Perfekt hotell för längre vistelse, i vårt fall 9 nätter. En av få amerikanska hotellkedjor som som har en bra buffet-frukost inkl. i priset. Rummen är identiska i hela USA (har provat) och är typ 2-rumare m bäddsoffa. Udda antal resenärer därmed inget problem. Rekommenderas.

"Great, friendly staff and free shuttle!"
Want to stay downtown but it's already booked? No worries, this hotel offers free shuttle pick-ups and drop offs that will take you anywhere in Ann Arbor, proper to help avoid parking debacles of downtown. "Pretty pleased over all."
The room was nice. Had a loveseat and coffee table with a couple chairs, big tv, very comfy king sized bed and everything was immaculate. Hotel lounge/restaurant/ bar was welcoming too. Had a few drinks at the bar and the bartender was good. She had stories, jokes, and was just an all around good person. Breakfast was great. Had a full menu and a fully […] loaded breakfast bar! They had a workout room and a pool and hot tub. Though I didn't use those they looked good. The only thing negative I can think of is the location of our room. "Sheraton Getaway"
I was impressed with the hotel overall, nice rooms, clean, updated, very comfortable bed. Not the most romantic location, but very convenient to downtown Ann Arbor. "Not bad for family. Queen beds ok, pillows stink"
They forgot to clean our room, had to call them at 10:30 PM when we got back. They were good enough to come though. Pillows are very uncomfortable, everyone complained. "comfortable beds"
We stayed only one night, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes driving time from downtown where all the great action is. A bit hard to find if you are driving at night and are not familiar with Ann Arbor.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia

"Great hotel for early flight out of Detroit Metro."
We merely spent the night there before flying home on an early flight out of Detroit Metro. Arrived at hotel at 10:45 pm, left at 6:45 am. Did not interact with staff. Our beds were comfy. Two queen beds which fit for four people. We were on 2nd floor and room was over parking lot, so there was some car noise throughout the night. "Enjoyable 3 day stay."
I booked a deluxe king room, the pullout sleeper was perfect for my daughters use. The microwave and mini fridge came in handy. Enjoyed the indoor / outdoor pool feature. Had a great breakfast in the restaurant. The last day of our stay I ordered up breakfast. The woman on the phone was pleasant. I got a call shortly after from the delivery girl saying […] she would be up in a minute and a half. Wow talk about being on top of things. All the staff I ran into were pleasant. It took way too long to check in and check out. There are only two "stations" and the employees were distracted with other things upon my arrival. At departure, I stood for several minutes without being spoken to while the person in front of me stood playing with his phone and having no interaction with the employee. "Relaxing night"
Stayed on the Club level and enjoyed the comfortable bed and quite room, even across from the "club" room where breakfast was served. Room was very clean, bathroom was smaller than I expected but clean and had nice toiletries, and there was a nice couch for watching tv. Very easy to get there, the mall and downtown.
