Great location. Hotel looking a bit worn as it is very popular due to price point and location. The walls and ceilings are not very sound proofed so I was woken several times thru the night. "Great location and nice accomodations"
Very pleased with how close to Gondolas and ski rentals, lots of restaurants.Nice large indoor spa. Parking below bldg very convenient although cost of $18, worth it. Bed was comfortable and all in good repair.Would definitely return.Verifierad gästrecension
"pool and hot tub right in village"
I really enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the hot tub right in the village. The pool hours were open late which was nice. We enjoyed a nice meal at the Keg next door and swam for most of the evening afterwards. Very convenient and close to everything and the price was great too! "Our Special Trip"

"2 nights at the Whistler Village Inn And Suites"
I was quite impressed by the staff's curtesy. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was nice and well equipped. The only backdraw is the murphy bed. "internet extra?"
Both internet and parking were over-priced add-ons. Very few hotels charge for internet service in the rooms these days, and that knocks down my rating of this hotel, as it seems really cheap to be charging an additional fee to access the web. We had a nice stay although the hotel was going through some renovations (plumbing issues)and a lot of the walls in the halls were boarded and it looked like a construction site. "Not the best."
I thought the room was extremely tiny, especially for 4 people. I understand that not all requests can be made but having 2 couples and 3 beds was not great. Our feet were touching the other peoples feet. They said there was a full kitchen, yet there was only 1 knife and no bowls for salads or anything. "Nothing special but clean, comfortable, central"
The hotel is a bit older and in need of repair but overall it was clean, comfortable and affordable considering that the location is perfect. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall I had no problems. The bathroom was a bit bare bones and in need of sprucing up but the rest of the room (standard) was fine. The only thing though is that […] the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper then you will not appreciate the early morning noise of people walking about their rooms in their ski boots getting ready for a day on the slopes. "Right in the village but away from the noise"
Great location which was easy to get around, we parked car for the weekend and didn't need to use it at all. Parking kind of adds up if you are staying for a few days but most hotels charge close to twenty bucks/day. The room was only ready about an hour before regular check in time. Hotel staff was very helpful and could suggest some things to do. […] Location is beside the Keg and around the corner from a Starbucks and Shoppers Drug Mart so everything you need is right there. I used the gym and it had alright equipment, everything you'd need for a workout on your vacation and never saw anyone else in there. TV in there to watch while working out. There is a nice outdoor hottub and pool. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. "Whistler stay"
Well, they charge $5/ day for wifi...cheeky in this day and age. Also $18 for parking. The heat only partially worked in our room and we were cold. I really hate that. The room we had worked well for our family and was convenient for walking. It just generally felt a bit tired. "Cool Rooms"
A trip that was intended to just be myself later included the family. The staff allowed me to upgrade a pre-paid room over the phone. There were more beds in the room then were listed on the website which really helped. The two story room was novel and made the upstairs silent compaired to other hotels. The location of this hotel, made walking through […] the village stroll easy. I had a conference at the Fairmont, which was only 8 minutes to walk. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn several times, and my wife and I would recommend this hotel as being a better value. Only knock on this hotel is that the common areas smelled, and the pool shower drain was loaded with hair. The standard room was adequate in size. The beds and bedding were very comfortable The room description made reference to sitting and enjoying the fireplace, however, our room did not have a fireplace. "Good for the price"
Overall, its a good place to stay on a tight budget. Its very clean and the room was spacious. I didn't like that the bed was one of those hide-a-beds. "Didnt really like the service"
Room was nice, clean and spacious, only thing is they didnt inform us that our balcony was closed for repairs, that was annoying. Also, they messed up our damage deposit, didnt end up returning it for 4 days, then after we had gotten home they phoned me at midnight on a sunday and woke me up, then the staff got really rude because I didnt want to get […] out of bed to get my credit card info and made a huge issue about me calling back in the morning, and we are on the same time zone, so they knew it was midnight on a sunday, I found that to be unprofessional. The best part of this hotel is the location, you don't need to use your car at all ! We originally we're put in a very small room with a murphy bed on the main floor (there was 3 people sharing the room, it was too small) after talking to the front desk they moved us up to the 3rd floor, which was much better (bed upstairs and pull out sofa bed). The […] main drawback was when we left the room for the afternoon and we put up the sign to have our room cleaned, and when we retured the room was not clean, and the sign was flipped to "do not disturb".
