Everyone working at the hotel was courteous and responsive to any request that I made. The front desk clerk -- Alina -- was particularly kind and made my stay there for several days very pleasant.

Walking into this hotel, right off the bat, all you smell is the stale stench of smoke. Though my room was a 'non-smoking' room, the smell was even worse. Dishwasher leaked, hair dryer was broken, and the bed was uncomfortable. The fitness room was sub-par but do-able in a pinch. Good location, lot's of restaurants and shopping with in walking distance. This hotel is old and run down, it needs a renovation badly. Old style tv's, worn out fixtures and furniture, but like I said, they keep it pretty clean. Won't stay here again unless I have to.

This hotel is vastly improved from my previous experiences in the late nineties. This is not meant to be a four star luxury hotel. It is clean and safe, and rooms are well equipped for long-term and repetitive stays. Had no problems such as with pests, safety, noise, etc. A good value for money. The hotel was just renovated and in very good condition. Though I didn't use it, I saw people enjoying the pool. The furnishings were cozy and convenient. Great deal for the price.

Although we weren't staying for an extended period of time, we had a very good experience at Extended Stay America. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the room was big and comfortable. The one problem I had with it was that the "free continental breakfast" was more like a few old fruits, granola bars, and packets of instant coffee on a little […] table in the lobby. No cereal, no milk or orange juice, nothing warm, no place to sit... it's not what you would expect, more like a snack bar. So don't count on much of a breakfast. Other than that, it's very good. the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. My biggest complaint is that for an "extended stay facility" the room was incredibly small. The room had a queen bed, pull out sofa, small kitchenette, and a bathroom all in about the same square space as a regular hotel room. The extended hotel was in the process of being updated, but the room was nice, along with the whole kitchen area. However, the breakfast was truely lacking.

this hotel is under renovation. it may have once been two and a half stars, and probably will be again when they are done, but for now it is about a one. fitness room and laundry both unusable, some things in the room didn't work and went unaddressed after notification.

I found this hotel in poor to fair condition. My room smelled, the silverware not clean, the stove had two burners, of which only one worked poorly, the towels small, and overall the hotel was worn. The quality of Extended Stay hotels vary greatly so I didn't know what I was going to get at this location. This specific hotel is currently finishing a significant upgrade that includes floors, furnishings and flat screen tvs. For the cost, it is a very comfortable alternative for the geographic area.

I had a small dorm type fridge in my room, which did not have an icemaker. This hotel does not have ice vending machines, so the front desk person got me some ice from the freezer of the fridge in the laundry area. It was "old" ice, he had to beat it to break it up and when I got back to my room with it I noticed some of the cubes had black stuff in […] them. Considering their rates was not cheap, I was surprised at the poor level of their housekeeping. The sofa was full of animal hairs and the bed pillows were covered with black hairs so they had not been changed. I had to call down to have some new pillow cases sent up to me, but there were new sheets in the closet so I landed up making the bed myself. […] Breakfast included was a joke, might as remove the b/f included bit in their advertisement. Decent enought. Breakfast was pathetic. Hotel is fairly well maintained. This place is fairly convenient if you have a car and need a place to stay that you don't want to drive to. I'd recommend cheaper and nicer hotels if they are a little bit farther drive. It is very easy to find and just off of 50.

Inexpensive, Clean and spacious for family of 3. Beds not that great but we did fine for one night! Free continental breakfast a nice plus.
