Helt ok motell om du är på genomresa. Rummet var stort och rent, och det enda som störde lite var ljudet från vägen. Annars helt klart prisvärt!

This is a great example of how good a 2-star hotel can be. No, it's not glitzy, but my room was spacious and impeccably clean, and my bed was very comfortable. The girl at the front desk who checked me in was very sweet and helpful. Free wi-fi was fast and easy to connect to. The breakfast was above average for a continental breakfast (had a waffle-maker, […] etc). The area wasn't especially nice (a big row of hotels in an otherwise industrial-ish neighborhood, but it was super convenient to the freeway and lots of other things (restaurants, starbucks, walmart). We stayed here for 3 days . The housekeeping was very good. The bathroom fixtures were all clean, however the caulking around the toilet and tub were grungy looking and gave the appearance of being less than pristine. There was a little kitchenette with micro,fridge and sink which was nice. Staff were friendly. The manager even came to fix our TV. That […] was appreciated. Check in was easy. Motel style stay, very near to the I40 exit. Lots of eating options available - Subway, Denny's etc. Surrounded by a lot of other motels. Parking is also fine. The only iffy part was the bed. It is a bit old and not very easy on the back.

We had a good room. The area was quiet and the staff was very helpful and cared how well your stay was. The front desk called a half hour after our check in to see if we needed anything and to make sure our room was comfortable.

Great room for the price. I had to put a rolled up towel at the base of the front door because there was a gap from the floor to the door where cold air blew in. Other than that it was fine. Comfy soft bed, clean bathroom and great shower. I travel this way once a year and stay here each time. Near the hwy and the heart of the city.

For an overnight stay along I40, the room worked out well. The room rate was good. Check in was a little unprofessional a raised some immediate concerns. However, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was some road noise (I40) and some railroad noise throughout the night but not enough to disturb me. In our opinion, hotel does not rate a 3.8/5 rating. Property has plenty of mileage on it. Room was comfortable, but dated. Bathtub had a textured bottom that was either poorly repaired and/or covered with stains. One wanted to wear foot protection while in it. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

This is a very nice hotel in the center of town. The bed was amazing and I love having fresh waffles for breakfast. Next time i am in town, I am staying here again.

The Howard Johnson's room was clean and comfortable, especially for the price. However the included continental breakfast was very disappointing. With over an hour remaining for breakfast, many of the items were gone and the employee on duty was making no effort to replenish them. We were reduced to Corn Flakes and Froot Loops. We just needed a one night stopover while we were on a road trip. The Howard Johnson's fit the bill. Price was right, room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast adequate, although not fancy. Given the fact that it was a budget hotel, we weren't expecting anything more.

Bed was very comfortable. The room is cold when first entered, heater works really well. Parking is a limited. Had to park on the other side of the hotel. Walls aren't that thin but we could hear the next rooms dog from time to time. But overall a great experience, would stay again. :)

Stayed overnight due to the weather (snow and ice). The room was cold so I turned the heater on which took about 30 minutes to feel the warmth. The bath is beginning to show a bit of age. My room had an older TV. Looked to be about a 25". Channel selection adequate. The building is nicely maintained, just on the edge of becoming a little dated in some aspects. Wi-fi a bit slow upon arrival in the afternoon, but seemed to speed up later in the evening which suggests inadequate bandwidth. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The AC/Heat unit is the older style that is underneath the window. This isn't a problem, but your room may be freezing when you enter at winter time. The staff was helpful when I phoned the front desk to request a rubber stopper to plug the bathtub so my girlfriend could take a bath. in less than 5 minutes a staff member arrived at the room with a viable product.

It's not the Plaza, but its more than enough if you are passing through flagstaff. Clean, comfortable, good wi-fi and breakfast included, for a little price. Highly recommended

Everything overall was great. The only problem we had was the first set of keys didn't work to get us into the room, and then the second set only one would work. They said because the locks were old but if that is the case they should replace them.
