Mycket bra hotell, vi fick tidig incheckning, 10 minuter med bil till flygplatsen, bra poolområde, ingen störande trafik trots närhet till flyget och motorvägar. Bra frukost som man fick betala i tillägg. Bra parkering inkluderat i rummet.Mycket nöjd, rekommenderas!

Perfekt hotell med absolut närhet till flygplatsen. Bra standard på hotellet, fint poolområde och frukost att köpa till en rimlig summa. Parkering utanför. Rekommenderas varmt!

My stay at this hotel was fine except for the lower bar/restaurant area. The lady who was an attendent there was very rude to me and my daughter. We had brought in food from the outside and she rudely told us that we could not eat there, in which there are no signs posted stating this. I asked why she said stated you just can't . It was not a matter […] of following a rule but her rudeness toward me and my daughter. on the other hand in the restaurant to the right as you enter the hotel where we had breakfast, the sevice was excellent as well as the service on the 12th floor. Everything was done efficiently, particularly the airport shuttle, and close to the airport. Room was comfy, shower was excellent, bed very comfortable. Nice dinner in the dining room with excellent service. I would definitely use it again.

Thee hotel was great as we stayed in for a conference. We thought that the restaurant menu was very limited as we stayed for 10 days and there was very little difference between lunch and dinner. being close to the airport, there were very little restaurants close by

When checking in the front desk was very nice and accomodating. At first they could not find our reservation but completely worked with us... apparently names were switched but we got our room. We were going to have to pay for parking which I thought was outrageous but the front desk offered to sign up for their rewards system which allowed him to give […] me complimentary parking... Bonus! Guest services provided transportation to local restaurant near by which was good... They quoted wrong price at first but it was ok.... Went to hotel bar after and bartender was very nice and efficient makes on good dirty martini! Bed was comfortable and it was your average room over looked the highway close by. room was nice but I would suggest some air fresheners be used regularly to give rooms after each use a more pleasant aroma like the lobby has on arrival. I do look forward to returning to same hotel in very near future. thanks hotel.com

The entire staff and stay were awesome! We even stayed again after our cruise. Rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfy. Free Shuttle service to shops & food.

I was not satisfied with check-in or Check-out. The professional service was not given during either. As for the hotel, its not worth the price except for the convenience to the airport.

I expected a bit more from a Sheraton. The room was old and in need of renovation. It was clean and the king size bed was comfortable, but the lighting in the bathroom was poor. Also, the people at the check-in desk were not very friendly. We wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, so the location was ideal for that, but there […] is nothing in the surrounding area, so we had no choice but to eat at their restaurant. Fortunately, the food in the restaurant was good. The main thing we didn't like is that they wanted to charge us for WiFi access in our room, and they also siad they would put a small sum on our credit card for incidental expenses when we checked in! The charge was removed when we checked out, but we have not heard of a hotel doing that, especially a higher-end hotel. Läs mer

Front desk wasnt the best but everything else was good! Nice beds, big plus! Housekeeper let me stay after checkout time to finish packing! That was so nice and great customer service.

Hotel was great. Although, I was over billed on several room service and breakfast meal. Maybe, because I had 2 rooms reserved the Sheraton hotel double billed me. Now, I have to investigate these extra charges. Plus, an additional billing for a late check-in even though I called ahead. Annoyed

Its close to nothing so its not worth the price per night. You can not walk out to anywhere close by so it should really be a $99.00 rate per night!

Just stayed for one night. The only complaint refers to the US$ 15.00 for parking.

Hotel location was convenient, however the quality of the hotel was not good at all. There were peices of wood holding up the dresser and an old dirty small refrigerator in the room that was very random.

With the club level you are on the top floor and there is a large room and they provide more than just snacks...we had chicken kabobs that were excellent and it was nice to be in a homey place away from the lobby...however we did experience a last taste of key lime pie in the lobby bar. The next day the 24 hour shuttle took us directly to the airport---in […] less than 10 minutes...very convenient which is why we stayed there; and the breakfast was buffet and included in the pricel When added all together...a very good value. Stay was awesome. However, you are a captive audience while on your property. There were no other venues for dining other than the hotels. The immediate proximity with the airport, was definitely a plus.

This hotel was just okay for hotel purposes, although I would not spend my own money to stay here, rates were somewhat unrealistic. Bed was very comfortable and the view was gorgeous from the panaramic window. Food was horrible and hotel in need of updating and revovating in the rooms.
