly charge the key card so I had to carry my bags back and forth up and down stairs. After a long flight. "Bad Service"
Well the fire alarm went off at around 12:30AM for about 10 minutes after which it was shut off. However, there was no staff to be found. The next morning I inquired as to why this happened and everyone acted as if I was wrong and that nothing had happened. "Won't happen again"
Let me start off with the good things. The staff was very friendly... Now on to the bad stuff. After checking in we went to our room and as we opened the door were slapped in the face with a smell of bleach which was immediately meant I could not stay there as my son who is 2 was with me. Then I noticed the room which to my surprise was much more compact […] than the pictures I had previewed. Went to the front desk who had just told the woman in front of me there was no way they could change rooms as they were completely booked. As I approached and explained my situation they immediately switched me. New room more closely appeared as the one in the pictures. My son had to run around in the room and took off his shoes. Within 2 minutes he tried to get on the bed and we saw his feet they were nearly completely black. Truly disgusting. The vent in our bathroom seemed to be adjoined to a smoking room because the first night our bathroom smelled of cigarettes. The staff seemed nice enough and the linens were fine. "After a long flight..."
The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff courteous and helpful. Having just had a 9 hour flight, the hotel was ideally placed for an overnight stay, before heading up-state. The only drawback for us was single-glazing in a room overlooking a very busy road, which meant we couldn't have slept late, even if we had wanted to. The front desk was very friendly. The room was spartan and the maintenance was minimal. Bed and bathroom were very clean. We had a room in the main building but I looked in the rooms out back (unoccupied ones-- I'm not peeping) and they were much nicer. The pool area was surprisingly nice, although the weather was way too cold for a swim. This is an […] old-school hotel and I would love to know the history. Very basic accommodations (at least in the front building) and the street is a bit noisy but overall much better than I expected. The free ride to the cruise port in the morning was well organized and efficient. Would stay here again for a pre-cruise place to crash. The staff is professional and efficient, but I got a smoking room, it was choking. I could not be changed to a non smoking room because the hotel was full.
