Me and my family recently stayed at this hotel and it was the worst. The lights in the halls are dark and smelled. The room had hair in the fridge, spots on the nasty carpet and mold on the shower curtains. I've stayed at La Quinta's before and never seen one like this. They have lost me as a customer. I traveled far to get there and the last thing […] I wanted to do was feel uncomfortable in a place where I should. They should steam clean there nasty carpet from pets that left feces and urine on the floors. There wasn't enough food to accommodate their guest. The workers wanted to hand me clean linen without taking off their dirty cleaning gloves.You wouldn't think this would happen in a location by 200k dollar homes and a minature golf course across the street.smh. Carpets were filthy from previous pets, breakfast was poor very little variety. Staff were friendly and ample parking space but certainly will not go back.

I loved the hotel and the wonderful people that work there. The only thing I would suggest is the check out time at the hotel says its at 11 but online says its at 12. If its going to be 11 it should be that online too. But overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again

This La Quinta was a good deal, if you are traveling with pets and just need a place for a night or two. It is quite worn down, and needs several upgrades. The breakfast was only a choice of waffles, and 3 dry cereals, and a little dry toast (not a full hot breakfast). However, the location was only a few minutes drive away from all major stuff. Never stayed at a La Quinta before. Was VERY pleased. For the price cannot beat it. Very pet friendly. If you are traveling with your dog, this is a great spot. A short walk to the beach. We usually stay ocean front, but we found being back a few blocks is better. Rooms are nicer and much less sand to deal with around the pool, hotel area. It was overall good. The hotel is a little bit far away from the central area but it is very close to the beach and nearby there are several restaurants, there is a very entertaining mini golf, pharmacies. Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock Caffee are also nearby.

Even though I will never use hotels.com again, I did however really appriciate the staff at the Laquita inn. They were all very supportive and understanding in my needs during our trip, which included my dog giving birth prematurely in the hotel. Giving them being so pet friendly and so nice about our situation I will absolutely go back to this hotel […] again. I would suggest to anyone who has a pet and goes on vacation to use them!!! The room smelled damp. The carpets were old, dirty and needed replacement. Hot water for the shower took a while to work. It is a pet friendly hotel but some guests apparently did not feel they had to clean up after their animals. I booked the hotel last minute for a quick overnight stay to visit friends. Probably would not stay there again.

MY OVER ALL STAY WAS GOOD,BUT THE CLEANING STAFF IS LAZY. LEFT ROOM IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON AND CLEANING STAFF NEVER CAME BACK TO CLEAN MY ROOM. THEY JUST LEFT CLEAN TOWELS ON MY BED AND LEFT.. NEVER SEEN SUCH LAZY PEOPLE BEFORE . BUT BESIDES THAT MY STAY WAS GOOD .....

We only stayed one night but the service was good. They accomindated my pet which was a great reward for me. as my pet was not very sociable. But with this experience she has learnt to be sociable. We did not have to leave her behind with the vet. Thank You very much from my pet Laila.

The hotel was well kept, however, the smell of mildew is apparent throughout the halls. The front desk & housekeeping staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel wasn't right on the beach, but it was close enough to the things that we wanted to see and do. It is an older building, but it was clean and well maintained. The walls a thin, and they do allow pets, so be prepared. For a family on a budget it was a good choice.

Everyone was very nice especially the gentleman at the front desk. Although one of the maids did holler at me for I don't know what. I took care of that problem quick. One bad apple did not spoil the bunch. The rooms where very clean and nice, I live the fact that they accept pets.
