Pro's: I see a note in room that they can do grocery shopping for you (like Residence Inn hotels). Unfortunately, this is the only plus to this hotel. Cons: Longer than normal check-in. No literature in the room that tells you the hotel amenities, etc (only had a cork board with a few things pinned to it). 2 lamps did not work, but found one unplugged. […] TV screen not clean (had several "dots" of something on it). Bed boxspring made a lot of noise when moving around, and matress not too comfy. No sugar for coffee in room. 2nd day, the coffee pot I used was not cleaned. I asked for a room nearer the lobby and got a room even further away than the last time I stayed here. I also called the front desk on my cell phone to tell them the room phone was not working. It never worked, and we were not offered another room.

It was perfect for our purpose. The price and location was just right. Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly better than I expected for this type of hotel.

had a late check in due to coming from a concert. the night check in person was quite a character... i thought he was funny...some might think he was crazy. overall the room and hotel were great for an overnight quick pad to sleep like we were doing. all we wanted was a nice place for decent money that didnt have bugs! I only stayed one night . It was conveniently located to restaurants,and more importantly the highway.I felt it was a safe neighborhood. My only complaint The hairdryer did not work and there was no ice in the ice machine and I was not offered any from another source.

Clean rooms but guest services has lot more room to improve. Breakfast is not an attraction but staff tries hard to make it presentable. If some thing break not sure whether the maintenance will get to it promptly- broken shower meant moving rooms because the Mr fix-it was gone for the day.

It was OK. The room was fine. The person at the front desk was alone when we checked in and it took forever. He was very nice but could not handle the demands of 4 room checking in at the same time. The breakfast was kind of sad and the breakfast room looked like it had not been vacuumed in a few days.

The night desk person couldn't have been more impolite and inconvenienced by our arrival...but the morning desk person couldn't have been kinder, friendlier and more helpful. So in the balance this was a fine place. The inconvenience was our own doing b/c of our last minute plans. It's a fine, comfortable and clean place.

Very friendly staff. The room was more pleasing than I expected. Although we requested a move for our travelling companion which did not happen, it was still a pleasant stay. It included a breakfast that had variety, although it was hard to keep it warm, they did their best. They even had a light meal most nights for an hour which was free. Also was […] a 3 minute walk over to a small shopping mall where you could purchase any other food required for the kitchen in the room if you wanted to self-cater. I made a reservation for a room to hold two adults and two children. The children were on a fold out couch. There were no linens for the bed and no pillows. A call to the front desk had linens there 15 minutes later, but they "had no more pillows". The room had a lot of noise between water flowing and the AC system. I did not sleep well. This place had the potential to be superb but there were too many maintenance issues - a toilet that ran continuously, a tub-shower drain that was broken, poor heating-ventilation system, and assigning guests to smoking rooms when they had requested non-smoking. The first night we checked in they did not have a room ready for us. We had to wait for it even though it was well after the check in time. We also had no hot water for one of the nights, which was not fixed til the next afternoon.

When we arrived we were given a smoking room though our reservation was for a non-smoking one (I have to say that this smoking room was much nicer than the nonsmoking room we eventually got, though the smell of sigarettes was very strong). When I spoke to the person at the front desk about this, she insisted that we have reserved a smoking room. I had […] to pull out my reservation from the Expedia web site, which clearly showed a nonsmoking room. After that the claim was dropped and we had to wait about half an hour for a nonsmoking room to be prepared. This room was substantially worse than the previous one (in particular there was no range in the kitchenette though it has been, a part of the window treatment was missing from one of the windows, a bed cover was missing, there were clearly seen fingerprints on the microwave). The woman at the desk (Alyssa) was extremely helpful and courteous. We had a problem with our remote and she responded in a timely manner. Also, the breakfast was exceptionally good. Very nice, clean and convenient. I was able to cook a meal, which I love to do, because the kitchen was well equipped(except there is no stove). Its very close to my office and reasonably priced.

Nice place on an accessible location, though without a car there's not much around that's within a walking distance. The staff is friendly. The room cleanliness and maintenance is not perfect, but its ok. The rooms are large with a good A/C. The one thing I found annoying was the extra door b/w my and the next room (if you open it on both sides I guess […] you'd have a nice large apartment), which let too much noise in, so you could hear the neighbors. The continental breakfast is really good compared to other US hotels, but doesn't come close to EU hotels. Still, it was good enough. For going out for a dinner I'd recommend the Applebee's Neighbourhood grill, which is just around on the Drum Hill. I'd also recommend going to the Americal Textile History Museum located in Lowell. We enjoyed our stay here. Only problem I had was that the hairdryer in my room didn't work, but the staff allowed me to use a hairdryer in another room, so that was fine. They offered me the chance to change rooms but I didn't feel like it. I really wish hotels in Lowell had easier access to Downtown.

POSITIVES: The location of the hotel in relation to activities scheduled for each day of our stay was outstanding. The social hour evening meals on Wednesday,and Thursday were fantastic. Why go out when a great meal is provided! NEGATIVES: First, when we arrived, we were given a room on the third floor ridiculously far from the elevator despite requesting […] a first floor room or one near an elevator for medical reasons. Management would not move our room despite many empty rooms each night. Second, the air conditioning in our room was non-existent the first night. The front desk claimed we were setting the thermostat incorrectly before finally admitting the air was down for the entie hotel. It was reset and worked great the second day. Third, no access to ice. No ice machines on any floor except in dining area on first floor. It was a combination water/ice machine which produced maybe 50 ice cubes per hour. Not many for a large hotel. We were told refrigerators in each room had built in ice makers but ours did not work. We were given two plastic ice trays to make our own ice. Worked well....for the second day! Too bad I wanted ice the first night when our room was 90 degrees. The front desk said they would bring up a bag of ice when the machine was ready. Never did get the ice they promised. Fourth, Not a bad breakfast but attendant spoke only broken english and did not know where anything was kept. Suggest eating early each morning because nothing is filled after 8 am. Läs mer

Rooms are clean and contain everything you will need to a self-sufficient stay. They offered both dinner and breakfast. Buffet offering is oriented to Indian cuisine. Staff was friendly and helpful While there I forgot my iPod when I check out of my room and they mailed it back to me for no charge. What more could I ask?
