We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and it was in the general location of where we needed to be. I would stay here again. The price was comparable for the location.

I had a great stay at this hotel. I was in the smoking rooms on the third floor and the only thing I wish was different was more ventilation in the room for the cigarette smoke to leave , perhaps the windows to open more :) other than that which wasent a big deal anyways I had a great stay ! definitely will go again on my next trip :)

Was very pleasantly surprised to arrive to check in and find we'd been upgraded to a room with a king bed (had booked a room with two doubles for me, my boyfriend, and my twin boys). Staff were very friendly.

Hockey kids and hockey moms/dad's partied noisily in the hall. The wind rattled with window one night too. I hate when a hotel is noise and I can't sleep. The tub and shower was nice though.

Very happy with the hotel -- rooms are large and very comfortable. Also, breakfast was good. This was our second time at the hotel and we would stay there again.

This place was great 10 years ago but not much has been done to this place in a decade. It feels old and a starting to get a bit run down. The rooms were not very clean and the place just felt dirty. I might stay there again but would definitely not be my first or second choice.

The hotel was clean and well appointed. Our suite was spotless and the staff very accommodating with any of our requests. My only complaint would be that the sofa was not as comfortable as I would have liked however the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all.

The lobby was clearly newly decorated, and the furnishings in the room were fairly new as well. The walls and doors in the room could use washing, so that is my reasoning for the lower rating on the cleanliness. Otherwise housekeeping did a great job and things were very clean. side doors were broken, so the only exit was the main entrance (was quite the walk and inconvenience), blue marker on my sheets, long black hairs throughout the bathroom

We spent the night as we were attending a wedding nearby. The suite was very nice, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was a tad loud and kept making a buzzing noise however you get used to the drone after a while. There's a free breakfast however there's not much to it besides toast, bagels and cereal. No warm food here. The welcome at the desk was poor. The beds were quite hard. Location beside the 401 was poor (loud). The Breakfast was very simple. I will not return.

hard to find pet friendly hotels these days. or if you do, they usually charge extra. Not in Quality suits. The are **actaully** pet friendly and thats very nice given not all pets behave the way they should. they also serve a fair breakfast, it is complemantary and simple but more than what you usually have at your own home. Staff are helpfull and […] friendly. I just wish they changed some of the outdated furniture, bathrooms and carpets, they wont last much longer and it is close to the critical point where they will start loosing the positive reviews. We checked in early in the day (our flight arrived in Toronto in the early morning) and were given the room next to the elevator (#211). The elevator, and noisy ventilation, kept us awake each night. We were given a room with double beds (as opposed to a queen size) and for two of us in the same double bed it was quite crowded. The day before we left, […] room service did not come to clean our room or give us towels or anything. At checkout we seemed to be an interruption to the front desk person who was more interested in watching the large-screen TV than assisting us with checkout! However the front desk staff at all other times were very pleasant and courteous. During the holiday season the hotel should consider extending the breakfast hours (6-9am during the week - I never did make it to breakfast!). Läs mer

The gentleman who greeted us at the front desk was very nice and offered us a free room upgrade. Our room was a King Suite, which was perfect for us to put our small children to sleep in one room while we were able to stay up and watch our own tv in the other room. The room was newly renovated with flat screen tv's, pillow top mattress and fridge/microwave. Our […] only concern was that the front half of our floor smelled very badly of smoke. When I mentioned it to the front desk, he explained that that was where their smoking rooms were and even offered to change our room for us. We politely declined, as our room was far enough away from the smell, but appreciated the fact that they would go out their way to accommodate us. Will definitely stay here again when we are in town! This is a newer hotel that is in a good location to the highway. Not within walking distance to restaurants however. The facility appears well cared for and the people we met at check-in and check-out were courtious and efficient. It is not fancy but very comfortable. The suite had plenty of room for two of us. Nice hotel......very convienient.......2 issues; 1-breakfast buffet doesn't open until 7:00am on Saturdays. Had to be somewhere by 7:00 am, so missed out of breakfast. 2-when we opened up the pull out couch, there was visibly dirty sheets still on the bed. I was more than satisfied with my two nights here. The hotel was extremely quiet even though located next to a very busy highway. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cost was right.

Needed a place to stay while we had our floors refinished so we stayed 3 nights. This hotel was well located for us and being all suites we had the space we wanted. Pet friendly so that was good for us too. Price was reasonable and beds and furnishings comfortable. We had a nice view over a marsh and farmland. A room at the front of the hotel would […] have a less enchanting view of highway 401 (A very busy highway). Internet connection is hardwired so only one of my spouse and I could be online at the same time. Complimentary breakfast was better than other Quality chain hotels we have used. Staff were helpful refunding my money when the softdrink machine gave me a wrong pop. Only complaint was the bathtub drain which did not work leaving us with a shower essentially. Läs mer

The bed was too hard. The heating fan kept on coming on and going off all night, even though the temperature was set at 75 F. I enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the price. There was always coffee available which was a perk and treats and fruit available at Check In Desk.

Very disappointed with the so called firness facilities. All it included was a small romm with 2 treadmills and on looked like it didn't work.

The hotel has a great atmosphere. The rooms are really nice and bathrooms are big. My room was located right next to the elevators and ice machine and it got kind of loud so request a room that is far away from the vending machines, etc. My room was a bit cold so I looked in the drawers for a blanket. The hotel's employees are extremely nice. The hotel is located next to a major highway and just 2 minutes away from shopping plaza, and 4mn from a mall. The hotel needs renovation. It needs new furniture and bedsheets covers.
