Overall, at least it was a place to sleep. I'm use to a little more comfort than what was offered! The pictures of what a "Suite" looks like were misleading. Was disappointed in what I saw, what they call a suite. The pictures of the Pool & Hot Tub were misleading. The Suite, Pool and hot tub were small. Most hotels allow 12pm/noon check out, this one […] you have to check out at 11am. Pool opens up later than what we're use to and closes too early. Free Breakfast was nice. But they need to offer weekend hours for the breakfast, different from the weekday hours. Closed up too early for the weekend. As we did not spend much time at the hotel, the Super 8 did suffice. If you are looking for a home away from home, a place to relax, or if you will be there more than to just sleep, look elsewhere. The breakfast was okay, but not much seating. My biggest complaint is the staff. The front desk clerk (I cannot remember her name, she was an older lady […] with medium length gray hair) was very rude on multiple occasions. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel. When we booked the room, we specifically asked for a "pet friendly" room. We were assured it was. When we arrived, the desk clerk took over twenty minutes checking us in because it was not a room designated for pets. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower from a previous guest or guests. Nasty. We will never stay there again.

We stay often and always have a good experience. Check in is at 3 but we arrived at 1 after driving 4 hours to get there and our room was ready for check in.

blow dryer would not work probably had to much lent on return screen and was not able to get correct air flow, cord was very dirty. pillows were very flat hard to sleep on with bad neck. Other wise our stay was nice. Very friendly people.

Price was good. Room supplies were of no-name, with Chinese (yes, Chinese), toilet paper that was not too far from straight paper. Only slept and showered there as was out the rest, so not here for the "experience". Breakfast looked good for what one paid, did not eat there, however.

We stayed four nights and it was very pleasant and good nights sleep until the last morning when the dogs in the room across from us started barking, I think it was about 7:30am. We had planned on sleeping in that morning. We love dogs but think the owners should not let them run loose in hotel rooms. The good news...great king size bed and shower was terrific! However, TV would not work, 2 lamps would not turn on, hairdryer would not work and coffee maker would not work. Yikes!

This hotel was near the highway but you would never know it. It was generally quiet but many trucks stopped here for the night and the street was a bit crowded with trucks by nightfall. There was one restaurant nearby which made one family member sick so would recommend driving into town for meals. The motel needs some work as to up keep - repainting, dirt in corners of the bathroom need attention. Air conditioner in room worked well. The lobby was too hot. Sherri at the front desk was busy at check in, but VERY slow. Too slow to be satisfactory. Breakfast was clean and well stocked. It was fine, nothing great. Did have a little swimming pool that my little kids enjoyed swimming in. Pretty good continental breakfast. Good in between location from Utah to the Oregon Coast to break up the long drive.

This was an ok place to stay for the reason we were in town. We were at a little league tournament for 4 days and this was a good price for what we needed the room for. The overall condition of the hotel is starting to become worn out and they don't appear to clean deeply any longer. The basics are clean, they clorox the bathrooms and the pool area […] was clean. Room layout was very strange and not enough power wall unit. Carpet was not clean. Some thing from previous guests was between bed and side table. Microwave was broken and didn't stop automatically, so my beverage was burnt in it.

The staff was very friendly but this hotel is older and could use some repairs. For instance, the AC unit in our room rattled. The breakfast was basic but OK. They allowed us to keep our pet in the room.

We came in late and spent the night and back on the road the next morning. Very comfortable. First time to use Super 8. Good deal for the money.

They have satellite TV and it was very windy so there was no TV reception. I didn't' use the spa because people were complaining that it was too cold. I really wanted something hot on my sore back. The lady at the desk was very slow checking people in and seemed very confused. She was very pleasant but very slow.

We stayed in same hotel 5 days earlier and it was a different experience. We knew about the stairs this time and were ready. We thought we were getting an identical room as before, they were right next to each other. The 2nd night room was reversed, bed, bath, t.v. ect. But things were of a lower standard this time. TV was older with a remote with few […] funtions. No recliner or nice chair this time, a hard wooden one. The AC this time was very simple. only on/off controls, not digital temp. settings. The room was nice, but there is no elevator, and only stairs at each end of building. Did not know this fact before or we would have asked for handicap access, as both my wife and I have difficulty with stairs. overall a nice stay.

Hotel was as it said. Clean, quiet, convienent, close to restraunt and freeway for access. Breakfast was ok, waffles and cereal but it was food to get ya going! First off we tried to get a hotel in LaGrande OR for my sons deployment ceremony. I booked 2 rooms, then later i found out that the hotel was not pet friendly. If the super 8 is a chain then they should have the same rules at all the hotels. I was able to cancel those rooms and get one in Pendleton but we had to drive a hour to where my son was. I was […] traveling with my sons wife and their 2 children. The baby was only 3 weeks old and had heart surgery at 4 days old. There were certain things that needed to stay in a fridge for him. We did not get a room with a fridge like i wanted and we didn't get a room next to each other. We were separated. Then the next morning my son wanted to use the pool, the hours are from 8am to 10pm. He went down at 830 and the lady at the front desk was not nice at all. He asked for the key and she said very rudely NO. She didnt give him a explanation or anything. I would figure that people would be a little bit nicer there. I mean here i am having to give my son up to the military so that he can help keep our freedom as Americans and they could care less. the staff was friendly, but my son went to swim and while swimming needed to use bathroom and had to run up to 2nd floor and half way down the hall to our room. we had to make two trips to take our luggage to the room because there was no elevator
