I was not pleased with the attitude of the Front Desk during my stay. She seemed annoyed when I went ot her and explained things that were not working or did not have in my room. I was under the impression of the Internet view of your Hotel that it was Newer than what I found upon my arrival.

I was worried about the condition of the hotel based on the comments that previous guests had left. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We were in town to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and had a group of family and friends join us. "room not up to par"
the sheets did not fit the king size bed and so did not stay in place during the night. also the shower head was completely missing . aside from these issues the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was professional and friendly.
The hotel is older but updates have been made. The room was clean and comfortable. When we first got to the hotel, our reservation had been mistakenly cancelled. The young lady at the desk worked very hard to get the mistake corrected and get us into a room. All of the staff was very polite and helpful.
Family came for a ball tournament and will come stay here again, had two rooms for two nights.

Book this hotel for 4 days its not what you see on internet. Have to wait for someone in front desk to check-in because only a little girl in there that do not speak to anyone. The location is about 10 minutes from the beach but we got here on wrong time because the weather is not good its storming. A nice place to stay but don't count on anything within walking distance or even 5 miles from the hotel. Over all, a good value.

We had a god experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there and I would recommend it to my friends that need a hotel in that aera.

"Ramada Inn in Biloxi-convenient to Casinos"
The room was nice with the exception of the carpet and chair in the room, they both needed cleaning. The king size bed was very comfortable. Nice place to stay overnight but not for an extended stay. Very convenient to the casinos and restaruants.
"Great last minute deal"
After driving 8 hours from Florida we needed somewhere to sleep so we check into the Ramada. Very friendly staff and even called when we got in our rooms to make sure that everything was fine. Would recommend the Ramada in the future.

Nice stay
Fourth room wasn't quite the charm, but it was serviceable. Room 1: Reserved non-smoking, checked in to a very dank room with cigarette burns on the furniture and an ashtray by the bed. Room 2: Still had people in it. Room 3: Smelled like wet dog, housekeeping hadn't been there from the previous occupants. Room 4: Housekeeping also hadn't been to […] this room yet, but because it smelled the least out of the others we took it and waited in the lobby for the housekeeper to come by. Overall, it seems like there are very few rooms in this hotel that are actually "non smoking", there are a few with non-smoking signs but the rest (of the 4 rooms we checked) had at least some residual smells. The place needs some general cleaning and maintenance, and was overpriced for what we got. The front desk isn't very organized, they're still keeping track of reservations and check-ins on paper. I arrived early and the housekeeper stopped what she was doing to clean a room for me..... I have a pet! Very nice beds and towels. Will surely stay here again if in the area.

This hotel is a good value. It is beside the Interstate. The room is comfortable.

We reserved two rooms immediately after the holidays. Our reservations were in order and handled by a friendly clerk. We found our rooms clean, comfortable beds, hot showers and even great-smelling soap, all for an excellent price. We walked across the parking lot to grab a bite at the Waffle House next door, where we found an amazingly accommodating […] staff that made us feel like family. "Hotel in Ocean Springs."
I found this hotel through the hotels.com site. I tried narrowing it down to location close to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. It still showed up and had a great price. It turned out to be not that close to the Hard Rock we still had to travel. Other than that the service was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
"Old hotel, needs updating."
The hotel was nice and was probably nicer when it was new. The rooms need painting, the carpet needs to be replaced and bed linens are very old and worn and could certainly improve with new. We won't be staying at this hotel again as there were some newer and nicer hotels just across the street. Updating would really help this place.

"RAMADA LIMITED IN OCEAN SPRINGS MISSISSIPPI"
I have stayed there before and enjoyed it, but this time the room was bad. There was no desk by the door and the chair was nasty with stains all over it. It had cigarette burns in it and so did the comforter and throw on the bed. I enjoyed the rooms when I had stayed before a lot more. Found trash behind the night stand and was going to say something […] when I checked out but I had over slept and had to leave. They were busy do to the "Cruising the Coast" event, so I guess I got stuck with what was left. I feel like it would have been about the same to stay at the motel 6 and probably cheaper. I will tell my friends what ever they do make sure they get a better room than I did. Läs mer

ok room, did the job for the price. After adding a cab ride to and from the Hard Rock I would have better off staying closer to the hard rock for the price. I would stay here again if I had to. POSITIVE NOTE very animal friendly.

"Horrible place to stay"
People upstairs keep pound the floor till 230 in the morning. People next door were fighting and I called the front desk but they didn't do anything. Told them about it again when I checked out and they didn't seem to care at all.

You may not care that the pictures on the internet showing a nice clean room as a King Bed Suite showed a sofa (not a recliner). In reality had a dirty carpet, junky furniture, TV channels did not match the ones displayed (which was confusing!), some very shady clients who hung out over the rails and were loud. I did not feel confortable going and coming […] as I pleased. It gave the atmosphere of a poverty area and Ocean Springs, MS is a very nice place. Just a shame.. Läs mer

This hotel has clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. It is very close to Biloxi, MS and conveniently located right off I-10. The free breakfast was nice and a great way to start us off the next day. I recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again in the future.
