Mycket vackert inrett hotell, med trevlig personal, fräsch pool/gymanläggning. En verklig avkoppling att komma till. väl värt avståndet till centrum kalla fall om man har bil. Mkt prisvärt!

Rekommenderar detta hotell! Nyrenoverat. Trevlig personal!!!! Ett minus var dock att barnmaten skulle vara gratis vid betalande vuxen. Detta är något som alla Holiday Inn hotell har. Tyvärr var det endast frukosten som var gratis. Middagen fick vi betala trots att det stod på menyn att den skulle vara gratis......... Konstigt tyckte vi...................... Annars ett superfint hotell som verkligen var värt sitt pris

hotellet ligger precis bredvid gerogia aquarium och world of coca cola. fint hotell. pool och fitnessrum. fanns även tvättmaskiner och torktumlare vilket är bra om man är på längre resa! dessa använde vi.

Trevligt hotell med radhuskänsla. Bra pool mitt i området. Kan tänka mig att det är störande att bo nära poolen eller basketplanen. Gratis parkering. Vi hade ett stort rum, två quensize plus bäddsoffa och komplett kök. Bekvämt! Lugnt närområde.

"Crestwood Suites is close to all main stores and r"
The hotel cost is not comparable to the hotel. The rooms are small, and the entire hotel needs to be completely updated. Besides the pets barking all night, the smell of unclean rooms, and hallways,and not quite handicapped accessible, it made my stay horrific.

I had a house guest that I couldn't accommodate so I had to get her a room and decided to stay with her. We had a good time the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was the water would not warm up, I dont know if it was because we got there at 11:45p but I took a shower and it was at best lukewarm. This hotel is excellently located and offers pretty standard fare at a reasonable price.
My room was near the exit door. Someone had the exit door propped open and people came and went until almost 3:00 am in the morning letting the heavy door slam over and over against what it was propped open with while they "loudly" were yelling and partying up and down the hall.... I would not recommend this hotel. One arriving at the location, I was given a key and room number to find that someone was already in the rooom.... The attendant apoliged and gave me a new room and one arriving to the new room it had an odor to it and the sink in the kitchen area sprayed water everywhere. Hotel is a bit run-down, and I accept that for the price. A bit noisy and the clientele there were a bit below my standards. I may pay another $10 for nicer company.

Have no complaints about the room other than it was a little small for the double beds. The staff was nice and there were several places to eat close to the hotel.

I chose Crestwood Suites because it was close to my elderly parents in assisted living nearby. I kind of found if a little hard to find since it was off a parkway and not visible at night. When I got there, I was a little scared as I was a senior woman staying at an extended living facility. The clerk put me at ease saying that the facility was safe. […] I asked for a first floor room near the lobby, and he gave me that. I also asked if there was noise after hours from others. He said no. And I was pleased with the facility, except some of the TV channels were not coming in as well. "Fire Alarm"
The fire alarm went off at 3 am and there was absolutely no direction from the hotel staff.....actually there wasn't anyone at the front desk at the time....it was completely dark and a "gate" was up at the counter. No one made sure that all the guests were out of the building. The fire department came and left. Nothing was explained to us nor were […] we told it was okay to go back into the hotel. "Hotel in snellville, GA"
I was somewhat disappointed with service there. We didn't get the room we reserved. We didn't get clean towels when we needed them. We stayed one day loner than anticipated; the rooms didn't get cleaned at all. However, one female clerk tried to accommodate us. Her name was Janet. She offered me another room when my shower wouldn't work.

Hotel rooms are not maintained cleaned, dirty sheets and bathroom and kitchennett looks like no one has cleaned them.

I stayed 5 nights based on price. On 3 of those 5 mornings I walked out through the lobby to go to my car and there was a "local street person" who sleeps on their couch. There is no management presence... it's a bit scary if oyu had kids. On my last night I was awoken by the room next door having a fight. I finally ounded onthe wall to make them stop. "Crestview-I am a repeat guest"
This was my second stay at the Crestview. The hotel was nice, the employees were very nice & polite. Bring your own pillows, theirs are a little flat. The room was nice, kitchen area has what you need and very close to Target & Publix. Very convenient. My kids live in Georgia and this location is between them both. My only minor complaint- when you […] give me a paper that says we will clean your room on Monday- then do it. We didn't make a mess but were running low on toilet tissue and the garbage was a little high. We came in on Saturday and the room should have been cleaned on Monday with new towels and sheets as well as TP. Läs mer

"get by"
The price was the best part. In fairness I chose this hotel because I was unfamiliar with the area and was doing business nearby. It seems as though this place is not targeting 1-2 or 3 night business travelers but rather those in need of short-term or temporary living quarters. It is good that there are places that cater to this market niche.

"Housekeeping"
Nice enough, near every kind of shopping. Room was clean. However, if you want your bedding replaced, you take it off and deliver it to the front desk and they will give you clean to replace it with. That being said, Who changes it between guests? Just something to think about, I know I did!

I've stayed here before and came back. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. Great location. There's a super Kroger nearby, along with a movie theatre and plenty of restaurants along Scenic Highway (S.R. 124).
"Horrible Horrible Horrible"
The hotel was clean but guest services was a mess. No one was there to help us when we needed it, our room was given away to someone else (we were switched to a different room) without notice. And only by luck was someone there that we were able to get our key reactivated and let into a room for the night.
"Good room for the money"
This was my weekend away from the family. It was a wonderful loation. The room was clean and had everything I needed and was comfortable. There are 2 problems with this hotel, the walls are as thin as paper and you can hear every conversation with no trouble. Last thing, family showed up on my 2nd day, stayed in 3 rooms with about 15 people all together […] 10 of them kids and teenagers. As you can imagine they spent there time running up and downt he hall to each room, slaming the doors and yelling at each other in conversation outside there rooms. I thought it great when some of the women came back at 4:30 AM kicking on the door for the kids to wake up and let them in. Having the hotel clerk tell you there is nothing they can do doesn't help at all. For this reason when I really want peace I'll pay a little more for a hotel that has better guests and more control. The kitchen net is nice and close. Could use a hood for the smoke from food. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower head gave good amount of water. I liked how you could use the counter ether for using your computer or it could be an eating station. Could use 2 chairs.Also the hotel could use an ice machine.
