Hotell Best Western Seville Plaza Hotel - Omaha

Far from plush, but comfortable, clean and relatively odor free. In-room phone did not work. Communication gap with some of the staff, others did well. A good option (book on-line, save a few bucks) with good proximity to Creighton University if you have business there. Relatively close to other commercial areas. Gets the job done.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast choices could be improved. Recommends as a good value.

Staff was courteous. There was a Jazz Concert in the park two blocks away that was fun to go see. Great location for Creighton parents.

Nice cold room on arrival(close to 100 degree day outside), lobby and breakfast area were quite hot though, no waffles in the morning because the hostess lady ran late and didn't get it set up and I was so looking forward to waffles after being told by the front desk that they would be available the next morning. Not up to normal Best Western standards. Hotel smelled musty and there was no AC in the lobby area. People were nice but not enough of them to keep up with more than one item at a time. Looks and smells much older than the "restoration" info given out in the ads.

We had requested two non smoking rooms--- both were marked not smoking, but one had obviously been smoked in. Front desk would not switch rooms and instead gave us a bottle with a liquid solution to combat the smell. Didn't work too well. The breakfast attendant was unfriendly to the point of being rude. burned out light bulb in bathroom, toilet would not flush unless lid was off tank. waited 50 mins for van ride to airport. otherwise was an ok stay.

The hotel provided a comfortable, enjoyable experience. It is a good value with the free shuttle service and continental breakfast.

I have stayed at the Best Western while my daughter was a dental student at Creighton University. The hotel is convenient to that location and to the interstate. I have probably stayed in this hotel a minimum of 10 times over that past 4 years. I have also recommended this hotel to my family. The issues I have had are with the wireless and on this […] occasion, (May 11, 2011) we check into our room, it was very obvious (room 307) that a pet had urinated in the room. We complained about it, but that was the only room available. When we returned to our room, there was a massive water leak at the window. Rain was pouring into our room. It was a miracle another room surfaced. After we were moved to room 310, the room was great, neat and clean, and as usual, we enjoyed our stay. I manage property, your maids are your life line to these rooms. The maid that clean 307 told management that there was a horrible pet odor in that room. The room should have been closed off. And from the looks of that window, there have been a number of leaks coming through that window. The lady that manages the breakfast is the best in the world. We come back to see her!!!! She has been there for over 25 years. She loves her job, and the guest. For no other reason, stay at this hotel to meet her. Läs mer

Pleased with rates, room, location, shuttle, breakfast. Would stay there again. Some equipment in fitness center broken but rest worked fine. Had to talk to front desk to get maid not to change sheets and towels each day per their "save energy" policy.

The first room we entered had a sagging and broken bed. The desk clerk claimed no one had ever reported it. It was made up by the cleaning lady so that seemed impossible. They switched us to a different room which was fine. Upon check out the desk clerk was on a tech support call and ignored us and 2 other parties for over 20 mins awaiting his attention […] to check out. We eventually just walked out. This hotel is very difficult to get to as the roads are not named as shown on the local map, they change names, and the highway surrounds it, along with various one way streets making it very difficult to navigate to it. It was a nice hotel. A bit of updating would be nice.

Good service, breakfast a real plus. I had a non-smoking room but had cigarette smoke coming in through the vents as I was trying to get to sleep. Perhaps this is a function of the hotel being older and the ventillation system inefficient.

Nicely located, not far from airport, and main features of Omaha. Convenient shuttle service and very courteous and polite staff.

I would very much recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay given my experience there. Its proximity to downtown Omaha was also very convenient.

Very comfortable and easy to access from the highway. The complimentary breakfast was excellent---lots of choice, and good food. Great service all around.

