Jätte mysigt hotellområde med pool, bubbelpool och solstolar precis bredvid vattnet. Hotellrummen är inte de modernaste men cubanskt charmiga! Bra service av de anställda och rena rum. Vi blev positivt överraskade av hotellets atmosfär och återvänder gärna!

"Good location"
It has a good location for sure. A bit difficult to see it from Ocean Dr. since it is in between two restaurants. It is on the corner of 5th St and Ocean Dr. on top of Fridays. Checkin is at 4pm. We could use the pool until the room was ready. The front desk is on the second floor. The front desk staff didnt seem happy to be there. Werent smiling or […] didnt tell you anything about the facility unless we asked. Room was huge! One bedroom apt! Not clean floors or comfortable beds though. In the resortfee of $25 the beachchairs are included as well as à continental breakfast in the lobby. They had fruit, yoghurt, juice, cereal, muffins, pastries, minibagels, waffles, and coffee. "Slitet men helt okej för det pris man betalar"
Vi bodde på vån 4 och rummet var ganska slitet. Vårt resesällskap bodde på vån 2 och de hade fräschare rum. Hissen var trasig de 4 första dagarna så vi fick åka personalhissen vilken var full med sopor och jättevarm - inte jättekul. Det blev betydligt bättre när den vanliga hissen funkade. Det var lyhört utifrån och vi bodde mot Ocean Drive vilket betydde […] att det dunkade musik varje natt och morgon från stället som låg på bottenvåningen. De spelade väldigt hög musik hela dagarna vilket kunde vara lite irriterande, dock har man ju valt att bo på Ocean Drive och då får man vara beredd på ljud. Frukosten serverades i receptionen så det fanns knappt några sittplatser - tre bord ute på balkongen utan parasoll - men den var helt ok om man nöjer sig med en bagel, lite juice och en yoghurt. "Prisvärt och bra"
Prisvärt hotell på bästa läge, med Pool på taket med havsutsikt och solstolar. Först fick vi ett rum mot innergården - tyst men tråkigt. Lyckades byta till ett mot gatan, där det alltid är liv och rörelse. Stora, rymliga rum med pentry och kylskåp samt matbord. Frukosten är minst sagt spartansk men duger nog åt de flesta - passar det inte så finns det […] ju kompletta kök med brödrost på rummen och mataffär ligger bara 1 minut bort. "En natt i Miami"
Vi hitade hotellet som låg i början av Art Decogatan Ocean Drive på Hotels.com. Vi skulle bara stanna en nat på vår rundresa i Florida innan flyget hem. Och det blev en bra avslutning. Bra väder, nära till beachen, bra restauranger och bra hotell.Verifierad gästrecension

"Bentley Hotel South Beach nära stranden"
Enligt bilderna på hotellet så skulle stranden ligga rakt utanför... Det gjorde den inte men bara rakt över vägen. Frukosten var i minsta laget. Det tillkommer en retlig avgift för pool m.m. Trevligt hotell i ena änden av Ocean Drive. Trevlig personal och nära till restauranger och strand. Fin liten pool på taket. Det fanns även en bubbelpool. "Bra läge i södra South Beach"
Hotellet ligger i södra hörnet av South Beach. Lite långt (ca 15min) att gå till Lincoln Road). Nära till stranden. Bra rum men trots att vi valde lyxmodellen så fick vi ett rum mot gården, skulle gärna haft ut mot gatan/ stranden. Lätt att ta sig till hotellet då flygbussen, som är riktigt billig stannar två kvarter därifrån i hörnet WashingtonAVe/5th […] Street. Observera att det tillkommer en avgift på ca 30 dollar per dygn för strandstolar & frukost. Frukosten består av kaffe, the, våfflor, wienerbröd, muffins,juice, yougurt, flingor och ett äpple. "Bentley Hotel South Beach - bra läge"
Valde hotellet för det fått så bra rekomendationer. Blev först besviken när jag kom. Tyckte det var enklare än vad jag föreställt mig. Men det ändrades med tiden. Det var ett bra läge, perfekt till allt man vill komma åt. Jag hade fönster mot gården vilket är samma sak som ingen utsikt men det var tyst. Jag stördes inte av festandet på stan. Den privata […] beachen låg några kvarter ner men det var en trevlig promenad på stranden och väl där fick jag bra service. Sköna solsängar och paraply. Det som var mest negativt var att det bara fanns internet i allmänna utrymmen. Jag behövde jobba samtidigt vilket krävde att jag satte mig i receptionen. Det blev knöligare och mindre effektivt. Det känns som normalstandard idag att det finns trådlöst eller fast nät på varje rum. Städningen var ok. Jag är inte så kräsen. Tappade en M&M och den försvann aldrig i städningen. I beskrivningen står det att det är uppbäddning varje kväll men det fick jag aldrig. Generellt var det lägre standard på hotellet än jag räknat med för 3,5 stjärnigt men jag gillade hotellet. "Bentley Hotel South Beach - Litet i stor stad"
Skönt läge när stranden och med en fantastisk utsikt från hotell-poolen på taket. Beläget i ena änden av South Beach's shoppinggator för den som inte orkar ligga mer i solen. Det enda lilla negativa är att det är ett par kvarter till hotellets egna beach club, men det är värt att gå de 5 minutrarna för en plats i gratis solstolar.Verifierad gästrecension

