This hotel leaves much to be desired. The staff are rude, the rooms are ugly and worn out (though they are at least clean). The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, with the "double bed" actually being two single beds pushed together, and with a HUGE crack between the two mattresses due to the beds being not even the same shape or size. Very bad. The […] area just outside of the hotel is okay. It is about a ten minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof, and there are a few shops and cafes just outside the hotel too. Nothing too exciting though. I never had the breakfast here, so I can't comment on this. All in all, this hotel is okay - but only if you can get it at a good price! The service is awful, and the beds are uncomfortable. But at least it is clean, and it IS close to the Central train station. I would argue this place is worth no more than 50 euro a night. Läs mer

Fungerade utmärkt. Bra pris. Det enda som inte är bra är gångvägen från järnvägsstationen genom ett rätt dött område. Upplevde i sig inget konstigt, men känns ändå lite obehagligt.

Great hotel but it's a ten minute walk from the central train station and the most direct route has an addiction recovery clinic on it which can feel a bit unsafe. The hotel does however definitely give you value for money.

bara en övernattning mellan tågresor, såg ej mycket av hamburg i regn, men hittade dock nära väg till stationen.

Hotellet var OK, men förvänta dig ingen lyxtillvaro. Bar hotell till bra pris om man bara ska ha det som sovplats. 8 euro för parkering 1 dygn utanför hotellet. Men för att komma till Reeperbahn så gäller taxi.

+Fräsch hotell +ligger 5 min gång från haupbtbahnhof +billigt - ligger ett "jugendhilfe" där en massa luffare hängde varje kväll på vägen till hauptbahnhof. inte världens säkraste område kanske

Inte riktig fyrstjärnig känsla på hotellet men helt klart värt sitt pris då vi lyckades haffa ett bra erbjudande några dagar innan resan. Trevlig personal. Dyr parkering för att stå på en obevakad plats på baksidan. Läget är okej, lite mer än tio minuters promenad från centralstationen. Inte jättemysiga kvarter men ett par caféer finns i närheten.

Party of 5 people, two double and one single room. All rooms spotless and cleaned daily. Bar was closed for what seemed like renovations. For the price the Hotel is great. Perfect location for the main station. Breakfast at e7.50 is not the best value for the very basic nature of it. Overall though I have no complaints at all. The hotel is good value […] for money. not good. The front office staff were not helpful. For 2 nights i walked 10 minutes for dinner, because both times the staff did not know there was an Asian restaurant not even 50 meters away! How bad is that!!!

The area is a bit out of the way but not a bad walk from central station. The neighborhood didn't have much to offer in the way of restaurants. The only real problem I had was that the beds for a double were two mismatched singles pushed together. small rooms, shabby lobby / reception area, hotel needs to be remodelled! Staff is not well informed ("Sorry, I just came here", "I don't know if there is a bus plan"). The big plus is the location close to the main-station (8-min. walk) and there is also a bus nearby.

Nice hotel located a short 10 minutes walk from citycenter with the main railwaystation and shopping streets. The hotel's immediate surroundings are a little sad, but that is clearly outweighed by the good location. Everything was super clean and neat. Room was conveniently furnished with 2 single beds that could easily be pushed together to form a […] "double bed". The hotel does not offer rooms with double beds. The hotel has its own parkingspace which costs 8 euro ekstra pr. 24 hours though. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Breakfast, which however was not included in the roomprice but cost 12.30 euros extra per. person consisted of a large and well-stocked buffet. The 12.50 euro was in our opinion well spent. All in all this hotel is a good choice for your Hamburg getaway. Läs mer

This hotel was very good value for us as it was relatively cheap for a two night stay and we are fit enough to walk the considerable distance required to get anywhere. It is quiet and clean and we were very satisfied with the room. Sadly check-in and check-out were fairly stressful. I felt that the hotel were desperate to get more money from us and […] despite considerable discussion at check-in regarding no breakfast, one parking space for one night only, etc. attempts were made to charge us for breakfast and for parking that we had not used. Hotel is very clean if somewhat spartan. Beware that a single room comes with a cot sized bed, narrower than a standard American twin size. This is not a criticism of the hotel, though, as this is not uncommon in Germany. The neighborhood could seem a bit creepy because it's practically deserted at night. However, your alternatives nearby are the roach […] motels in the seedy streets nears the central station, so at least this one is clean and quiet. If your evening plans are taking you out in the St. Georg neighborhood, this hotel is very close by and convenient. If you'll be spending your time in St. Pauli / Reeperbahn, then better to look for a hotel over there because this one would be a quite far. My favorite Hamburg haunts are in St. Georg so this place worked out perfectly. Läs mer

I was meeting two colleagues, one from Sweden and one from Denmark in Hamburg to secure a deal with a client from Argentina. While not expecting the most luxurious Hotel for the price we are all accustomed to the quality synonymous with a 4 star rating. We were all very disappointed with this hotel. In fact on arrival before even going inside we agreed […] that we had to find another hotel for our client to stay in before he arrived. Various websites mentioned that Wifi was available in the rooms. This is technically correct as there is a local provider who charges per hour if you can get a room close to the router on each floor. The speed is hopeless and connection intermittent. There is a free access computer in reception but is hopelessly slow and the connection interrupted. We had all booked a room with single occupancy as we were each travelling alone. Never before have I stayed in a 4 star hotel where single occupancy means a very small single bed in a room too small to accomodate anything larger. Having said that I must agree that the room was clean and everything functioned correctly. The Restaurant area was small but adequate and the breakfast was ok. Location is fairly close to the centre and perhaps 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. The area is not great. We found many drunk and homeless people loitering beneath bridges and alleyways that you need to navigate to walk into the centre or just to the train station. All in all I think if we had booked a 3 star hotel we would have accepted that it just about qualified, but for a 4 star, in my opinion not even close. Läs mer

L'extérieur ressemble un peu à un quartier défraîchi. Mais le quartier très calme pour dormir. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est assez classique et tout à fait conforme à ce que l'on peut attendre pour un hôtel business. Parfais donc pour qui n'a pas l'intention de vivre dans la chambre.

Det var et rigtig dejligt og velholdt hotel . Værelset var pænt og rent. Det havde dog været dejligt hvis der var 2 stole så den ene ikke skulle sidde på sengen.

Das Hotel is sehr schwer zu finden und befindet sich in einer unheimlich grauen, traurigen Gegend ohne was sehenswertes in der Umgebung, die auch keine gute Cafés oder Restaurants anbietet. Der Service ist sehr schlecht, besonders von der Rezeption (insbesondere ist der junge Herr, der dort arbeitet, sehr unfreundlich sowie unfelxibel!!). Ich bin schon […] um 10 Uhr am Hotel angekommen, wurde aber von diesem männlichen Rezeptionist auf unfreundliche Weise vermahnt, dass ich auf keinen Fall früher als 14 Uhr einchecken konnte, obwohl es ein Montag Vormittag war und die meisten Wochenendegäste schon abgereist waren!! Das war nicht in Ordnung!! Ich würde dieses triste Hotel nicht weiteremfehlen! Läs mer
