We were traveling with my grandmother who is in a wheelchair. They were out of rooms on the main floor, but the desk clerk helped us lift grandma and her chair up the stairs. She went above and beyond her job description.

We have stayed in Super8 motels a number of times and have never had a complaint about any of them...until now. When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was that there was no microwave (even though the room description said there would be one). We had to go to the front desk to get one. (carried it up to the room ourselves) The second thing […] was that besides the bed and credenza the only other piece of furniture in the room was one small, uncomfortable, straight-backed chair; no table. The bathroom exhaust fan made such a terrible racket we couldn't use it. The outside entrances had no key card access so had to go through the lobby every time we returned to the hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable however the blanket and bedspread were so thin they offered no warmth (we stayed in March and it was cold out). We ran the heater day and night but the room never did get real warm. The only positives were the cleanliness of the room and the affordable rates. All in all a very disappointing experience. Room wasn't so bad. Ask for a king bed but got two queens? Room next door was loud till 2 am, front desk called my room about then to tell me to be quiet?? Defiantly a shady part of town. Not easy to find. Room was pretty clean except someone else's soap bar was still stuck in the shower.

I stayed at this hotel since it was close to the airport and my flight was very early in the morning and I wascommuting over an hour away. The hotel was very quiet which was nice. My only concern was that the deadbolt did not work on my door. It was a little unnerving being a female traveling alone.

Bed was very comfortable. It was an older super 8, however, very clean, quiet and roomy.

Didn't see anybody at desk so had to leave keys at desk. I was not happy with this.

It was clean; the bed was big. No complaints from me except we did not have any shampoo in our shower... I was boooking on that fact.

This motel needs work. No microwave, HBO, or wireless internet as advertisement. Owners wife was rude. Sink leaked. Air conditioned smelled like something died inside it.

Toilet was broken, carpet was damp and filthy, shower took 29 mins to warm up, tv and remote worked when they wanted to, the list goes on.

We chose this hotel for the price and we got way less than we paid for. The floor had a huge mold spot, the sink was clogged and wouldn't drain and the bed sheets had clearly not been changed because there were crumbs and hair when we pulled back the sheets. We changed rooms, but the cleanliness is a big concern. The location is also in a questionable […] neighborhood. Will not stay there EVER again! We stayed at several Super 8's on our vacation and none of them were like this, very disappointed. Läs mer

Still needs some work. I've been in this motel before and I see it has been remodeled since. There were no vending machines available, they were empty. The hallway had wires showing out of the ceiling, there was food left in the fridge. But as far as comfort, I slept well.

I was initially worried due to all of the negative reviews from previous tenants of this hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were VERY clean and recently updated. The staff was friendly and responsive when we needed help. Overall, we had a great stay.

Rooms not clean only has third floor open,hallways smell like smoke, It was 100 degrees no air in the hallways,no elevators.Construction items all over the place. Worst hotel I have every been to. Owners wife very rude.

Hotel appeared to be under rennovation, the front desk employee was in "painting clothes" and very unprofessional. He was irritated that I booked online only moments (20 minutes) from checking in. Was not happy with breakfast. Only cereal was available and they didn't even have spoons!!! Will never stay there again.

We knew it was under rennovation, but were assured over the phone that we would have a new room and not to worry. The room was mostly rennovated, but the electric socket to the wall light was quite loose, and there was little (very dim) lighting in the room because those lights would not work. When the manager was called, he did bring up a lamp, commenting […] about people who were "perfectionists." I responded that I simply wanted enough light to read a map, and didn't think expecting things to work was being unreasonable. The hotel was under renovation (August 2011). Only the 3rd floor was available to guests. No vending machines, no ice machine. The website said fridge & microwave in every room, but our room didn't have them. The manager (from India) was hard to communicate with, but very helpful. The temperature outside was around 95 degrees and the air conditioner was broke in our hotel room. The television also did not work. When brought our concerns to the front desk was told no other rooms available and that was it. Not impressed at all.