"good location"
When we arrive, the room smelled of very strong bleach. A hotel employee was in our room when we unlocked our door. She said she was checking on the condition of the wet floor (no carpet in room, floors are all tile). We were wondering why the bleach smell was so strong - did someone get sick in the room and they were using strong bleach to clean up? […] The faucet in the shower did not work well - it took a LONG time to get hot water to come out - had to "fiddle" with the faucet to find the hot water spot. The bathroom sink did not drain well - we stuck q-tips in drain to keep it open and draining. Otherwise it would fill to the top and drain out of the "drain hole" in the sink. We paid for our room 100% before checking in. When we arrived, we were required to give a credit card # for "accidentials". Upon checking out 2 days later, we were told we owed $56 additional "facility fee". We were not informed of a "facility fee" and did not know anything about it. "Underwhelming"
Our stay at the Bentley was okay. Just a warning to those who are looking for proximity to the beach: the Bentley's "beach access" is not right outside their door. You have to walk 4 blocks down and two blocks over to get to the beach (about a 10 minute walk). We arrived early and were told our rooms were not ready but we would receive a call as soon […] as they were. The lobby is the size of a closet so we had to leave and walk around town, which was fine except for the monsoon rains and the fact that the hotel "forgot" to call us when our room was available. The condition of the room was fine: clean and well put together. The elevator was broken our entire stay, forcing us to use the service elevator, which is where they keep all of their trash cans so it reaked of hot garbage every time we left the hotel. Valet parking was a challenge as well. You have to call the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing your car so they can go run 3 blocks to get it and bring it back. We called about 20 minutes before we needed it, went down expecting our car to be ready, only to be told the front desk never notified them we needed it. We were late to our dinner reservations as a result. We made sure to go down to valet directly the day we left so we would not be late for our flight. None of our experiences at the Bentley were the end of the world, but just not what I expected from a 4 star hotel in South Beach and certainly not worth the price tag. We Made an error while we were choosing this hotel. We thought it was the Benchley Hilton a much different experience. This small deco boutique sits atop a restaurant on Ocean Avenue and blasts music from 6:30 AM until 2 AM. We come to SoBe quite often and have always stayed in the big hotels on Collins. I THOUGHT I was booking "the Kardashian Bentley" - as a surprise for my teenage daughter. Turns out there are many "Bentley" hotels - unrelated except in name. The Kardashian Bentley is "the Hilton Bentley" - also on Ocean - but across the street on the beach a few blocks […] south. The one we stayed is across the street from the ocean - with an unobstructed ocean view (the park is across the street). It is in one of the historic art deco buildings - 5 floors - with one of the (obnoxious) street cafes. That said --- the hotel was a surprise! I booked a one bedroom suite. It had a FULL kitchen. The living room had white muslin covered furniture. The bedroom was a good size = and the bed was very comfy with high thread count white sheets/duvet. No tub, but the bathroom was well appointed. Problem - the sofa bed was really bad quality for sleeping. No one will enjoy sleeping on that thing. Had we stayed longer I would have asked for a roll-away (the regular mattress type). Location was great for SoBe - Walgreen's, liquor store - both around the corner. Starbucks and a cool coffee bar/shop a few blocks away. At first they tried to give us a "city view" -but, when I politely pressed, we ended up with a full ocean view (no balcony). We liked it - and will consider returning on our next trip. "Pleasant experience."
Upon checking-in in our room, there was a certain smell we noticed right away. It's either garbage mixed in with some air freshener. Just wasn't pleasant. We told the manager at the desk and he showed us another room which was more acceptable. The manager- Carlos- was very accomodating and pleasant. He did not give us a hard time. "Great New Year's Getaway"
We had a New Year's getaway in South Beach. This hotel was perfect. It was clean and comfortable with a touch of nostalgia. The city closes the street in front of the hotel so you have all access walking for the rest of the night (and the following morning). The hotel was very pleasant and convenient for Miami Beach attractions. Our 2 daughters and their young babies of 6 months and 4months had a room on the second floor at the front of the hotel. "Not a Boutique Hotel!"
This hotel is in a great position but our room and balcony was overlooking a car lot. The general areas are in need of maintenance and feels like its decaying (peeling paint, chips, paint drips) Although advertised there is NO GYM. Breakfast feels cheap with coffee in paper cups and only 4 tables! I was awoken at 6:45 am on Sunday by the front desk […] asking if this was the number for the PH. It wasn't and got no apology for waking us up. The receptionists make no effort to greet you, they didn't seem to care at check in or check out - not a warm welcome. The upside is the use of the beach club and also that the rooms are well proportioned and clean and I suspect if you are not in room 403 overlooking the car lot you will have a more uplifting vacation but if you thought you were paying for a room with a reasonable view and the use of a gym in a well maintained facility then you would feel a little bit like you had just overpaid for your stay!!!! "Loved it"
We couldn't have been happier with our stay there. The Bentley has it all. Being right at 5th street and ocean, this hotel is right in the thick of things in south beach. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could ever want including a fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, and the list goes on and on. The front […] desk staff were extremely courteous, classy, and helpful. To top it all off, our room was very reasonably priced to boot. The only aspect of our stay that I can think of that could use improvement was the continental breakfast --- its fairly minimal with just pastries, juice, and coffee. However, I suppose that's to be expected for a smaller hotel, and if you are having breakfast at the hotel then you aren't doing south beach right :-). It was our first trip to Miami, great place and great hotel. We feel welcomed the time we stepped in the hotel. Very spacious and clean room. Great location.
