Fungerar mycker bra med WC och dusch i korridorer, det är aldrig kö och de städas i princip hela tiden. Mycket prisvärt hotell. Det enda minuset är möjligen att sängarna är något hårda.

The staff couldn't be more professional and courteous, and the facilities were in top condition. Incredibly comfortable bed, we hardly heard any noise from the busy city around us and even though we were in one of the smaller rooms, the space was well used and never felt claustrophobic or tight. Midtown can be a bit touristy, but the location is central enough you never felt like you were trapped at the hotel if wanted to escape to the Village, Brooklyn or beyond. Our stay at the peninsula was amazing!!!! From the door man, to the receptionist to the concierge. Specially Cecilia at the concierge. Very knowledgable of the city and what activities to do with our 7 year old. The hotel room and bathroom 5 star. Everything marble!!!! We will definitely come back ti the peninsula. I've traveled to other five star hotels, and this is my new favorite. The staff are prompt, professional, and polite. The hotel itself is beautiful. "One of the best hotels in NYC"
I checked-in for a 3 night weekend to see NYC, bringing my 13 yr old son and 11 yr old daughter. The reception staff escorted us to our room to review how to use the phones, tvs, temperature controls, etc. Before she left, a gentleman arrived at our door with a tray of chocolates. The luggage arrived within 5 minutes of leaving reception. The room was […] large by NYC standards. Very well appointed and maintained decor. Very clean. Housekeeping came at least twice a day. 2 bottles were left at bedside each night. The bath was very large, with separate shower and tub. Of course a TV in the tub area. The lighting of the room offered "mood lighting" which amounted to dim settings... nice touch. The lobby, bar areas were beautiful. There appeared to be hotel personnel constantly nearby asking how they could make your stay more enjoyable. Several doormen greeted you and always op-ened the door. A wonderful hotel. "A Birthday treat for my loved one and me."
The overall service at this hotel is excellent. I was arriving on a overnight flight into La Guardia and the hotel managed to get me into my room at 10:30am. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30am, and went over to Fives Restaurant for breakfast, which was Outstanding in every way as was the service. The Salon de Ning needs a bit of a face lift and needs […] to be a bit more upscale if they continue to charge $20+ a drink. The SPA is top notch! You will not be disappointed at all. The service there is likewise top notch. We did not go to the Gotham Lounge, so I will not comment. Below you will find my top 5 accolades for this hotel and also the 5 things that they most need to improve upon. Top 5: 1. Service 2. Location 3. Food quality 4. Spa 5. Safety of hotel, rooms, visible security and staff at entrance. Needing improvement: 1. The rooms are beginning to show wear and tear (slightly) 2. Salon de Ning (should be more upscale, needs a face lift, higher quality furniture) 3. Courtesy car needs expanded hours. 4. Bathrooms need NOT have water saver shower heads. 5. Bathroom should have heated flooring. Overall, this hotel is worthy of the 5 stars and 5 diamonds that it has, the improvements that it needs are relatively minor with the exception of installing heated flooring. "Absolute luxury!"
Everything was gorgeous and so clean. The staff was helpful and concierge gave us a great dinner recommendation. Our breakfasts were delightful and the rooftop terrace had amazing views. "Amazing Hotel-For Us..."
The beds were amazing and they give you a complimentary cupcake, cookie, and a some m&m's! Though we had to wait a long time for our room card and our friends across the hall did not get any cupcake, cookie, and m&m's. Our 2nd visit to New York & we look forward to returning. Great hotel, superb breakfast, fab staff but most of all fantastic location. We walked almost everywhere, only using taxis when we were tired or short on time.
