Som på de flesta hotell i USA låter värmeaggregatet mycket. Använd öronproppar (flygplanen som startar bullrar också). Annars mycket bra. Bra frukost, men dock bara till 9.30.

Helt perfekt hotell. Helt obegripligt att detta ar ett 3 stjarnigt hotell. Allt helt perfekt. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjalpsam. 5 STARS.

Hade bokat rum med Fallswiew, men blev incheckade på våning 10 och där såg vi bara "misten" från fallet. Pratade med receptionen och blev erbjudna att antingen få ett rum för rökare högre upp eller flytta dagen efter och vi valde det sista och fick dag 2 ett rum på 38:e. Blev vänligt bemötta och fick vårt bagage flyttat under dagen. Frukosten var rejäl, men typiskt amerikansk och utsikten slog allt! Rent och fräscht även om hotellet har några år på nacken. Parkering var ganska dyr (fast bekvämt), svårt att hitta annat alternativ då vi anlände ganska sent och inte kände till området. Plus var den kupong för en fri drink med tilltugg, trevligt! Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse i Niagara Falls

Mycket bra hotell med kanonläge! Lyxhotell för "vanligt folk". Mycket trevlig personal. Kanske något lyhört. Kom ihåg att boka rum med utsikt mot fallen!

Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst. Rummet var lagom stort och hade sköna stora sängar. Niagara fallen kunde ses från balkongen vilket var beställt. Tyvärr var inte restauranten öppen på kvällen men det fanns andra några hundra meter bort. Frukostbuffe'n höll godkänd klass.

"excellent price and clean"
very clean and nice hotel, we stayed in many hotels in niagra falls in the past but this one in the price we pay was excellent hotel.

Wanted a hotel that had breakfast included. Also did not need the high price of a hotel that was really close to the falls. This hotel seemed like the right fit. When we got there we found desk staff rude. Our bathroom door did not close. We were not offered another room and the door was not fixed during our 2-night stay. Ok, cheap hotel, you get what […] you pay for. The main reason we chose this particular hotel was that breakfast was supposed to be included. IT WAS NOT! We received coupons for the Golden Griddle restaurant next door. $5.00 off each for an $18.00+ buffet. The whole point of chosing the hotel was saving approx $50.00/day on a family of 4 for breakfast. It still cost us $37.00! The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke and even the room had the odor - I wanted a no smoking room. I ended up sleeping at a friends house rather than stay at the hotel. I paid in advance through hotels.com. Not recommended.

I have stayed here before and it was nice, that was about 4 years ago, this time, we had a half full water bottle in our room and outside our room was ants crawling all over the wall. It was gross!!

"business/pleasure"
The room was clean, the hotel staff was very pleasant. Restaurants were walking distance away. We ate supper at the Bravo Pizzeria, the food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Average hotel. Well kept. Nice place to stay for low prices. About 15 to 20 min walk to Falls. Quiet area not alot of noise. Pool area was small but nice. And pool was nice and warm.Front desk staff were very friendly and approachable. Lots of parking and on a bus route if u don't want to walk. All around not bad. Would stay there again

Great Service at front desk, was about a 15-20min walk to clifton hill. Room was great size and beds were very comfortable! Would def stay again.

The family suite was ok but not what we expected. The main room was spacious which allowed all 4 of the kids enough room to move around however the 2nd room for the adults was terrible. The bed was a double and hard as a rock. One side of the bed had the springs protruding and it was one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I've had. I would consider this […] hotel only as a last resort if everything is sold out which is why we booked this and I would definately not come back with the kids. In addition, the adults sleeping quarters was not cleaned very well, the carpeting went up the bottom of the wall, looked like a baseboard but was carpeting and it was not secure to the wall. the confirmation stated check in time 1:00 pm. When we arrived at 1:30 we were advised check in time was actually 3:00 pm. The hotel policy does not match your web site.

"charged a smoking fee when didn't smoke..."
The whole floor was filled with cigarette smoke and for some reason my room was the one that got the charges when, nobody in my room was smoking at all. I could not get this situation resolved, nor did I have time to argue with the sketchy room service people about it.

The hotel was a good price,so I guess you get what you pay for....stayed there for 2 nights,everything was good when we got there but the second night...we did not have enough bath towels,tub was not very clean and the room was not cleaned either...so we thought that if you stay two nights...do not expect to be treated as if it were only one night...I […] was disappointed on our second night...but will suggest it to those staying one night.... This inn was recommended by an Omaha NE friend and we pass our recommendation to stay here. It was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the hotel reception staff who were short and not very courteous BUT they were overwhelmed by an arrival of a busload of people. Understandable. Still recommend!

My experience was a pleasant one. The front desk people were friendly. I was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast included but we managed. The carpet could have used a deep cleaning but over all it was relaxing and the room were spacious. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here as a group of 10 for a bachelorette, trying to keep costs reasonable we found this hotel. One requirement for us was an outdoor pool so we could lounge all day Saturday. The pool was clean and warm and the manager came out to check on us (we had a "few" drinks, just asked to be careful around the pool). The front desk staff were super […] friendly, our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. They called and asked if we wanted maid service on our second day but we declined but they brought us a ton of clean towels. damage to my vehicle my wiper arm damaged and bent on a brand new car should be security on parking lot but is not in a poor location
our stay was great! the room was very clean and well stocked with towels and other essentials. the hotel staff was very nice and accomodating. Only thing is that I was not told of the $100 deposit required until check in. this should be stated at time of booking.

room was clean and neat, pool was great. check in time was a little late. but all was good once checked in. only 10 -15 minute walk to everything.
