Hotell i svårslaget läge! Rent på rummet och snygg amerikansk stil på rumsinredningen. Fungerar mycker bra med WC och dusch i korridorer, det är aldrig kö och de städas i princip hela tiden. Mycket prisvärt hotell. Det enda minuset är möjligen att sängarna är något hårda.

I was disappointed, the condition of the hotel was very dated, my room was not very clean (sticky stuff on the floor). The a/c didn't work, the mattresses were thin and not comfortable. There were no hand towels, my door key didn't work.Verifierad gästrecension

"Great place to stay near airport"
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed after getting in late. The shuttle driver took me straight to Avis the next day rather than back to the airport and was very personable. "Perfect for quick business trips"
I had to do a one-day trip and flew in late to LGA and then out late the next night. Perfect when you just need a clean, safe place to sleep during a quick business trip. "Mostly good for overnight airport stay"
It's not a good hotel surrounding neighborhood. There's nothing but airport and highways -- not even a convenience store in sight. The hotel was clean, basic and comfortable. However I was disappointed in the old TV sets that come with the room, especially since I had just come from another hotel that had two HD flat screen TVs in the suite. "Room Renovations Needed"

"Do not miss the shuttle to LGA!"
Older interior. Friendly staff. Quick check in and the burger was very nice! Of course, you will choose this place given that it a mile away from LGA but never, never miss the shuttle which runs 24 hours and every 15 minutes. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to the LaGuardia airport if you were flying in from there. I think they should invest in luggage carts if they are not going to to provide assistance with guests luggage to the rooms. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and the food was moderate. "Decent"
I knew from previous reviews the hotel was dated and that was not a concern. The staff was very helpful, the food was good, close to the 7 train and airport....a distance from Manhattan but the price was worth it. The mattress was way to soft for me and the pillows were a joke. "Fancy entrance, Not so fancy room, Not worth cost."
I had good service when we pulled up to our hotel, someone helped us with our luggage right away. I give this hotel a 'fair' rating, certainly not impressive though..There were more reasons why I wouldn't stay at this hotel again than any reason why I would consider it again: This hotel has a very fancy entrance, but the room we had was absolutely nothing […] special. The beds had cheap looking metal frames... They looked to me like something you would pick up from K Mart, but I could be wrong. It also had an old tube TV in the room. Granted, we didn't even watch TV and that's not critical.. but when you stay at a hotel that isn't the cheapest one out there you just expect a modern tv in the room, for the price you pay. Also there is no complimentary coffee in lobby.. I know some other hotels are like that but I can't stand that cheap stuff they put in your room.. Granted, New York hotels are outrageously expensive all around, but for the price you have to pay when you go to New York, I certainly want more of a hotel than this one.. This hotel is down the street from LGA airport, and that is the main reason we picked it.. But there are other hotels not far from this one. I would recommend considering those ones first. Overall our stay was fairly good. It seemed a bit expensive for the lack of amenities. After spending a day out site seeing I was expecting to come back to a clean room. However, it seemed as though only the garbage had been emptied. Beds were not made!! Beds were very uncomfortable. Only purchased one meal from hotel restaurant as it was extreamly […] overpriced! "Not bad for late night arrival"
The shuttle bus came quickly upon calling. The night staff was helpful and efficient. The beds were not as comfortable as others but the room was clean and in good repair. "Close to show we were going to see"
When we walked into our room we were surprised at how out dated it was. Cheesy mattress and bedding. The bathroom, tv were OK. The view out the window was so cloudy from how dirty the windows were. we only had a few minutes to get over to our show and when we returned to change for dinner we found on the floor near the bed tons of ants coming in and […] out of the wall, and we were on the 7th floor. "Good overnight close to airport"
I found the hotel to be more than adequate to my needs although I was only there one night before flying out. The free shuttle service to the airport terminals ran every 20 minutes and was very convenient. I had noisy neighbors in the next room that kept me awake till 2am but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. "Quiet convenient location"
Previous stay when it was under Crowne Plaza management & it's age is showing. Very comfortable bed but the WORST pillows I've ever encountered. "Close to airport"
I needed a hotel close to Forest Hills in Queens NY (which is near La Guardia Airport). The staff were very friendly and when I went to park in the self-park lot net to the hotel it was full, hotel security found a place for me to park overnight. "Comfortable and Convenient"
This was my first time staying at this hotel. The people at guest services were very efficient. "Arturo" was the warmest server in the restaurant. I chose this hotel also for the shuttle service to and from LaGuardia, but unfortunately the shuttle service at the hotel was not consistent. The bellmen were very helpful in getting us a car to go into the […] City. It also would have helped if they had had room service 24 hrs. since our business in the city got us back to the hotel rather late and my colleagues and I were hungry.