The surrounding neighborhood looked questionable, but the location was convenient, near the freeway exit and not far from downtown. We stayed in Brick, NJ at a standard (clean and comfortable) BW, breakfast not much. Next night at a very nice BW in Elyria, OH, though not in the best neighborhood, excellent quality room and service and breakfast. Third night at BW Seville in Omaha - clearly not up to the standards of usual BW hotels - a much older hotel, cheaply refurbished and taken […] over by BW. One elevator not working (evidently for a long time by comments from pizza guy who regularly delivered there). Most vivid problem - hair left on the rear of the toilet, behind the toilet lid (obviously not put down during room cleaning, so 'debris' there was overlooked, if the toilet was cleaned at all. Neighborhood was not safe had to drive to get food. Hotel location not easy for 1-80. Bottled water given at front desk, I guess because people complain about the tap water - I didn't try it. And the TV was old - fuzzy focus at bottom of screen! Läs mer

Hotel is very dated and in a shady neighborhood with an iron fence around it. It was priced well, however, and had a decent breakfast. They provided us with an airport hotel shuttle at no cost, which certainly beats airport parking prices.

the service was worth everything for staying there. the guys at the front desk were great, the shuttle service was great. the maid service was great . the hotel was a little off the way but service was too good not to stay here.

Staff needs a quick refresher on serving the comfort needs of their "guests" - they should remember that people are away from home and would appreciate a little T.L.C.

Looked on the internet for 3 weeks trying to decide on a hotel for my wife and I to stay. I didn't want to spend a lot but wanted it to be nice. I decided on this hotel because of its location to downtown and for its very low price. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. When we arrived early to check in the gentleman at the front desk allowed […] us to check-in early and we had no wait for keys to be programed or for a room assignment. Everything was ready for us, all I had to do was show my ID and we were on our way to our room. The room was nicer than I expected for the low price. The breakfast was normal for a continental breakfast. The one morning we were there we went to breakfast around 9am and the room was half full. There was a family that had sent their ten kids down to eat without adult supervision. :( Thankfully there was a wonderful lady working for the hotel that was taking care of the breakfast area that took charge and made sure everyone was taken care of. Some of these children were very young. Maybe 2-3 years old. She saw that the area around the food was filled with young people all waiting for a waffle. There was not enough room for others to get to the food. She immediately asked the children to go to their seats and she would make them their waffles and bring them to them. She made a situation that could have been very frustrating for my wife and I who were there to enjoy time together away from the children, she made it something enjoyable to watch as she even made sure the little children were eating their food, getting them bananas and peeling the banana for them. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that weren't as nice and didn't have the friendliest staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future if we are doing anything in Omaha. They also have free parking and free shuttle to anything downtown. hotel is what you expect. clean rooms. free wi-fi. continental breakfast. stones throw from the creighton medical center. happy with stay and price.

This hotel was totally fine. It was a little shabby, despite somewhat recent remodeling, but it was clean. Our room was very comfortable -- king bed, loveseat, coffee table, desk, free WiFi. Because it so conveniently located (a quick trip to downtown and the Old Market), I would stay there again.

Hotel was very close to everything we planned on visiting! Friendly staff!! would stay there again!

Nothing special, but a good buy. We had to drive everywhere. There were some issues with the cleanliness of our room. But overall, it was a decent place to stay for a night.

For the price this hotel was a great deal! Close to the Old Market, but not so close you pay the higher prices. Large bathroom, basic room. Clean, friendly staff. Would stay again!

The shuttle service stopped at 8:30 even though we were told 10:00 and that time was also posted in the lobby. The shower curtain had mold on it. When my husband went down for the breakfast, there was a lady rationing the food to the guests. Just glad we were only there for one night. Now we know why we got it for the low price. when i booked the room it was smoking when i got there is was not

The hotel stay was ok at best. The location was very convenient and accessible, despite the current construction. The beds were hard though, and our bathroom sink leaked. There was also a lot of noise from the people above us. The staff were friendly, but I don't think I'd stay here again.

This is a fine hotel to stay in. We had no issues and it was clean. The hotel staff was friendly. My only comment is about the lady who set up breakfast, she was very nice, but called everybody by pet names way too often, I guess it was amusing though. I recommend this hotel, especially if you like to be called "baby doll" or "sugar".

If you want to spend a night or two at cheap rate then this hotel might be ok for you. In general you won't find anyone at reception, you would have to knock the table to attract attention of someone. Breakfast was terrible and served in ‘use and throw dishes’. In my one day stay I could see only 3 staffs in the whole hotel.
