Very, very good value. It's an older property but well maintained. Right off main road--convenient for business. Would stay there again.
It was OK, room was a little smaller than what I thought but it was clean and not a problem. I would stay there again next time I go to Massena.

Hotel was nice, quite area and clean. Just needed a place to sleep before driving back to Ohio from NY. It was perfect.

The hotel was nice would recommend, the only thing is the heater in the room was squeaky, other than that it was good.
Hotel stay was ok I can recommend it to friends and relatives.

not too bad, but could only get a smoking room and the smell was really strange. The bathroom faucets were not clean.
This was by far the motel with most noise we have ever stayed at. We chose not to stay our second night because of the constant noise.

Had non-smoking corner room. Room was cleanly with big TV and recliner. Hotel has easy accessibility from highway. Near many retail stores and fast food outlets.

The Super 8 in Massena NY would ba a 5 on a 1 to 10 scale but unfortunately the only room available was a smoking room. We actuall had to decide if we should sleep in the car because the room smelled so bad. It was layers & layers of smoke & fabreeze. We drove around looking for somewhere else to stay but it was return to college weekend & this was […] it. So we slept with the window wide open & breathed thru the sheet using it like a respirator. In the morning we just wanted to leave so we didnt shower. Somehow we didnt expect to feel any cleaner.so we just left. The staff was friendly, the halls were clean & the building looks well maintained. I am not one of those anti smoking nuts. I have stayed in smoking rooms plenty of times but I have never experienced anything like this. Läs mer

The only negative we had about this hotel was that we were on the third floor and there was no elevator. Other than that it met allof our needs and ver very quiet at night.

We found the hotel too be quiet evecn with a lot of fishermen and their boats-never heard them leave in the early morning. Breakfast offerings better than they were 2 years ago. Loved the waffles. We will be back. P & J
"older hotel"
the hotel is an older hotel but you get what you pay for. The hallways have a smell to them, the room next to ours had no working AC and the staff was not to friendly with the other people when they requested they fix it. They wanted them to move for one night and then move back to the same room when they were staying with 2 children and for 3 nights. […] The free breakfast was ok. "Basic accomodations for a good price"
Had to stay here while one of my daughters went to overnight and orientation at SUNY Potsdam. Had another teen with me. The hotel was clean enough. Staff was very courteous. Movie theater and Mall close by for entertainment. Breakfast was available but we chose to eat elsewhere. Not the hotels fault. Had small problem with a group of men one of whom […] had too much to drink. Evidently these buffoons thought they were appealing to my teenage daughters. I scooted them away and moved the girls out of sight. Unfortunately, I did not report it to the hotel. I am sure if I had that I would not have been so nervous for the rest of the night. Läs mer
The room was clean and the staff was pleasant, but that was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in.

Talk about convenience! The hotel was right across from the Massena Arena where we attended an event. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and nice. We loved the micro-suede recliner. The bed was a little too hard but over-all it did not affect our stay. Also, hotels.com said that the room did not include breakfast but it did. Overall, our stay was very good. For some reason, we were put in a wheelchair accessable room. The sink in the bathroom was very low for my wife & I. If we were in a wheelchair, we would have had a problem hanging our clothes. The rack/closet was behind a large chair.

We stayed here because we were visiting our Potsdam student and the hotel we usually stay in was booked. It was a distance from the college but was convenient for shopping and restaurants. Rooms were adequate. They were clean. The heating/air conditioning unit was very noisy. All in all, we would stay here again if we needed to but this wouldn't be […] our first choice. Läs mer

Our stay was fine. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The location was perfect for us. Fast food nearby and a drug store nearby. The only issue we had was the smell of smoke on the floors which were supposed to be non-smoking.
