Hotell Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown - Omaha

Was a great place to stay! Kids thought it was the neatest hotel they've stayed in. If I would have known the great location before I booked, I would have booked sooner. Awesome location about 2 blocks from the Qwest center. Complimentary shuttle to old market area was very nice as well. Hope to stay there again!

The staff offered assistance when they noticed we were struggling with a wheelchair. The maintenance staff was notified and brought the tools we needed to fix the problem. They were also wonderful with airport and airline information.

The hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly. We reserved a standard room with 2 queen beds and to our surprise, it was huge and had an amazing view! The shower had great water pressure, which is hard to find. We booked this hotel to party for a girls weekend. Omaha did not let us down! I booked this hotel for the proximity of our daughter's volleyball tournament at the Qwest Center. The only room type available at the time of booking was a King. Check in staff was very friendly and quick. We were able to get a double room upon check in, which was perfect! All the staff was VERY accomodating and friendly. The room was clean and very […] spacious. Only complaint was one of our beds had a mattress that really sagged in the middle. Definitely will stay at this hotel again for future events. My wife and I stayed here for a night of fun and music. We attended a concert a block down the street at the Holland Center. While within walking distance, it was a bit chilly so we were picked up by the complementary shuttle service. Very helpful staff and very polite! The view was fantastic to say the least! The room was beautifully furnished and provided many amenities. The view from our window was beaufiful at night. On site parking was much appreciated. The cafe served gourmet-style sandwiches that were delicious. The TV would not work when we turned it on, but help quickly arrived when we called the front desk and the problem was solved. Hotel was clean, friendly, priced right and within walking distance to the downtown market. Great experience, I would do it again!

The hotel was clean, nice, and newly remodeled. The room was modern and spacious. It felt cozy and had a nice view of city. They are planning on remodeling the first floor next year. Workout facility was very small but adequate. Elliptical, treadmill, bike, and dumbells. Overall, experience was great and would definitely stay here again.

We arrived in Omaha by Amtrak at 5:40 AM. We called to have their shuttle pick us up, which they did in less than 5 minutes. When we arrived at the front desk, they let us into an available room, even though normal check-in time was 3 PM (at no added charge). This was certainly going beyond the expected courtesy. I stayed in the section of the Courtyard that is a renovated warehouse. The high ceiling made the room seem very spacious, though it may not have been much bigger than an average hotel room. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished.

We were in town for my 20 year HS reunion. We used Courtyard as a simple place to stay downtown by the Old Market. We were met with great service, a great room, and a great experience as it relates to staying in Downtown Omaha! The only drawback was having to pay for overnight parking. I had read that it was free, but we were charged a certain fee each […] night we were there. All-in-all not a big deal and definitely not a deal breaker. Rooms are beautiful and quiet, hotel is walking distance to many wonderful downtown sites and restaurants (I enjoyed a walk to a very cool pedestrian bridge over the Missouri River and sat under enormous cottonwood trees, then to see an museum exhibit, and over to the stunningly beautiful Union Station for an ice cream), pool and hot tub were open, […] clean, and working. I had a to go to a conference down the street. The hotel was centrally located, clean, comfortable and perfect for my stay.

Marriot had beautiful rooms, great bedding and was generally a nice hotel. It was too bad that they didn't have a continental breakfast for the price and parking was $8 per night. There was, however, a shuttle to the nearby area.
