Allt mycket bra, men vissa störningar från gatan, för den som är känslig för ljud (dock ganska bra fönsterisolering)

Ligger en kort promenad från stationen med lagoma gångavstånd till många sevärdigheter. Nära till tunnelbanan också. Rummen var helt ok i storlek, rena och fräscha. Frukost godkänt men inte i topp. En mindre buffé variant. Vi kommer återvända på grund av läget och trevligt bemötande.

Lätt att gå till och från terminalen med sina bussförbindelser i stan och till flygplatsen. Fina rum förutom att det luktade mögel i vårat badrum, det upptäckte vi först näst sista dagen, innan luktade det så starkt av rengöringsmedel. Det var inte speciellt mycket ljud från gatan vilket var bra. God frukost med yoghurt och musli lite frukt, ägg, bröd […] och juice och valfri kaffedryck som serverades. Läs mer

Några kvarter från Termini ligger detta mycket välstädade hotell! Översvallande trevlig personal, bra frukost, väl fungerande wifi. Det enda som inte var så bra var väl sängarna, väl hårda... Den långa trappen upp till receptionen kan kanske uppfattas som jobbig av en del. Mycket trevliga kvarter runt hotellet med små gator fyllda av liv, shoppinggator, […] sevärdheter. Nära till Termini järnvägsstation och lätt att hitta till. Hotellet är beläget en lång trappa upp utan hiss! Hyfsad frukost! Trevlig och hjälpsam hotellpersonal.

Ett lugnt hotell med trevlig personal. Rummet var litet, men hade det man behövde inklusive air conditioning. Badrummet var rent och fräscht. Läget var praktiskt nära stationen Termini. Alldeles utanför hotellet låg operan. Vi hittade flera trevliga restauranger inom gångavstånd. Jag skulle inte tveka att rekommendera Hotell Lirico till andra romtu […] rister. Läs mer

Hotellet ligger central och bra, med gångavstånd till det mesta. Några i personalen är mycket proffsiga och trevliga, andra rena katastrofen. Frukostmatsalen är ganska trång.

Gästade hotell Lirico under 5 dagar januari 16- januari 20, 2012. Samtliga 5 personer som ingick i sällskapet var mycket nöjda med servicen, frukosten och rummen. Hotellet är välskött och läget är perfekt. Nöjda Romresenärer.

Jättetrevligt hotell. Nära till alla sevärdheter. Nära till restauranger o annat. Väldigt nära tågstationen o bussterminalen. Vänlig o hjälpsam personal på hotellet. Fungerande AC. Frukosten var väl inte så rolig. Saknade grönsaker bl.a. Ett hotell som vi varmt rekommenderar o kan återvända till. Rent o snyggt.

Ett mysigt litet hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Rummet var tyst, det enda som hördes var när folk rörde sig i korridoren utanför. Dock var inte klimatanläggningen igång när vi var där. Vi sov därför med fönstret öppet och trafiken var livlig under de tidiga morgontimmarna. Kommer gärna tillbaka fler gånger.

Hotellet har ett bra läge med gångavstånd till Centralstationen samt flera sevärdheter tex Colloseum. Vårt rum var litet med fönster mot...ingenting samt helt ogenomtänkt möblerat. Garderobesdörrar gick inte att öppna beroende på sängbordens placering m m. Mycket löst fastsatt och bl a duschen var fel hopsatt. Bra pris och läge. Ok om man väljer att […] bara sova på hotellet. The hotel is nice overall but outdated as expected in most Rome hotels. there is a long stairway leading to the hotel reception desk that is on the second floor and the only small elevator is very outdated, so we used the emergency stairs to go down but has to use the elevator to go up. The breakfast is okay. The room is small but acceptable, but the […] shower is super tiny and the light in the shower is broken, so it was kinda dark when we shower. The Hotel crew was awesome and very helpful. The hotel was good for the price, the only thing was the room is super small, we could barely walk around the bed. The location was good, maybe just a little far from main points, but not too bad of a walk.

We stayed for a week at the Hotel Lirico and couldn’t have picked a better place for our vacation. The hotel location is perfect for arrival from the train station and for visiting Rome. There is also a Metro station only two blocks from the hotel. I was pretty happy with my stay here, other than the fact that I had to leave early and breakfast didn't start till 730AM. The other issue is that the first floor didn't seem to have a lift and the desk is on the second floor, so have fun with the luggage.

very bad experience in lirico hotel, I arrived in the hotel after I booked and paid for a double room, but the people in front desk told me that the hotel is full, then I was sent to another hotel 300 meters away, the worst thing is he told them to give me a single room!

Very neat, close to bus and train station. Stairs to main lobby, but elevator from there up. Staff was very accommodating, a good selection of cereal, juices, coffee tea, hard boiled eggs, and breads and pastries at the buffet breakfast. Would recommend.

