The stay was so relaxing and comfortable. The staff and management were so great and had so much hospitality give. Will stay there again in the future. Would recommend it.

This was a good choice for me.. 2mins from downtown historic area.. Trolley tour will pick u up out front.. Room had fridge ,microwave,coffee pot.. Do not stay if u want free breakfast they only have two kinds of cereal and that's it.. But I didn't want to eat there anyways.. All in all I would stay again..

Overall it was comfortable, clean, quiet, pool was very clean but small but what do you expect being right on San Marcos, really the only complaint I had was that the pillows where very flat, bring your own pillow, other then that I was satisfied, I have no problem staying again.Sidenote: They had in they're rooms, iron and board, hair dryer, cable, […] wifi,small pool, fridge, micowave. The hosts were friendly. The room had everything thatt is advertised, comfortable beds quiet and very clean. The price was very reasonable for the area.the breakfast was bad, only cereal and pastries were offered and you had to carry everything to your room. It is not close to the historic area of town and restaurants unless you have a car. We recommend […] you take the Red Train trip around the tourist town. Makes it sound like its an all suites lodge. ITS NOT! I had a small room that smelled musty and the small refigerator made a loud noise throughout the night. Supposed to have complimentary breakfast but when I went to the lobby there wasnt anything set out. Probably wont be staying there again. Some of the guests seemed very shady. Don't recommend.

room was clean. front desk personnel was very pleasant & helpful. not much of a contential breakfast. biggest issue was the wifi kept shutting down. but the price was right & we were there to tour the town not hang at the hotel.

The owners of the hotel were very nice and my room was not ready when I arrived. They took my number and called me when it was ready. When they were assigning my room she asked it I wanted double or queen, and said it did not matter (was I wrong on that). She gave me a queen bed, which was a room located in the back of the hotel. The room was probably […] no bigger than 6' x 8, the sink was inside the room about 2 feet from the bed. The toilet looked like it had been the closet, no door, with small bathtub. Now, I realized the price advantage here,and the staff was polite and very nice! The property was clean. It was just old, tired and not updated.TV big and bulky TV cabinet. They room was relatively clean yet extremely out dated. The staff was courteous as I checked in with my family which led me to believe I had made the right hotel choice. Upon entering the room I found very old furniture and furnishings which was a let down. The bed was very uncomfortable and being a disabled veteran it did not in any way lend to a good […] nights sleep after a 10 hour drive that day or the 12 hour drive I was looking at in the morning. The television was old and poor in reception. I do not believe the room was remotely close to being worth the 129.00 I paid for it but I put up with it as I was only there one night. The next night we stayed in Richmond Virginia at another chain where I paid $79.00 for the night and got a clean, comfortable well maintained room with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need. I try to use Travelodge when on the road but this was an experience that left me with serious reservations about staying there and being over charged for what I got again. I can accept out dated furniture but seriously the front seat of my car was more comfortable than the bed. I was disappointed and felt as if I got over charged. Läs mer

Second time in St Augustine. Our last hotel was booked up so we decided to stay at the Travelodge for 3 nights. The area isnt the best being one of the furthest hotels north of old town, but it does have a Trolley stop in front and we didnt feel unsafe. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and with a king bed as requested. […] Ample space with a pull-out couch bed as well. However, the king bed was very uncomfortable for both of us, and we have different tastes in firm/softness so one of us should have at least been happy. Tossed and turned all night on the mattress and both woke up with stiff backs. We thought the pull-out might be more comfortable or even the floor, but didnt actually get to try it. We bring our own pillows so at least that helped a touch. "Continental Breakfast" was abysmal consisting of the following: mini-muffins in blueberry or banana nut, small cinnamon buns, frosted flakes and raisin bran cereals, milk, coffee, apple and orange juice. The trip turned out well, but we wont be staying here again due to the beds. With all the walking you do in town for food, wine tasting, St. George street, tours of churches and other historic places, you want to come back to your room, curl up in bed, and get a good night sleep! Our room was clean and comfy but it seemed overpriced to me. The room was outdated and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. All that was available was some cereal, pre-wrapped muffins and cold coffee. That really shouldn't be able to be called breakfast. All that said, our room was clean which is very important to me.

this is an old hotel and needs updating. The breakfast consisted of watered down orange juice, cheap packaged danish and only cereal. No sitting area.

Fine if you are a only looking for a overnight stay, but it is desperate need for an updating. The air freshener just didn't cut it.. The stir wells could also have had better lighting. This motel is located in a rather unsavoury area of the city and Not at all comfortable moving around this motel at night

Very disappointed with motel in general. Not in Old Town as advertised but a mile away. Signs indicating laundry facilities for guests but machines were removed more than a year ago. Beds flimsy and lumpy. Continental breakfast consisted of mini muffins from WalMart and green orange juice.

The check-in lady was very nice. Room was good, but beds low, and pillows too flat!! Good thing there were several. Why don't these motels put up towel bars by the sink??? We missed the breakfast so can't comment on that.

It was a pleasant enough stay and quite well located for our purposes. The breakfast was grim and the space to consume it was tiny. Not an amenity that should be retained unless expanded to make it more meaningful.

This is a nice, clean, quiet small hotel convenient to the sites of St. Augustine. My room was convenient, well-lit, two full-sized beds, good shower, a table with two chairs, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, cable TV, all just fine. We needed a hotel for one night and this one was just fine. It was only 1.5 miles from the fort in a quite part of town. We checked in around 9pm and were greeted by a very nice couple who answered all our questions. The room was just what we had asked for with one king size bed. It was an older builder but kept up very well and very clean. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful about the area. Wr didn't use the microwave, ministove , or freezer/fridge combo because of the length of our stay. But it was all clean and would be a place we go again!

While the neighborhood wasn not right in Old Town it was still convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent facility, about a mile north of town. Beautifully decorated, wioth excellent amenities. And being north of town, it was quiet. Only drawback is having to drive and park to get to St. Augustine and sightsee. I will definitely stay here again.
