There was no shampoo even when I asked at the desk. My heater turned on every ten minutes waking me up most of the night. You would think if they added nearly ten dollars tax they could have at least given me a small shampoo.

I read reviews of this hotel prior to booking, so I had expected the hotel to be dated, which it is. However, the hotel (& room in particular) was clean, the bed was sufficient the shower was certainly acceptable. What exceeded expectations was the friendly and accommodating service. Nice folks, but...bed/mattress was old/springy. Noisy heater cycled on every 2 to 4 minutes. Finally decided we could sleep better cold than enduring the noise.

I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel. It was very bare bones. No lobby etc.. I found the hallways narrow and unwelcoming. The room was adequate but all the fixtures and cabinets were low quality and beginning to shown their age. My room was clean and fine for an overnight. For the price, the room was good. My biggest complaint was the highly uncomfortable mattress, pillows and easy chair. Sag city! I was impressed that although my only option was a smoking room (I booked last minute) the room was not "stinky." I believe every effort was made to make the room as fresh as possible. big room, convient, quiet

I loved the kitchen. It's easier to buy food and cook than to spend cash eating out. Everything was clean except there was a long hair in the bathtub. That's a pet peeve of mine. I don't like hair in the bathtub.

We got this hotel because we were trying to save on money. We would have tried to get closer to Westlake, but the hotels were more expensive there. The staff was nice, but really this hotel was just the basics. It was a basic kitchen (2 plates, bowls, forks, spoons, knife, and two cooking pans, one pot and one saute pan). The room was clean enough, […] although the fleece sheet on the bed had a bunch of holes in it. The picture online was misleading, as it was a not a large suite, but a rather small one, however, it worked for our needs. A negative was that there was no business center, which I didn't notice, so when we needed to print things out for our Realtor, we were lucky she let us use her office. Room was clean, kitchenette was clean and functionable, pool area is kept nice. Overall I was satisfied for the price. I was slightly irritated that the volume on the television wouldn't exceed 14 and I had to keep the closed caption on. Also they charge 4.99 for wireless access. only issue I booked a two bed suite, I confirmed a two bed suite, when I arrive I got two separate rooms each with a bed, not joining. So my husband and I had to stay in separte rooms with our son

the size of the room was ok i liked having a fridge but when we wanted an extra pillow they didnt have any left the pull out was pretty nasty and they wanted to charge from everything else i would never go back
