I enjoyed the hotel and all the servives but I was surprised to get hit with a $25 parking fee.

The room and view were as described on the website. The location was very good for the venues we intended to visit. The only thing that was dissapointing was the rate. I had booked 3 nights and this somehow precluded us from any of the breakfast/dinner deals which seem to be aimed at 1 or 2 night stays. In hind sight we should have only stayed 2 nights […] in Niagara falls. The room itself was comfortable and clean. We ate at the buffet breakfast and were happy with that. We had dinner in the restaurant and the menu was limited but the meal and staff were very good. Läs mer

This hotel I selected because of high ratings & was not disappointed, our room on the 21st floor had gorgeous view of the falls, room was clean and of good size for our family. Lots of choices for eating and other activities around. Enjoyed our stay enormously.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful view of the falls. Valet service made it kinda feel like we were trapped because we always had to call and wait for our car and at check out time the wait was 20 minutes. Service personnel were so friendly it felt like we were constantly being asked if we were enjoying our stay which instead of being nice felt desperate […] which is not as bad as bad service but it made us uncomfortable. No free internet in rooms and poor TV channels. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom so the room was not as clean as I like it. Beautiful place, no question but need to improve cleaning and tone down the 'friendly' factor or change what staff say to you so that the same question isn't being asked over and over again. Läs mer

I recently stayed with the marriott hotel with my boyfreind, and must say that we had the most delieghtful time. our room was goergoues with a fallsview. took in the activities around the grounds and just fully enjoyed ourselves

Our stay was great, room was clean and pleasant. Had enough space and pillows. Loved that there were two televisions for different interest with my family. Close to restaurants and attractions. Did not like that we had to pay extra for wifi and the cost of the water in the room was ridiculous. Found the parking rate a little much as well. A part from […] that the experience was great. The pillows on the bed were flat like pancakes very hard to sleep comfortably everything else was fine.

This hotel was worth every dollar.Great view of falls, very comfortable, people were great. The only issue was the price of food outside the hotel. THE PRICES WERE OUTRAGEOUS ,this was Feb not July. I will stay at the hotel anytime, but I will stay in the hotel to eat

We had a one night getaway and it was great. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and the hotel is in a great location. It's a 3 min walk to the casino and all the restaurants are there too.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We had a pretty good view of the falls. Parking was an additional $25. The hotel was a close walk to the falls but was pretty far from the other attractions which wouldn't have been "far" if it wasn't freezing outside!

We have just returned from a trip to Niagra Falls and stayed at the Marriott Fallsview Hotel. We found the staff wonderful, happy and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and in line with other Hotels we use on a regular basis. I would definetly stay there again and the location was excellent and the view breath taking.

Paid for room in advance. The male attendant at the reception counter was rude and did not want to accommadate or provide a room with a roll out bed. The room attendant said at time of departure when questioned why we had no shampoo and body wash liquid ....said we had to speciffically rrequested same. That is odd to say the least

Our stay was great. Deluxe King with Jacuzzi room was very nice and great view of both the American and Canadian Falls. Staff was very helpful, spa was relaxing. We ended up with a party in the next room so before our night of sleep was ruined the front desk moved us to an upgraded room and sent a bellman with the new key and helped to move our luggage. […] Excellent service. The first room was very cold and the heater didn't work. After complains we were immediately transferred to the normal suite. However there was not microwave, , kettle or fridge which were asking for. WE are the 4 kids family and this hotel was not suitable for us. However for the small family especially with no kids it is the perfect place.

Pricey, but nice.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. We booked a full falls view room and were not disappointed. Our room was on the 15th floor and both nights we sat in the window just watching the falls. All the hotel staff were very polite and saw to our every need. Because we went in the winter it was a walk down to the falls, (the rail is closed this time of […] year) so be aware of this if walking a little way is a problem. Even though it is chilly, I highly recommend seeing the falls in December, it is breathtaking. When I go back, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I have stayed on both sides of the falls and the Canadian side is far superior, both in beauty, views and amenities. Läs mer

Great location, great view of the falls. Satisfied with the hotel overall, enjoyed the pool and steam room. Pet peeves (may apply to all of the Niagara Falls hotels) - wifi is not included in the room price, parking is not included. In high season, I could perhaps understand the charge - in low season when I travelled $25/night was unexpected.

I booked a falls view room, and that view was likely one of the best in Niagara. Unfortunately, that's about where the compliments stop. Though it is a good, clean hotel, I found nothing stellar. The rooms have no air conditioner, and get incredibly warm at night - even in late December. Linens are well worn. Staff is mediocre at best. The restaurant, […] Terrapin Grill, is decently priced, but the food is awful. The view isn't very good, either. And, to top it off, the Hotels.com price includes a free room upgrade, which the hotel refuses to honor. All in all, it's a nice, clean hotel. However, I don't know why it's the highest rated, or priced. I see no reason to pay the premium price. Läs mer

The view of Niagrar Falls from this hotel is spectacular. Would not have trade it for anything else. Whether you are awake or sleeping the Falls is within your view. Certainly the best view ever.

Probably the worst Marriott we`ve ever stay. The Location and view are the Great. Hotel is OK, but definitely not Marriott Level, everything looks like running off the limit one shampoo, one conditioner, hair dryer doesn`t working. Charges for local calls, restorante next door etc are ridiculous, no free Wi-Fi, swimming pool was a bit warmer then Niagara […] in December. Läs mer

Excellent price - very comfortable rooms - great comfy beds - FANTASTIC views of the Falls. Had a slight bit of trouble at first - hotel was having maintenance done and there wasn't hot water on certain floors. It is just in the falls, you have them in your window, it is a dream come true. Service in the hotel is great and food in its restaurant looking to the falls fantastic. It was a family vacation and my two little kids were really happy, even the 4 yo at the next stop arrived slept, as soon as he wake up he gent to the window looking for the fall, he […] was disappointed to be in Toronto. See, my girlfriend came from the US for the first time . She was amazed by the time we spent together. She sent me an email days later saying her favourite moment was when we sat by the window and watched the waterfall. Beside all this it was more than amazing . Marriott rocks .

Room was nice. Would reccomend a higher floor than the 6th as you cannot see the falls as well lit up at night.. Niagara Falls has turned into a tourist trap from the last time I stayed. The prices of a drink average $10 and its around $18 for a hamburger in town. NIce hotel but take out a loan to stay here. Parking is extra around $30 a day.

Stayed for 1 night in the delux spa room. The bed was the most comfortabl bed I've eve slept in! The whirlpool tub big enough for 2 was like heaven after a day of walking. The view was absolutely amazing. The only downfall was that 1) the Internet as far as we could tell wasnt free. plus to make a local call was $1.30. For a nicer hotel I was a little […] shocked at the cheapness of them ! And 2) there was a lift to go down to the falls from the hotel But we had no idea of this. It wasn't listed anywhere, so on our way out of town we paid to park when the lift went right to the parking lot. It would have been nice to know! But those were minimal things.
