Hotell Radisson Martinique on Broadway - New York

Hotellets skick var helt ok. Bra internetmöjligheter, både trådlöst på rummet och via stationära datorer. Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från Times square, vilket är ett kanonläge. Du har närhet till den norra, mellersta eller södra delen av Manhattan utan att du måste ta tunnelbanan. Vill du inte betala (ganska dyra pengar) för frukosten har du ett schysst […] ställe mitt över gatan som du kan ta en frukost på. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet. Läs mer

Hotellet skulle jag definitivt rekommendera till alla som för första gången utförskar NY. Centralt läge,byte av sänglakan varje dag,städning av badrum,luftkonditionering. Minus för heltäckning matta. Hotellets prsonal proffsiga och artiga

Ett av rummen luktade rök trots att det skulle vara rökfritt. VI kunde dock byta till ett annat utan problem. Gratis internetuppkoppling på alla rum, men den är ganska långsam. I övrigt bra hotell med små men inte manhattan-minimala rum. Rekommenderas till alla som inte är ute efter lyxhotell eller lågbudget.

Kanonbra läge nära många sevärdheter och shopping.

Vår familj (2 vuxna och 3 söner i åldrarna 12, 17 och 19) bodde på Martinique den 26/6-2/7, 2010. Vi fick rum intill varandra med genomgång vilket var kanon. Läget var fint och nära till Times Square, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, affärerna på 5th Street m.m och tilltalade alla i familjen. Servicen var bra på hotellet och rummen var […] rena och fina. Glöm dock inte att hänga ut "service skylten" på dörren för att försäkra er om att sängarna bäddas och att rummen städas. Ifall man vill använda internet så går det bra utan att det kostar något. Räkna dock med lägre hastighet än vad som normalt finns tillgängligt. Hotellet serverade bra frukost. Som brukligt i USA så är inte frukosten inkluderad i rumspriset vilket normalt kostar en slant plus skatt. Till detta debiterade de ibland ytterligare avgift för att försäkra sig om att få dricks. Något som de tog bort om man påtalade att man själv ville bedöma nivån på dricksen. Om man inte vill ha äta frukost på hotellets restaurang så går det naturligtvis bra med att köpa något på exempelvis intilliggande Subway eller liknande. Tänk dock på att det inte finns någon kyl på rummen för förvaring. Totalt sett var detta en fantastisk upplevelse för hela familjen som vi sent kommer att glömma. Läs mer

Fräscht hotell i ett bra läge precis vid 5th Avenue och Empire State Building. Tunnelbana precis utanför.

Ett alldeles utmärkt hotel med utmärkt trevlig personal. Synnerligen bra frukost.

Mycket bra läge för Shopping och aktiviteter såsom Teater, restauranger, folkmyller och nära till Time-square. Hög servicenivå på all personal, bra med restaurang i hotellets bottenvåning, även där hög service nivå.

Har sett hotellet tidigare men nu fick vi bättre pris. Det är perfekt beläget mitt på manhattan. Rummet vi fick var väldigt trevligt. Klassiskt amerikanskt. Inte världens största dock. Receptionen och bell boy gick trögt men eventuellt var det tillfälligt väldigt mycket folk

Så mycket mer centralt kan man nog inte komma. Mitt i smeten. Nära Time Square, MACY'S, Empire State Building m . m . m. Nära Metro. Vill man ha pulsen hela dan så har man hamnat rätt. Rekommenderas varmt till den som vill bo centralt, till ett bra pris och bra standard.

Near the FlatIron district. If you need to stay in this neighborhood, the Radisson Martinique is a good choice. The hotel is placed in the middle of a Korean district with many restaurants and Karaoke bars.

excellent the only area they can improve is if they can use queen size beds instead of double for a couple its tight

Sufficient for the given purpose of being in New York City.

We thought your overall service was good with the exception of the gentleman who my wife checked in with at the day of arrival. He was extremely rude and snapped at her when asked if our room was available yet. We brought our three daughters so were anxious to check in a little early at 3:30 P.M. so they could take in the sights. We don't remember his […] name. The bell captain Mike and his crew Rodney and others where great-extremely helpful with bags and even assisting with what to do and how to get there. The rooms were a little tight but clean and in good shape. The location was pretty close to time square-about a 15 minute walk. Again, our over all stay was a 3.5. We really enjoyed our stay at the Martinique. The hotel has beautiful old-world charm, tilework and other details, yet the rooms are modern and comfortable. The location is incredible, with direct subway access, walking distance to Times Square, right next to the Empire State building.

