Bra hotell med fokus på arbete, stora rum rent och snyggt utan att vara lyxigt. Lämpligt för arbete i norra Dallas. Ok gym med fria vikter och maskiner, dock ganska litet men nytt. Frukost enkel men helt ok, ingår i priset. Trevlig personal och en liten shop att handla vatten och annat fixi i receptionen. Bra värde för pengarna om man jobbar.

Nybyggt, fräscht och trevlig personal. Bra läge men man måste åka taxi eller köra till området med krogar. Gångavstånd till platsen där JFK sköts. Det enda negativa är att wifi inte ingick utan kostade 10 dollar om dan extra.

"Poorly maintained"
I chose to stay at this hotel due to them allowing pets. My wife and I were in the middle of a big move and we were travelling with animals. The lobby looks great and the staff was very helpful. "Room value and beds"
The sleep number beds are a joke. There was a full size blow up matress in our queen size bed leaving a 6" gap On each side of the bed. We had to move to another room. Dead roach in bathroom. We were called down for being too noisy because the a hole next door could hear tv thru pass through door. This is an old property. "Great hotel and very friendly"
I came to Dallas for lights all night 2012 and stayed here for 3 nights. The staff here is so friendly. They aligned the shuttle to bring me to the rail station and helped with directions around Dallas. "Big bang for the buck"
Discovering a three hour delay flying into Dallas, I booked this room as I was not going to be able to drive home that night. Some reviewers say the hotel is outdated. I would say it is a mixed bag. Tube TVs, no flat screens, sleep number beds (very comfortable, probably older furniture such as desks and chairs. It was a very comfortable, slept well […] stay. Is summary, my family of four needed a place to sleep after a long drawn out day of flying home. It served it's purpose. My 6 year old says "it's the best hotel ever" becuase there were gummies on the bed when we arrived. If I were on business and spent more hours in the room, I would not have liked it. "Hotel in Bad Condition"
The Hotel is in bad condition the Comforter Set on bed was dirty and stained. the poor had stains on it did not want my feet to touch it even with socks on nasty. The customer service at this hotel is exceptional. As for the rooms. The bathrooms are very small and the furniture is a little outdated. The hotel restaurant is good but the menu is small. "Quick trip"
Arrived an hour after check in and had to wait 20 minutes to make sure there was a suite ready. Room was big and spacious. Loved the sleep number bed. The continental breakfast was an empty coffee maker and a mess of left over sugar packets.
