In all fairness, this is a good hotel. Service was excellent. HOWEVER. They were doing construction work and I woke up at 7 from what sounded like an industrial drill from the room next door. I booked the hotelroom specifially to get a good nights sleep, so that really brought my experience down. Once they're done I wouldnt mind coming back though.

We stayed a family of four, one night before next flight. The room was spacious but I had expected a larger bed to house a family. The kitchenette was of no use to us. I had forgot about the different electrical sockets and asked for an adapter, which the hotel could not provide. Perhaps not surprising, but an opportunity to improve! The complimentary buffet was disappointing but a nice gesture. Even the breakfast buffet was quite meager compared to what we're used to. Great service with luggage room and free shuttle back to the airport!

"Only if necessary"
Looked like the train left 20 years ago and the hotel was left there to rot. I do think the staff was really friendly, but the condition of the hotel, especially the gym, is quite far from "top notch". Might go again...if I got a ridiculous price like 50-70 CAD per night. The hotel room was decent but was really upset with the fact that we had to switch rooms due to an annoying sound coming from our first room. Then the "high speed" Internet was mediocre at best. They told me that it was being improved slowly. I tried to connect to Netflix and also my computer at home and I kept getting kicked off the Internet very annoying […] situation. Have to go to front desk to get tokens to buy pop from the machine on the floor. No mini fridge in the room. Room was stuff and dusty it was very hard to sleep. "No TV, stuffy, but efficient"
The front desk and check in was excellent. The TV did not work. (I didn't find out about it until I came back from a night out. Wasn't going to call about it at 2:00am Could not open the windows and the AC was too loud to have on all night. It got stuffy. "not clean at all"
The carpet is too old and has neo been cleaned for a long time. It was smelling very bad and stayed there for one night as there was no other way ( already they charged the rent) I would not recommend my friends to go there. "What do they put in those sheets?"

"noise and banging on the door at 9am"
i travel quite a bit,lately almost every weekend. I dont write reviews, but this one, i could hardly sleep bc there is a door between adjacent rooms and i could hear the other occupants COUGH, their TV and even their "shhh" to each other's laughter at 1am. The hotel is quite great location close to the highway staff was very friendly and helpful. We had booked a smoking room without realizing it and they changed the room for us no problems at all. "Good value for the money"
Conveniently located on the QEW exit so was really easy to get to lakeshore area and downtown Toronto. Although we didn't get a chance to check out the pool the complimentary breakfast was limited but not the worst I have seen. Front desk staff was very helpful. Only real complaint was there really wasn't a lot to choose from in the way of sit down […] dining anywhere near by, mostly take out. Overall compared to the hotels we were looking at near Lake Ontario closer to Toronto, this one was by far one of the most reasonable ones. Great hotel. Upgraded to suite since the hotel was guesting travelling hockey teams (for noise purposes). Allowed early checkin. "One night stay"
The front desk staff (especially Sarah) were very helpful and informative. The room, though it was small for adults and two children, was clean and had the basic amenities; however, it would've been nice if the two beds were queens, and not just doubles. "Excellent Experience at Holiday Inn, Mississauga"
My daughter and I stayed a this hotel while because she had an audition for the Sheridan College Musical Theatre programe one weekend. The staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. (This includes front desk breakfast hosts, and chamber maids.) When my daughter needed a place to warm up her voice, they obliged by letting her use one of their […] empty meeting rooms. Also, the room was extremely comfortable. The beds were great and the 4 pillows on each bed were heaven! I also liked that there was a desk and two wing back chairs in the room.A full breakfast was included in the rate. It was buffet style and offered a number of options.
