Perfekt läge. Mycket fräsch och god frukost som gav en god start på dagen.Sängarna var mycket sköna och badrummet fräscht men rummet hade behövt tex ta ut sin gamla heltäckningsmatta för där var en konstig doft i rummet. Poolterassen var lagom stor och mysig att även besöka på kvällarna. Positivt med ett gym, litet men med fin utsikt och lite olika redskap.

Det var inget fel på hotellet, utan hotels.com information om hotellets läge var misvisande och kostade mig mycket tid och pengar. Var på Puerto Rico på konferens och det framgick inte på något sätt att hotellet låg långt ifrån platsen där konferensen hölls.

"Nice hotel, good value"
We stayed only one night. It is very close to the airport. The is a small pool are which we did not use. A taxi ride into old San Juan took like 15 minutes. I can recommend this hotel for a couple of nights. There is also a casino which we did not use.Verifierad gästrecension

Mycket trevligt hotell med härlig atmosfär och stämning. Härligt, stora rum. Underbar lobby, trevligt pool område och framförallt "Coctail reception" under en tvåtimmars period på kvällen med gratis coctails och snacks var helt suveränt. Riktigt härligt hotell. "Great Loation"
The check in attendant Aisha was not very welcoming. She never asked us for our names, to put us on the breakfast list which caused confusion the first day we went to eat. She gave is three rom keys for four guests. When we asked her about events going it was like pulling teeth and in the end she said" just go see the lasdy at that desk" which was consierge. […] The phone in the bedroom did not work, although we asked several times for the room attendant to giveus four towels she only gave us three every day. A t the pool there was one person in charge of cleaning, and towels, which caused wait time of standing at the towel hut to get or retuern a towel this was the case every day . I suggest they have pool side service for drinks and snacks as would generate more revenue. The positive is the food at El Patio was great, the bartender was very friendly. "Will stay again"
The Embassy Suite and all the employees were really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean too. The only thing is I wish they upgraded their beds from doubles to queens. "good hotel for tourists"
Our first time at the Embassy and San Juan. April vacation with 5yr old + 7 yr old. We had two double bed + sofa - spacious, clean, safe. The room was a little run down but we were not planning to stay in the room. Good breakfast. Taxi ride to Old San Juan is about $21 + tip. Close to airport - about $12 + tip taxi ride. There is no meter on the taxi […] - they just tell you how much they want to charge. Good touring agency in the hotel. They arranged everything. The snorkeling is not like Hawaii - they drop you off 10feet+ to see the fish - but the kids had fun at the beach even though the waves are stronger than Hawaii. The trip to the Bay is too long for young kids - starts @ 2pm and will not return you until midnight. Embassy is close to Walgreens and numerous restaurants and Baskin Robins. The hotel was pretty nice, although the design of the space creates intense sound that is not damped inside the rooms. Service was very good, and the location was close to the airport but too far to many of the nice walking areas in San Juan. "Central location"
We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. We were there during Holy Week, and even though it was very busy in the hotel, they were able to accommodate and serve everyone! "Beautiful Facility"
We only had the pleasure of staying one night as we were flying out the next day. The staff was vey friendly. We were able to use the business center in order to print our boarding passes. The room was beautiful. The morning of our flight out, we had a very good breakfast. Check out was easy and visitors were able to park in a garage free of charge […] if a customer. "Post cruise"
Had a great time we got there early our rooms weren't ready which I knew wouldn't be but they took our luggage gave us passes and let us enjoy their beautiful hotel. "Mixed Reviews"
The hotel staff was very accommodating. The outside of the hotel was nice along with the lobby and the pool was spectacular. Our room however, left a little to be desired. The overhead light when we walked in our room was broken, our bathroom outlet was messed up, carpet had stains and our particular room overlooked nothing but a roof. We also had an […] issue with our air conditioning, but they were quick to resolve it. However, the bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. This hotel is also not right on the beach, but the walk was only about 5 minutes - it just would have been nice to have immediate access. The hotel provides a nice complimentary hot breakfast each day - especially nice if you have kids. "Great hotel for family"
I loved the hotel!!! I was there from January 27 through February 3, 201...The rooms are as pictured, I know sometimes when you arrive at hotels they are not at all as pictured, but this was. The staff there was really nice, and helpful (if you need directions or ideas on places to visit while in Puerto Rico). The breakfast was pretty good, it is the […] same everyday, but that doesn't mean it's not good. I would like to inform everyone that if you plan on visiting the bar...don't! It's very expensive!! Instead, try your luck at the Casino, even if it's only a few bucks, it will be worth it since drinks are free while playing in the casino!! Just ask one of the waitresses inside the casino for your drinks. Also, happy hour is from 5 30 to 7 30, you can ask for 2 drinks at a time, then return for 2 more, and so on, you are not limited to 2 drinks for the whole 2 hours, as some say. "Close to the airport in Isla Verde"
Great location, a five minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotel provides chairs, umbrellas, towels at the waterfront location. Excellent customer service and complimentary amenities. Would definitely go back. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, quiet, comfortable and clean. Excellent pool area. Within a 5 minute easy walk to Isla Verde beach and the hotel provides chairs, umbrellas and towels at the beach ~ just look for the sign and present your room key. […] The Embassy has a 2 hr free cocktail hour in the lounge every night and a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning. Very close to the airport, so you're at the hotel within 5 minutes. Not much in the way of a hip surrounding neighbourhood; it's very quiet and laid back, but there are a few restaurants and a drug store within walking distance. If you're looking for an active night life i.e. latin bands/dancing, it's a 10 walk to the El San Juan. For more activity i.e non-beach time such as shopping, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. you can grab a taxi for $10 and head to the Condado area or take the bus for 0.75 (you'll need exact change.)
