Hotell Quality Inn Downtown South - Indianapolis

The staff was very friendly and it was very reasonable priced. We went for the big 10 tournament and it was close enough. The breakfast was awesome!

Soon as we arrived the reception was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was dingy and the room was uncomfortable. The breakfast was nasty. And the environment outside of hotel was dead. We immediately looked for a hotel the next day.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. It has been perfect. Wouldn't change a thing! A++++

Clean but next to a strip club. Not really for family.

Convenient location right off the interstate. Fairly easy to get to Lucas Oil stadium, but its not within walking distance. Room was not cleaned at check-in which was a slight inconvenience.

if you are on a budget and want to stay close to indianapolis....this hotel is a must....very impressed by the free breakfast

The hotel was right off the highway and pretty easy to find. It's not exactly close to Lucas Oil Stadium but getting a cab to pick us up was easy. About $15 to get to the stadium. While waitig fr the cab to pick us up we noticed some strange activity. I am pretty sure drugs were being delivered to a suspicious looking individual. There are 3 truck stops […] surrounding the hotel and a strip club was located right across the parking lot which is not where my husband and I want to be. Getting a cab back to the hotel was not easy. Our cab driver told us that her husband told her not to come to that side of town so we tipped her a little extra. She told us a few times to hurry into our room and lock the doors. When we got back there was a man in the lobby(not a guest) causing a commotion and stealing things from the hotel. The police were being called so we went straight to our room and locked the dead bolt. We eardrum some drunk people in the hall knocking on random doors. This hotel is located next to a strip club, gravel pit, and power plant. If this was located somewhere else and had an indoor pool it would have been a 4-5 star. Breakfast could have been alittle better but other than the location not bad for the price.

We wanted this hotel because it was right off the highway and close to the attraction we came into town for. There is an adult gentlemens club next door, which could be a good thing depending on who you are... lol. The rates were cheap and the beds were comfortable but the location was very poor. It's not near anything great and the neighborhood was very poor. There was a hot breakfast but it was very limited and not of great quality. There was no microwave in our room, only a small coffee maker. Also the internet was very poor. The hotel was located in the middle of a gravel pit, it's not at all convenient to the downtown area. From the first step I took into the hotel it smelled sour and never got better, the worst hotel experience I ever had. I immediately checked out and found another room in another hotel.

The hotel staff was very cooperative. The room was comfortable for sleeping. We couldn't get HBO or Showtime as we were suppose to. I prefer closed caption and falling asleep to the tv but there is no CC or sleep timer. The room was located to the back of the hotel so we parked in back. The locks on the back doors would not accept our room key so we […] ended up walking around to the front. The wireless internet would cut in and out. The internet ethernet cable would not work because the plugin was on one side of the room and the desk was on the other side. The room was adequate to our experience. We slept well . Had a great time traveling over to the Colts stadium to see the DCI World Finals this summer and hope to do it for a third time next year

OK, This is by far not the nicest hotel in the world, but the rooms are clean, service is quite good and there is free breakfast. It is reasonable priced for the area. While working on a project in the area I was staying in various hotels. The was better than many others much more costly. This one is a great value - and right across the street from […] a CB store!! A little outdated, but rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. About a $15 cab ride (10 min) to downtown or the zoo. For the price it was exactly what I expected.
