They are very short staffed, checking into the hotel took about 30 minutes and then when we came down to order food stood in a queue for a further 10 minutes then waited 40 minutes for our starters and a further 30 minutes for our main course. After working a 12 hour day I expected service to be a bitter better in an express hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay in the above hotel and would come again if in the area. We would have preferred a king size bed and definitely more tea and coffee and milk. Only minor points but would make a difference.

The hotel was reasonablly ok to find - although the post code given did take us to a residential dead-end rear non/ access to hotel. But after a quick phone call to reception - who were extreemley helpfull at 12.30pm!! we re-entered details into satnav and it took us straight there! The room was large and very comfortable.Huge 36" television tea/coffee […] facilities and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable as well. Breakfast next morning was ok although there was no bacon or tomatoes, you still had sausage scrambled egg and bake beans along with ceareals crossionts and other pastries. Fruit juices and tea/coffee. The tables in the restaurant were very squashed together and found it difficult to pull chairs out if other people were sitting at the table next to you.Over all though I thought this chain of hotels were extreemley value for money (as I have never stayed in this chain before - I was suitably impressed ) I wouldn't hesitate in booking this chain again and hope to in the near future as I am a regular stayer in hotels! Room was very clean and comfortable and for a very reasonable rate. All amenities worked! Rather busy Christmas morning but staff were helpful and friendly. Decent breakfast included in price.

this hotel is great we have stayed here before but that time there didnt have any food service in the evening but this time there did up till 9.45pm it was a bit expencive but well worth it the meals were great the rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable, the only down fall is we had to wait about half hr to check in as there was only 1 person […] at check in desk and the que was out the entrance door which i though was silly haveing just 1 on desk but other than that a great sta and will be doing it again next year Läs mer

Great for our family, good food, except for sausages - found bone in them. Would use again

We used this hotel as a stop over after travelling from Germany. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, only a stones throw from Bluewater Shopping Centre. Breakfast was more than just 'continental' with lots more available at the buffet bar. The only negative was that the toilet […] flusher was tempramental and it seemed to take several attempts to flush, other than that it was very good and we would definitely stay again. Läs mer

This hotel is rated as a 2 * but should be at least 4 * the staff are very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was a 15 min. walk to the train station, and about a 45 min ride in to London. right off the highway, so the next morning was great to get right in the highway with no traffic. staff was very helpfull.

The rooms are clean and have what you need, but the bar and food are basic.....went into town to eat. Overall bit costly for basic Hotel.....just about adequte for price.

This hotel is just south of the Dartford crossing and was easy to find. We visited the O2 arena which is about 25 mins along the A2.The room was small(we did have a sofa bed) and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rates reasonable. There is a large free car park. It is not the most glamorous location but is very convenient.

A nice basic hotel. A clean room and reasonable breakfast at hand provided a decent no-frills experience. The staff were also very friendly and the parking was free. Highly reccomended.

The only problem was the card to get into your room. It didnt work in the eveninig and was told at reception to 'bend it a bit'. Not very professional. So after trying for ten minutes it worked.

Hotel was very clean, modern and welcoming. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very basic sausage, scrambled eggs, toast - DIY as express as you can be.

The hotel staff were very welcoming. I was worried about staying with my daughter, but i was soon reassured that there would be the facilities i needed were available. I would recommended this hotel to families.

Lovely clean and tidy hotel but very short staffed and although the choice of evening meal was substantial (for a small kitchen) when the food arrived it was awful - it would have been better to close the kitchen rather than charge £9.99 for a burger in 2 slices of bread - make sure you ask for the takeaway menus!!!

Uns gefiel das Hotel sehr gut, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Anbindung an den Schnellweg ist perfekt für ein Holiday-Inn. Es liegt zwar etwas ausserhalb von Dartford, aber wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist das gar kein problem. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, aber sauber und geräumig, perfekt für das Geld. My keycard didnt work, got new card which worked. Free parking. WiFi worked only 2 days out of 5. Breakfast had very tasty cupcakes. Shower water changed temp every minute. Sometime too hot sometime too cold. Staff was very kindly. Microwave in entrence. Mattress was very bouncy :D

Hôtel agréable chambre un peu petite pour 4 personnes.
