very satisfied. we arrived at midnight and the room that we had booked wasnt available. we were upgraded to a 2 room suite, which was fantastic. unfortunately, we only use the hotel to sleep, so, no chance to enjoy the amenities of the room. good value..

The junior suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was an adequate living space and a nice kitchenette with appliances. The actual bathroom was big but the bathroom sink area, the closet, and bathroom door all shared the same small space. This made it difficult for 2 people to move around and function in that area. Hotel staff were excellent; very attentive in every way . Still would have preferred my own access to hotel rather than valet; didn't tip them and felt bad about it, but they nailed us for $25 a day parking! Hotel was clean but a bit dim, hallways especially. Pool/spa was clean but wayyyy too hot; impossible to really enjoy for any length of time […] - intentional? Was also in the basement, not very attractive. Shower was a leaking, spraying mess and the drain for it was clogged, leaving me in a puddle when I used it. Morning brekky was a pleasant surprise - nice throughout every morning. Location is weird - nothing convenient nearby unless the gas station across the street counts. Lot is non-existent - no lawn or grounds whatsoever to speak of. But all that notwithstanding - a comfortable stay. Läs mer

About the only thing I would complain about is traffic noise, not used to it being from the country.

We stayed at Residence Inn for 10 days. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Rooms were spacious and perfectly cleaned and maintained. Overall a wonderful place to stay for either long or short term.

I thought the location was great for what we were there for and that was siteseeing and taking in dinner along with a Jazz Club.

I have stayed in a lot of Marriott hotels, and this was a weird experience. It didn't feel like Marriott at all. The rooms are like apartments and quite pricey, but they are quite ugly. Red black and brown wood - not very nice. In the neighborhood there isn't much to to. We just stayed one night and then moved to another hotel. Breakfast included and […] enjoyed. Wow! just stayed at the newly renovated Residence Inn Marriott Beverly Hills...nice surprise. Great value, clean spacious rooms, nicely renovated, super comfy bed/pillows, good amenities, nice staff too. Definitely recommend it....found on Hotels.com and took a chance. Glad I did.

Hotel was ok had a 2 bed room bit small for 4 people Hotel keycard didn't work and we had 4 Overall breakfast non existent if u wanted it Would probably stay again

Wow, this was a great find. Just on the edge of Beverly Hills, this hotel is minutes from Rodeo Drive, and all he scene in Beverly Hills. The room was great and the free breakfast buffet included eggs, omellettes, waffles and more! Definitely will be back.

Even though I had requested connecting rooms 4 months earlier; it did not happen. The room I was given did not look anything like the room I was shown in November . We liked the breakfast offerings.

From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. The room was perfect, great with the kitchenett addition. The Queen size bed was very comfortable we had excellent sleeps. I was disappointed with this hotel. The room was very small compared to other Residence Inns I have stayed at. We could not open the room door without it hitting furniture. Everything seemed cramped. It was difficult to move around the bedroom and bathroom area without running into furniture or open doors.

Huge room with a living room area and pretty much full kitchen. Great complimentary morning breakfast with eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, juice. Walking distance to the shops at Rodeo Drive. Can jump on the hop on/hop off bus tour on Rodeo Drive too! Great stay!

The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly, great staff. The hotel, however, is badly in need of a redo. Carpets, upholstery, linens are pretty worn and thin.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and very nice as well as quiet. We liked the decor and style which had a nice pleasant feel. It was very inviting which made us feel like we were more in an apartment then a hotel. Breaskast was a self serve buffett which was also very good. During the week there is a happy hour buffett […] as well that is great as either a light dinner or a early evening snack. The staff were all very courteous and the condition of the hotel was good. The downsides were that there is no pool or even a reasonalbe place to sit outside, save for a few tables in a very confined area ouside the breakfast room. Also, Saturday breakfast was a zoo. I RECOMMEND RESIDENCE INN MARRIOTT! IT WAS RENEWED , NEW CARPET AND IT IS NEAR OF CENTURY CITY, AREA THAT I WAS WORKING THERE!

I truly enjoyed my stay in the Residence Inn on Beverly Dr. The staff was very nice, the studio was clean, modern and had a great view. I never had to wait to get my car from the valet and they were always there to greet me.

This hotel features suites which feel more like modern full-service condominiums than actual hotel rooms. Each suite has a full-service kitchen, with the option to have groceries delivered fresh each day.

the water got scorching hot when i flushed the toilet while my wife was in the shower. Other than that, great hotel!

this hotel is a great place to stay for a longer vacation. with full kitchen, and apartment like room it is a home away from home. i did not like that there was no walking space around the bed...very tight area, and parking was a fortune. as a guest of the hotel, to charge an additional $25 is just absurd. the staff was great, and breakfast was ama […] zing!!! As a frequent business traveler with handicaps, I find the staff and accommodations at Residence Inn in Beverly Hills excellent. I will continue to return there monthly and am extremely proud to recommend this hotel to others.

Stay here often when in LA for business and it is up-grading its look. Friendly helpful staff. Very helpful to disabled customers.

When we checked in we were greeted by a very nice lady named Becky. She was helpful and kind. We then went to our room that was billed as a "suite with full kitchen". The room is older and in need of remake. It is cramped for more then 2 people. The kitchen is not full, it includes an unlevel two burner stove top and 1 pan and two pots. We found pills […] on the floor and the pull out bed that turned out to be narcotics. When we reported them to the "Manager" Rony he acted like we where bothering him and asked "what do you want me to do about it" He is totally unprofessional. We then went back to report a problem with internet and he was of the same attitude, rude, pompous and arrogant. Due to the lack of a full kitchen and Rony's unwillingness to assist us we had to eat out for Thanksgiving due to the lack of a oven. Arrived to find broken water pipe, limited hot water and a hotel under remodeling. At this price - you think they would at least try to make free breakfast functional. It was barely food quality. First negative review on hotels.com in over two years so given that fact, save your money and look elsewhere in the area.

My wife and I were both impressed with the comfort of the bed (a must for some of us). The room was nice, clean and had a full size refrigerator and kitchenet.

Overall, a great stay. Front desk and concierge were very pleasant and helpful.

It is a nice place to stay, clean and location is good.

Enjoyed having all the comforts of home with out being at home. Best 4 night stay I have had in a long time. And the full free breakfast of Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Pancakes, Oatmeal and other cereals just can't be beat. Can't wait to go back next April.

- Very rude on duty manager - Only place where the wifi connection is not known by the hotel's name...It is called "Wireless"!! - Wifi doesn't work the way it works EVERYWHERE ELSE...This one has its own rules...(They say: "It is our policy...")

I walked into my hotel room at the Marriott Residence Inn and felt so much at home. My first feeling was that I wanted to stay in rather than do some of the activities I had planned. The full kitchen was wonderful to have and for the price it was a really lovely experience. My bathroom faucet leaked but if I had stayed longer I would have gotten that […] looked at. The service was also excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My internet went down and in a few minutes, there was someone in my room to check it out. equipe muito atenciosa, hotel com boa localizacao e quarto excelente.

Fiquei 4/5 dias. Boa localização mas é caro, cobra estacionamento e o serviço de housekeeping é ineficinte. Contratei duas queen beds (casal e criança de 10 anos) mas me ofereceram uma cama razoável e um sofá velho muito ruim. Segundo o front desk (muito ruim) isso é o conceito deles de boble queen beds. Não sei se a falha foi do hotel ou do Hoteis.com. Não […] ficaria novamente, buscaria outra altenativa. Läs mer
