Trevlig personal väldigt service vänliga,frukosten suberb,exta plus för minibar och kaffe på rummet och att man kunde gå ner i sällskapsrummet och blanda till sig en drink eller kaffe nackdelen var urtrist panorama på en smutsig bakgård och att folk kunde se rätt in i rummet om gardinerna var fråndragna

Helt ok hotell med 5 minuters promenad till torget i Gamla stan. Plus - OK läge - Trevlig personal - Fräscha rum och entré - Frukosten helt ok Minus - Lite halvsunkiga korridorer - Hissen gick endast upp till näst översta våningen. - Ingen utsikt

Lovely room, great location for easy strolling to most attractions, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved the honesty bar and Library- nice and unique idea. As for the breakfast- OUTSTANDING- such a fab selection and fresh and delicious. Would happily stay here again.

My husband and I travel a lot and this hotel ranks really high on our scale! The design is modern. Location is great, you can walk to the different areas in town from there. Service is very professional, yet friendly. Best breakfast ever! We actually wished it would rain more during our stay so that we'd have an excuse to enjoy the stay.

Enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Tina. It was convenient to walk to all the major sites (10 minutes to the astronomical clock). Breakfast was very good and the staff in the dining room was friendly and responsive. We were in the red tower and the view was overlooking the patio area but we were not in the room very […] much. We loved our stay in Hotel Maximilian. it was ideally located close to the Jewish Quarter and Old Town Square. The Hotel was gorgeous and all staff were highly professional and very friendly. What a wonderful hotel. we stayed for a long weekend and the quality of the fixtures and fitting was of a 5 star hotel. They have a lovely hotel bar and the wifi is very FAST. FREE WIFI everywhere for hotel guests. Air con works well. Breakfast was good and they make you your eggs any way you like. Machine coffee and tea all day long. The staff and […] reception are very helpful and the in room entertainment was good. Wide selection of free DVD's and free bottles of water. 5 mins walk from the main old town square and 5 mins to the metro and bus station. Honesty bar is a very nice touch. Läs mer

The hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us, particularly Peter at the front desk. This boutique hotel was superb. The breakfast was over the top excellent. Pleasant surprise in the middle of bustling downtown Prague. Even had underground parking for our car. Overall we felt very pampered here.

This is a fine hotel in a unique situation very close to the "John Lennon Wall" and under the Charles Bridge, on an island created by a channel cut to run a mill. The Vltava is spread out to the east and all of Prague, so get a room facing the river if you can. We didn't, but we still had a great stay here and would go back to the Archibald next ti […] me. Excellent location and amenities. The staff is top notch, like most fine hotels. Don't be fooled by location of other hotels. This is very close to Old Town and many of the sights yet far enough from feeling in the lurch of all the tourist shops. Breakfast is amazing. Keep up good work, Max. We booked this hotel after reading the reviews in tripadvisor... and I have to be honest... it was the best decision ever! Prague is an amazing city but the fact that we stayed in a hotel where staff was absolutely dedicated to make us feel great made our trip even better! The hotel is in the old town, has good transport links and it is in superb […] conditions plus the breakfast was more than decent! The Maximilian had comfortable clean rooms, excellent staff and an outstanding breakfast buffet (included). The location was a few short blocks from the Old Town Square and Josefov districts. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hotel very much.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It is a small boutique type hotel but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast which was included in my prices was great!

Great room, clean and nice decor. Loved the Nespresso machine. Concierge was very nice, location is very convenient. A little more expensive than other hotels in Prague, but was reasonable compared to similar hotels in other cities. Good quality shampoo and toiletries. We liked the room so much that we didn't want to leave and explore the city!

Can highly recommend this hotel: clean, quality accommodation, great location - walking distance to almost everywhere. Only small hinderance was the 'noisy' bedding and uncomfortable pillow - but maybe that was just me! Don't let it make you not stay here - I'm sure if i have asked they would have given me other bedding.

Hotel Maximillan far exceeded our expectations. From the time we first checked in during the wee hours of the morning the staff was more than friendly and accommodating. We liked the modern streamlined decor which was carried throughout the hotel, including the 2 public communal "libraries". The hotel was conveniently located to the Old Town Square and many places of interest to visit. It was quiet, clean, had a great breakfast, and the staff was very professional and helpful. There is a business internet center which was great to use.

Wonderful hotel with excellent location, quiet street but just 5 - 8 minutes and you are in the center of everything. Good size room, excellent bedding and service. The only small drawback I can see that if you are staying in the Red Tower, elevator only goes to the 5th floor and you need to take stairs to the 6th where my room was.

