Been in Cannes several times, at different hotels, usually 5 star, This is a 4 star hotel, in my mind very worth the price, given it is Cannes. Great area, in the centre, 5 min walk to main street. Check out the place on the roof - brilliant for sun and view is amazing. Note no pool(!!), The pool is EUR 25 and owned by a different company - no good. […] The beach is however 10 sec away. Personal not very helpful - however not an exception for this location. And one more: go for an upgraded room, it's worth it. I would stay there again Läs mer

The hotel is in a great location, public car park close by or if you want to use the hotel parking I would suggest you pre-book. The concierges were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants etc. We thought the restaurant at the hotel was expensive so chose to eat elsewhere (had some superb food in a few different places) Unfortunately our […] room was near the services entrance of the hotel so it was noisy through the night but that aside, really enjoyed our stay there. OK hotel, but (as 95% of the Côte d'Azur hotels) very expensive for what you get. Perfect location and the suberb views over the bay make it worth the while. Modern and pleasing interior. Nice breakfast buffet. 4-star hotel, but you have to pay extra for the outdoor swimming pool! Absolutely crazy on this level. Private beach 200m from the hotel. Good place but at the far end of the port requiring 15 mins walk to boulevard Criosette. The most horrible thing rooms are too small and are not sound proof/ isolated room, I could hear everything going on in the city. I couldn't have a good sleep for my whole stay!!

Our second stay in this perfect hotel, we were so impressed by the standard of the re- vamp our room was amazing, especially the toilet, with the washing, drying experance!! We got an upgrade, as just before Christmas, 18 th December, the hotel wasn't bussy. Beautiful reception area. But i do miss the coffee bar the old layout had. The hotel is very stylish and the room we stayed in very comfortable. Its location is excellent. On a corner overlooking the harbour with lovely views and a short walk to the centre of town. The one downside was the cost of parking 35e per night and the cost of using the pool/fitness area at 25e per person per day. We picked up a list of hotels from […] the tourist office in Cannes ( we did'nt pre book) and it shows the facilities that all hotels have. I can probably accept the car park bit but having to pay to use the pool is over the top in my opinion. We stayed 3 nights. For both of use to have a swim each day would have added 150e to the bill. We did'nt use it. Although i've no complaints about the hotel itself i would have looked elsewhere had i known in advance about these charges. Läs mer

Super location and impressive reception area. Wonderful views from roof top bar and terrace. However, hotel room was very small and not in a state of good repair. At check in, the hotel was not expecting 2 of my guests and were only expecting me for half the period. Despite having the confirmation of exactly what I had booked, the hotel was not helpful […] in solving what was their mistake and even said the words it's not their problem. We stayed in the 1835 at the end of November for my boyfriends birthday. The hotel was within a short distance of Cannes main centre along the port. The hotel was very modern with a modern interior. prices were typically cannes- with us opting to go to a local cafe for breakfast instead of spending €27 for a continential breakfast. October business trip, trade show at the Palais. The White Palm is a 5 minute walk from the old town restaurants up the hill, and a 10 minute walk from the Palais. The only unusual thing about the hotel is that it is the opposite direction [west] of the Palais from all the main hotels on the quai, towards the Carlton [east] where most people stay. I […] am unable to comment on the standard room I booked, as it was unavailable, but the hotel upgraded me to a suite that was breath-taking with views of the sea and the harbor. The suite obviously influenced my opinion, but the experience was fabulous and I did not want to leave at week-end. Have staying in Cannes at 10 different "main" hotels over the years. An otherwise very nice hotel experience was totally spoiled by the fact that the use of the pool (shown very nicely on all the pictures about the hotel) is actually not included in the price of your stay. Stayed here at the end of June and was delighted with the place. Room was comfy and clean with a great view of the beach. Bathroom and Shower was large. Just at the end of the Marina right beside a great Irish bar and great restaurants.. will definately stay there again.

Very disappointed the hotel charge residents €25 per half day for use of the pool - this didn't apply last year. In July and August, you cannot use the pool unless you have a treatment - the one offered to me was €80. There is no mention of this in the hotel description. My room overlooked the Rue de Port, and every night between 2am and 6am there was […] a very noisy laundry collection/delivery - the entrance was just below my window. Also one night there was a waste collection for the houses nearby - this was at 3am. Despite these negatives, the hotel is fantastic (I'm pleased they've reverted to a buffet breakfast) - good location for restaurants/beach/shops. Will definitely go again! Läs mer

Perfect location - right at the end of Blvd La Croisette accross from the Old Port. magnificent views of the Port and the city. Walk to Blvd La Croisette, Palace of Festivals, dining, etc. The only word of caution - hotel parking is 35 euro/day. We found public parking within 5 min of walking for 17.50 euro/day.

