Ett rent fantastiskt hotell, men tyvärr drog den dåliga täckningen för mobilnätet ner intrycket. Sedan ligger hotellet lite avsides, men jag hade bil så det var därför inget större problem.

Värdparet gör din vistelse till den bästa tänkbara! är du golfare så finns här ett genuint intresse för golf... här andas golfkultur av det trevligaste och mer avslappnade slaget men med den sanna känlan. Maten härlig så middag här rekommenderas. En snack om OLD HEAD kan löna sig.... Lördag söndag genomsyras hotellet av en nattklubbmed hög musik så är detta inte din " grej" undvik dessa dagar som boende.

Hotellet hade dessutom bra mat till rimliga priser. Stora fina ytor med massor av trevliga sällskapsutrymmen.

Excellent hotel not far from Cork city. Very nice large room that was very clean. Cosy common areas- almost romantic. Good service and excellent breakfast. The best hotel of the 7 hotels we used during our trip. I will surely return when opportunity is given again.

Hotel design was very nice. Food was great. Staff were very friendly. Location was very central and close to bus station and train station. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Room service was good. "house keeping"
although the hotel and rooms are very comfy i feel the house keeping could have been better as glasses had not been moved on occasion and the same with cups and the floor behind the doors had fluff and dust during my stay but apart from this i enjoyed my stay as the staff were very helpful,friendly and would stay again and i will be recommending the […] hotel for any future visits to cork .The hotel is also located in a prime area. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay but i did have a couple of issues,i would have preferred to have a window in the room that could be opened also the shower was not very good it fell down and broke then i decided to get a bath and the plug would not stay in the bath, and last thing was the bar food menu could have had more choices of food on […] it . "Great Hotel, close to everything"
I had a lovely stay, the staff were very helpful and gave us a map of the city to help us get around. Our room was huge with a great view of the river, very comfortable and though we saw lots of people in the lobby and bar of the hotel we didnt notice any noises from groups at night. I stayed here for one night. It is 10 mins walk from the train station and is therefore very accessible. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. "Getting a bit worn"
Have stayed here several times, right from the time it opened. It is now a bit rough around the edges. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and most of the floor grouting was missing, stains on the inside bathroom door, hairs on the floor.But a great location, got an internal room as requested. Glad not to have been there the following night as a wedding […] was planned and it was all happening in the central atrium!! "Acity centre hotel in Cork"
The service at Reception was OK but they made mistakes - for example, the person when we checked inf orgot to stap our parking ticket and the person oin the morning when we left was not very helpful as if it was our fault. This is a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. We found it difficult to locate but that was because of the on-way system. A sat-nav would probably help. It ihas an underground carpark and, as it is close to the city centre we didn't use the car. I have no hesitation in recommending […] this hotel. "Lovely room - tired city"
Staff wasn't as friendly as we encountered throughout the rest of Ireland. We chose Cork as it was convenient for touristy day trips -- but it is a tired looking and rather depressing city. Room was nice size, well decorated and very comfortable. Didn't even have a small shop or kiosk in the hotel where you could buy necessities such as water. was there as a stag do (although the more mature end full of 30+ guys). Its a great location with a lovely view. quick and easy check in. quality rooms. The staff were very friendly and excellent. The place was always being cleaned it seemed. There was a good mix of people there hens, stags, families and business people from all age groups. The best […] bit was that when cork bars close about 2am, the bar in the hotel stays open with door staff ensuring things are kept in order. all in all i was very impressed with the place and im a very very seasoned hotel traveller with 1,213 hotel nights under my belt in the last 10 years. From the moment we walked into hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us from checking in to leaving , everyone was so pleasant and friendly , the food in kudo was hit and on time, the bar staff didn't have the cocktail I wanted on there menu but I was asked what was in said drink and it was made special for me ,and I wasn't charged more for it like […] I was in another bar.
