det är andra gången jag bor på detta hotel. rummen är helt ok,plus vänligt bemötande personal.rekomenderas.

Ett fint litet hotell med trevligt bemötande. Rummet var helt ok även om vi inte såg skymten av de "lyxtoalettartiklar" och den "rak- och sminkspegel" som utlovades. Det fanns flytande tvål vid handfat och dusch, inget mer. TV:n var nog rätt gammal och kanalerna få. Tillgång till gratis internet i lobbyn men inte i rummet. Men det som var viktigt för oss var att rummet var tyst, värmen helt ok och läget perfekt för gäster som vill lära känna Glasgow med omgivningar Järnvägsstationen låg mitt emot och flygbussen stannade runt hörnet. Mycket prisvärt hotell som vi gärna rekommenderar.

"an excellent stay"
We stayed because we were attending a wedding in the area and booked a number of rooms. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were most helpful and the breakfast was good. The only complaint was the difficult in parking. Rooftop parking is available above the supermarket across the the road but on Saturday evening quickly filled.Verifierad gästrecension
"Good for a getaway"

Excellent---staff very friendly and helpful at all times. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was great and would highly recommend it to all but even more if you are disabled as we were given a room which really suited this fact as there were emergency cords in room and bathroom which made you feel in safe hands. "in the heart of the West End"
We have stayed in the Grosvenor Hilton previously. This stay did not disappoint. From the welcome at check in, through to breakfast and check out, all staff were very professional & courteous, Hotel comfort and amenities could not be faulted. "Hotel quieter at the front than at the back."
Great hotel if you enjoy noise all night! Our bedroom which was at the back of the hotel, was beautiful but the reason we rated it 3 was that the central heating in the bedrooms have no controls for the patrons to adjust therefore the room was far too hot for us, so we opened the window and the noise from the air con/central heating vents was so loud […] during the night that we could not sleep. The same problem next night when we had been moved further along the corridor to a 'quieter' room. "Friendly staff and great location."
Reception staff were fantastic. Allowed early access to room to get ready for wedding and also helped at checkout - really friendly! Room was fine but dropped an earring and was surprised to see lots of dust and feathers below bed. Also quibbled about pre-booked breakfast saying their was nothing booked on their system. "Great hotel with a fantastic restuarant."
We had friends come to stay at the hotel on a visit. Sadly, due to being put in rooms above a function suite, both requested a move. This was done without fuss and credit to the hotel f or that. On the next night, our sleep was disturbed by inconsiderate guests who decided to continue their Christmas party outside our door. One call to reception and […] the problem was quickly resolved. Neither of our small complaints were the fault of the hotel. Some people are just ignorant and uncaring of other guests. Not our first visit to the Glasgow Grosvenor, nor will it be our last. "Would Stay There Again"
Nice hotel in Glasgow West End. Family room consited of 2 double beds, maybe a little on the small side but comfortable. Very large bar area downstairs with sofas and chairs and kid friendly. Paid parking 10 pounds extra per night.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia
"Ticked all the right boxes"
The hotel was very good. Service from check-in to breakfast to check-out was first class. We were attending a concert at Oran Moor which is directly across Byres Road from the hotel so this is a must stay in hotel and one that I have recommended and will definitley use again. We recently visited my daughter who is studying at Univ of Gasgow. This hotel is within 15 min walk to university and most sightseeing destinations. Hop on/off bus stop right across street. "A special place"
A lovely older hotel at the intersection of Great Western and Byres Road in the west end. It is an excellent location for us near the university and many excellent restaurants and pubs. We were there for a week and had arranged for a number of old friends to meet us at the hotel. The Terrace provided a marvelous home like atmosphere with food and drinks […] available and an excellent staff. Persons working at Reception were very attentive without being intrusive and also provided excellent service. We were quite sad to leave and staff members cheered us on our way, in some cases with hugs. In recent years Hilton has taken over and refurbished the hotel but it still has a Scottish feel to it. Excellent service, very friendly Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice which is a bonus for someone who is gluten free and doesn't have cows milk. Bed very comfy and shower hot. Stayed at this hotel several times. Never been able to find faulf. Reception staff couldn't be more helpful. This is excellent hotel but about 2miles away from glasgow central station. . Our train to london was at 16.40 . We left the bags in the hotel and came to Gasgow. Room and hotel well presented. Reception and breakfast service excellent but whole experience spoilt by the room temperature. Stayed at the Grosvenor Hilton before refurbishment, and now twice since. As always the staff are wonderful in every area and are a credit to themselves and Scotland. "Great hotel but no TV subtitles."
I liked everything about this hotel and enjoyed my stay and all the staff were marvellous. However, I was disappointed that the TV channels listed as subtitled were not subtitled. I think there was a technical problem which could easily be rectified. I am deaf and can only understand TV through subtitles. Efficient service, clean room and facilities, pleasant if unexciting decor. No problems and no gripes. "Perfect location for a night out on Byres Road"
Great hotel, perfect location. We had a triple room that was a great size, well decorated and very clean. Unfortunately our room was close to the lift area which meant it was a bit noisy with guests arriving back late.