部屋が狭く、チェックイン後、部屋に入った時、暖房が切られていて寒く、スイッチの位置が分かりづらく、又、温度数値表示が出ているので、オンの状態と勘違いし、暫く寒い状態で過ごしてしまった。 コーヒーメーカーも湯沸しも部屋に無かった。 本来15:00チェックインなので、無理は言えないのですが、このクラスのホテルでは、部屋がある場合それ以前でもチェックインできるのが普通ですが、比較的若いレシェプションの担当者は、部屋の状態をきちんと調べもせず、雨の日にも関わらず、荷物は預かるから、プールを利用するか、散歩でもして来ることを勧められた。ロービーに居るマネージャー？に再びお願いして初めて空いている部屋を探してチェックインできた。20時間かけて、雨の日に着いたお客様に対する応対ではなく、一部のスタッフに対 […] するサービス業としての教育が行き届いていない。その他のスッタフは感じ良かった。 Läs mer

Hotel très agréable et fort bien rénové, mais c'était auparavant un trois étoiles, et cela ce sent: cela ne sera jamais un des palaces de la croisette, même si le prix des chambres est identique à celui desdits palaces! Du coup l'ensemble paraît un peu prétentieux, comme le spa pas vraiment pratique et à la hauteur des tarifs.

Camera fatiscente e neanche tanto pulita (ragnatele). Evidentemente trattavasi di camera non ancora ristrutturata che utilizzano solo in caso di albergo pieno. Non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato.

Vi bodde på hotellet i kun 4 netter. Og vi oppholdt oss meget lite på hotellet. Vi spiste ikke hotellets frokost. Men prøvde deres sushi meny på taket. Den var meget god. Hotellet var meget nærme stranden og gode restauranter var rett i nærheten. Ikke langt til shopping eller sightseeing da hotellet ligger i gamlebyen. Flott og bra hotell, med beliggenhet rett ved havnen. 1 minutt til fin offentlig sandstrand. Bra frokost. Vi ble imidlertid skuffet over at det ikke var basseng på hotellet. På bildene på nettsiden fremgår det at det skal være basseng. Dette tilhører Spa avdelingen til hotellet, og her har ingen under 16 år adgang.

...und an der Strandpromenade. Beste Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Zu Fuss zum Grand Casino und Croisette. Ein paar Fotos auf dem roten Teppich Filmfestspiele... Am Sonntag toller Flohmarkt nur 3 Minuten vom Hotel... Mit dem Auto 15 Min. nach Grasse (Parfum) usw.usf. Wirklich tolle, zentrale Lage.

preis/leistung-verhältnis zu teuer, lage ist gut, für die benutzung des spa-bereiches und des pools werden hohe zusätzliche kosten berechnet dies sollte bei einem derartigen hotel nicht der fall sein, leider kein frühstück im freien möglich

Top Hotel an super Lage. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und schnell bedient. Der Hotelservice parkte unser Auto und das Hotel wurde uns kurz erklärt. Das Zimmer ist eher Klein aber Platz an der Côte d'Azur ist eben Mangelware. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum und der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Das Hotel war einfach genial. Zimmer, Personal etc. übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Das einzigen was uns etwas überraschte war, dass das zu Hotel gehörende Spa nicht im Preis inbegriffen war und für ein bisschen Schwimmen ohne Behandlungen etc. pro Person mit 25 Euros zu Buche schlug....

Alcune camere necessitano però di un rinnovamento o comunque di una manutenzione, mobili e moquette rovinati e serramenti vecchi. Hotellet ligger i hjertet av havnen i Cannes, i gangavstand til alt som Cannes har å by på. Strålende service og alle gjør sitt beste for at man skal forstå hverandre, noen snakker engelsk andre snakker fransk, men det går alikevel veldig fint. Skal man trekke fram noe så må det være frokosten, som er veldig fin og god, men den koster ganske mye, […] da er det like greit å gå 3 minutter til nærmeste baker og kjøpe deilig ferskt bakverk der. Die Zimmer sind sehr Modern ausgestattet. Der Pool?? Ja, wo war den der? Der Poolbereich ist nicht direkt im Hotel und muss separat bezahlt werden. Gastfreundliches Personal. Man muss halt sagen wenn einem was im Zimmer fehlt und wird aber auch prompt alles herbei gebracht und erledigt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