Beautiful modern hotel based in central position with easy access to main attractions. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing hotel. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Excellent varied choice for breakfast

Nice design and decor, comfortable beds (despite the two-twin-bed-mattress version of a king size bed), tasty breakfast included, tea and snacks available all day, great location. Staff went out of their way to help me make a very early flight including packing breakfast bags since we had to leave the hotel at 5 am. Suveræn morgenmad! Skønne værelser (vi havde superior dobbeltværelser) og vidunderligt personale. Beliggenheden fås ikke bedre - tæt på alt men ingen larm. Den selvbetjente hotelbar var ret dyr men man er jo heller ikke i Prag for at sidde i hotelbaren. Meget tilfreds med oppholdet! Perfekt beliggenhet i ei rolig gate bare et steinkast unna det meste i Gamlebyen, bra service og ikke minst bra frokost med muligheter for bestilling av varmmat som f.eks pannekaker etc fra kjøkkenet. Dette var et førsteklasses hotell meget sentralt beliggende i Praha. Lite trafikk så støy var ikke noe problem. Meget hyggelige og serviceinnstilte medarbeidere. Rent og pent overalt. Førsteklasses frokost. Utvilsomt et hotell å anbefale.

Vi var 9 stykker som overnattet siste helg i oktober 2011. Alle var veldig godt fornøyde med hotellet og den sentrale beliggenheten. Frokosten og den selvbetjente baren er verdt å nevnes spesielt. Betjeningen var veldig serviceinnstilt og hyggelig. Kan anbefales!

Vi boede på et af de "almindelige" værelser, og vi var MEGET tilfredse- OK morgenmad og god/hurtig betjening. Der var en god stemning og de var meget villig til at hjælpe, når vi spurte om noget. Kan varmt anbefales. Og området er perfekt.

hotel très bien placé. proche d'un grand nombre de monuments et du quartier historique de la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant. L'hotel est propre. On a beaucoup apprécié le sauna et la salle de sport.

Praha er en flott by. Det å bo på Maximilian gjorde weekendbesøket til en fantastisk opplevelse.

Perfekt beliggenhed! Hotellet ligger i en rolig gade, kun fem minutters gang fra rådhuspladsen. Super lækker morgenmadsbuffet! Værelset måske en anelse lille, og vær opmærksom på at der ikke er elevatoradgang til alle etager. Alt i alt et super godt hotel, der kun kan anbefales!

Et super-moderne hotel i den gamle og centrale del af byen! Virkelig et besøg værd! Alle pengene værd!!

Hotell Maximilian ligger sentralt til i gamlebyen uten å være sjenert av støy fra utelivet om natten. Rommet var fint, med minibar, safe, kaffemaskin og det ble satt frem vannflasker hver dag. Rengjøringen var bra. Frokostbufeten var rikholdig og det var mulighet til å bestille fra en tilleggsmeny uten å betale ekstra. Serveringspersonell gikk hele […] tiden og ryddet og kom med kaffe og annet en ba om. Personalet ved hotellet var meget serviceinnstilt og hjelpsomme. Første natten kom vi sent på grunn av forsinket fly og vi måtte overnatte på søsterhotellet Josef nær ved på grunn av en lekkasje. Dette ble ordnet helt elegant og problemfritt, vi ble fulgt av en hotellansatt og hjulpet med bagasje og i resepsjonen på det andre hotellet. En spesiell takk til nattportieren Zusanne som alltid var hjelpsom og hyggelig. God kunnskap, og ordnet billetter for oss når vi trengte det. Det lønner seg å benytte seg av hotellets transportservice til og fra flyplassen. Dyktige sjåfører som vet hvilke destinasjoner som går fra de forskjellige terminalene, fine biler og ikke minst fast rimelig pris. ( De blir selvfølgelig glad for å få litt ekstra) En blir ikke lurt slik en ofte kan bli av mange drosjesjåfører og private aktører i markedet. Läs mer

Suveræn god beliggenhed. Det bedste sted vi nogensinde har boet i Prag. Tæt på alle seværdigheder i Prag. ca. 450 m. til rådhuspladsen, så alt er i gå afstand - perfekt. Super professionel betjening. En morgenbuffet langt udover det sædvanlige - sikken en oplevelse, det skal bare opleves - rent forkælelse. De fysiske rammer og aktiviteter på hotellet […] er bare helt i top. Vi tilbragte 5 overnatninger på hotellet ifm. storbyferie. Vi er to voksne og 1 barn og vi var yderst tilfredse - specielt morgenmaden vil vi huske meget længe

Alt oggodt å si om hotellet, fint rom, eksellent frokost og gode fasiliteter. 10 minutter å gå til torget i gamlebyen. Vennlige og tjenestevillige ansatte.