I was very pleased with this hotel and the service was terrific. Everybody was accomodating and hailed us a ride whenever we needed one. I'd stay here again!

For the second time in two months, I stayed at the Radisson Martinique on business. I was very pleased with the staff, the room, and the location. It's a charming hotel that doesn't feel like a chain. The rooms, while small, were comfortable and had everything I needed, from a coffee machine to a safe. The Radisson Martinique on Broadway was a great choice for us! We enjoyed the beautiful, warm foyer, the fluffy towels, the short walk to and from Penn Station, the relatively quiet situation on the street, the proximity to the Manhattan Mall (with an actual JCP!), the kind hotel staff (especially the doormen), and the breakfast buffet at the Martinique […] Cafe. Room wasn't ready at check in. No big deal. They stored our belongings and gave us drink vouchers . Hotel service was great and room was very clean.

We will be back very nice staf great , great location pen station one block over walking late very safe only place for new comers to the city

As a business traveller the quality of rest is important and had a flawless night's sleep at this hotel. Quiet! Comfortable. Only drawback was no in hotel restaurant and, being on Korean Way, the dining choices were too heavily skewed towards Oriental cuisine, which, if not what you were in the mood for, you have to go further afield. At the last minute I needed a room. Everything was perfect! I got a very large room. Comfortable! The bed was amazingly comfortable. Enjoyed my stay!!

I took my nephew and son up for some shopping and the location could not have been better; only 1 1/2 blocks from Penn Station. Also, the staff was fabulous and accomodating and rooms were clean and pretty spacious for NYC--only wish would be to replace the down pillows with firmer ones. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location great price, we were verry happy with this hotel.

The internet repeatedly went out. The printer in the business center was out of ink and was not working until the next day. I am a business traveler and i depend upon these things. In addition, the service in the restaurant was mediocre.

This hotel is ideal ! Literally 2 blocks from Madison Square Gardens ( Penn Station and Bus Terminals). Across the street from Manhatten Mall. I would definently stay here again !! Thanks for the great rate !

The Radison on Broadway was a good fit for us. We were within walking distance of many sights including the Empire State Building and Maceys. The rooms were small but expected for the city. The parking garage across the street was an added plus because a discount ratewas given to hotel guests. While the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel were good, the size of the "double" beds was that of an oversized twin. When we walked into the room, first thing we noticed was that the headboards were twice the width of the beds! Goes without saying, was not the most comfy nights sleep for two people in a bed. This hotel was perfect for a nice through Manhattan or a quick train ride wherever! There is a train entrance just steps away from the hotel entrance! The staff was welcoming and helpful! I was amazed by their service! The connecting cafe was perfect for a quick bite in the morning and the prices were great! The room was ready early, was just as nice […] as I expected and clean! This was a last minute stay for us and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They upgraded our room and kept our luggage safe while we visited the city.

On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable, All good there. Unfortunately, the negatives left me with a pretty bad impression and would keep me from staying at this hotel again. First, the room was very small, which I suppose maybe you have to expect from a hotel on 32nd and Broadway. But too small even with that […] in mind. The lobby is also very small and was crowded all day long (mostly with international airline crews hanging around waiting to leave). But the most frustrating thins was the service. We simply needed an extra pillow and blanket. I had to call three times. After waiting for over an hour, the guy shows up with a pillow but no blanket. When we asked him for the blanket, he unapologetically said ok but we'll have to be patient and wait. It was 11:30 at night! And he never returned with the blanket. That's just wrong. The person who took the call(s) was also short and rude. Just not what you'd hope for and expect from a business in the hospitality business. This hotel was a good value in an old landmark hotel. The location was perfect (near Macy's and Empire State building), parking was easy and reasonable (across street) fitness facilities were acceptable. Stayed with family (wife and 2 kids) and would stay here again. The staff and doormen were polite and helpful, the former very much so. One visits […] NYC to get out and enjoy the City. We got up and out early and came in late. Great place to sleep and use as a home base. Certainly worth and shot .... and check out the staircase and tile work in the lobby. This retains alot of what made this nation great, craftsmenship and architecture of a by gone age. Food in Korea Town awesome, Bond 45 for dinner near Times Square, Empire State at midnight. Läs mer