The hotel smells funny. It was not a pleasant smell. The hotel is located close to most of the tourist attractions and very close to public transit and the train station. The hotel could invest in some new pillows as ours were as hard as rocks. The shower was broken so it left water everywhere. When I asked about the WiFi they told me the information […] was in the room, there was no information so we had to ask again for login information. I probably would not stay here again. Overall for the price it is a good value. It is close to the Termini and since we were traveling by train that was great. It is a little far from the areas we were visting such as the Colosseo, Trevi, Vaticanm etc. We did walk a lot so if you intend on seeing these areas and are not up to several miles a day walking you either need to take the bus, […] taxi, or stay at another place a little closer. The room was very small, the shower is the smallest I have ever used. Anyone larger than 210 will have problems. The neighborhood is not unsafe but not the nicest. And as others have said, no elevator to their lobby so you carry luggage up a flight of stairs or have the staff come get them. For us these were all minor inconeviences but we tend to go with the flow. If you are a little higher maintenance type this is not the place for you. Läs mer

We stayed here three nights before our cruise left, and then two nights after. Both times the rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Tony, at the front desk, was especially helpful, recommending a great restaurant down the road (Sprega) that was great, and pointing us in the right direction for changing money. Can't beat the location for transfers, […] we had no trouble walking with our rolling luggage to and from the train to get to the port and the airport. For our first transfer, airport to hotel, we asked Hotel Lirico to arrange a private transfer knowing we'd be tired from the trip, and the was reasonable (50 euro for 2) and went very smoothly. The location isn't bad for walking to the sights, either, but we also love to wander on foot. The first room we had, room 311, was a bit small, and the view was of the walls of an inside courtyard, so for the second stay (after the cruise) we requested a bigger room with a view, which they were able to accommodate. Room 312 did not disappoint, giving a great view of the opera house next door and overall being much bigger. Both rooms had a sofa and small table. They will charge you a small fee for the safe key, which seemed a bit silly, but it probably wanders off in forgetful travelers pockets quite a bit. The breakfast was great, a good selection of meats, hard-boiled eggs, granola, pastries, and made to order coffee or espresso! Läs mer

We chose the Lirico after carefully comparing its situation and facilities with others at a similar price and it turned out to be ideal for our 5-night stay in Rome. Its location, within a short walk of the Termini station and the Repubblica metro, was a plus point, and yet it was also very peaceful, with no disturbance from traffic or from other guests, […] thanks to excellent soundproofing. There was no shortage of dining options nearby at every price level. Our room was spotless, comfortable and a reasonable size, as was the bathroom. The choice at breakfast (included in the price) was excellent: fruit juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, rolls & pastries, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, preserves, hot beverages, etc. Even at busy times we found a table available and the staff did a fantastic job of keeping supplies topped up and clearing tables. Hotel staff overall couldn't have been more helpful, offering us a city map on arrival and making suggestions for eating nearby. On the day of our departure they stored our suitcases ready for collection at our convenience and they even carried them down to the entrance for us without being asked. All in all, the Lirico turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Rome. Läs mer

We stayed at this hotel with friends from the 18th to 21st October. It is in an ideal location to get to from the station and to walk to all the attractions that Rome has to offer. The hotel is lovely, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is continental and plentiful. The bathroom and shower were small but I guess that is typical for Italy. I considered it a discount facility and I got what I paid for. I was not disappointed nor was I thrilled by the experience. Breakfast was decent. We enjoyed the cafe latte. The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff was friendly.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and the room. It could have been a little bigger, but it was ok. The shower was about 2 ft. x 2 ft. It's lucky that we are not overweight, because we just barely fit in it. Breakfast was good.

If your looking for location, price and clean this is the right hotel! It offered a good price (except for one night which was overly expensive being a 3 star. But it was very clean which I appreciated. My only observations are two things there are stairs toward the lobby which wasn't the best for my husbands knees and also the shower was like drop […] shower very little pressure but enogh to get cleaned. Pros: the breakfast was pretty decent and with wifi I think we got a good deal. hope this review helps out! Läs mer

A small hotel, with really friendly and helpful staff, in a convenient location (just over 5 minutes walk to Termini Station). The bedroom was clean and comfortable, but very small. As a bed and breakfast it was fine, but not the facilities you might expect from a 3 star hotel.

There were hairs on the bed sheets and blankets (house keepers didn't clean the rooms well), some of the bath equipments were already opened and used and not being changed to a new one, rooms are not comfortable because it's so very narrow. There is a long steps before you enter the hotel so it is definitely not for elderly or handicapped guests, elevators […] only takes two persons maximum (guided by receptionists), and our room telephone was not convenient: buttons of the digits were covered by a layer of plastic that was hard to be removed so we couldn't use the telephone.
