Disgusting rooms! Rude and unprofessional staff.

Non smoking room, reeked of smoke. Trash can wasn't empty. Bad smell in the room. It was cheap and I was only in the room for a few hours but I wouldn't recommend.

this place was a dump and the people that ran it didn't know what the hell they were doing... never will I stay here again.

The room was really gross. We booked a non-smoking room on-line and got a smoking room (non-smoking rooms were full when we checked in). Cigarette burns in the bedding and on the floor. Room smelled badly and we didn't even want to sit on the toilet seat! Front desk staff were polite but hotel was poorly organized.

I normally don't get online and rip a business, but this had much to be desired. Completely understood that it was a two star hotel and that we were coming in on a very busy sports event day to watch our team. Also understood and sympathized that their computer system went down partly, but what wasn't acceptable was the performance of the staff in handling […] the issues. We arrived with a hotels.com reservation and when we got there at 3:10pm we waited in line for 20 mins because the staff was completely confused as to whether guest rooms were occupied or not occupied and had no idea the situation of the rooms. Apparently the one computer being down caused a problem for them- even though the other was working. After 20 mins a manager came to the desk to assist the confused staff and essentially took over. She was pleasant and seemingly accommodating. Everyone in line understood that they were in a predicament and none of us attempted to confuse or fluster them further. We were all here to see our team play later that night and were just looking forward to the game. The problem that we faced was that the staff took 30 more minutes to "find" our hotels.com reservation and when they did finally find it they insisted and were very polite about doing so that they were working on getting us a room. Well meanwhile the line grew to about 10 more guests behind us. Rather than actually get our room and take care of us- the staff finished off the other 9 or so guests but meanwhile proceeded to insist that they were working on our room manually and would have it done. Unfortunately for us at 5:05 pm we finally said to them "please stop apologizing and insisting our room reservation was only a few minutes away from being completed". I told them we could come back after the game and that it would not be a problem- they insisted five more minutes. Brought a group here on a college field trip. Chose this hotel for location in Castleton area and very low price, but should have gone for one of the other slightly pricier options nearby (Days Inn, Drury Inn, etc.). Basic fixtures were fine (about what you'd expect), beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. However, carpets were filthy, breakfast […] offerings minimal, internet barely functional (connection intermittent). In one room there was no hot water. Staff were friendly and changed that guest to another room, but not before one morning was ruined by a cold shower. Manager told me they are planning a renovation. Can't happen too soon! Läs mer

Very poorly maintained hotel. Looks like they just bought it; still has a plastic banner over the old sign. Not dirty necessarily, but beat up and stained. Actually had plastic coverings over the mattresses! Hotel used to be a Best Western.. Obviously it is still in transition. Very clean, quiet. Great place to rest for the night.

I was surprised to find out that the hotel we booked.....Bestern western.....was now Castleton Square Inn. It was ok. Could use some up-dating but seemed clean. Air didn't work well in first room but they moved us and that a/c worked great. Beds were kinda stiff....and very small pillows. Was worth the value because of location but was a little less […] than expected. Breakfast was very minimal.....so we went elsewhere. Läs mer

I had room reserved for 2 nights, they did not service my room. on the second day. I had to call to get coffee and towels delivered to the room. The hotel was not air conditioned, my room was hot when I arrived although it cooled down after I turned the air on. Lots people hanging out in the halls ways with their doors open playing loud music. Someone […] puked in the stairwell. As a Professional traveller in the HYbrid/Electric car business, I have to honestly say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. After I had checked in I went up to my room and it had a horrible smell, so I went back down to the desk and asked for another room which was right down the hall. This room had burn holes in the carpet and I when I […] looked in the bathroom a few minutes later, to my surprise the bathtub had this huge ring around it and genital hair in the tub. I called the front desk adn asked him to come up and said look at this tub, would you take a bath or shower in it? He said no, and checked around and found me another room. A couple hours later after dinner, I was undressing for the night and as I sat on my bed to put some shorts on, the door started to open and I found out the female desk attendant had walked in on me thinking there was no one in the room. When we arrived outside trash cans were over flowing, should have been a clue. Checked sheets and matress appeared clean did not look at blanket it was stained and dirty. Carpet was vaccumed but not clean. Pool area was unkempt. Hallway smelled of curry on third floor on first another guest told me it was musty.

The beds were tiny, the room was tiny, the bathroom was tiny. The whole hotel was hot and muggy. Everytime I walked up to the front desk someone was on their cell phone. The pool was dirty, cold and the furniture around the pool was broken. I won't stay here again.

Okay for two nights, nice enough, price was right. Nice, new furniture in room, if not for filthy carpet would have been very nice.

The carpet was a little worn in the room but overall the place is nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a storm that night and the satillite TV channels were not working very well and I'm assuming that was fixed after I checked out.

This was a nice hotel for the price, a real good hot breakfast for being free. The shower was dirt stained but other than that it was a great place to stay and will probably go back if I am in the neighborhood.

Carpeting was badly stained and not clean. Bathroom toilet seat bolts badly soiled. Air Conditioning took 7 hours to cool room. Bed spread had several holes in it. Did not feel comfortable

I WAS VISITING A FRIEND SO IT WAS OK FOR MY ONE NIGH. BUT, THE CARPET WAS NASTY SO I DIDNT WALK AROUND WITHOUT MY HOUSESHOES

I read the reviews. Thought I made an error. However., after 4 nights .. I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. Standard hotel card reader door latches. They are always noisy. One excellent location. Excellent access to highways, restaurants and shops. Good internet and tv connections. Very clean. I would prefer to keep the breakfast open to 9:30am. […] vice 9am. Läs mer

Our stay was very pleasant! We enjoyed everything about the hotel; especially the price! It was the best part about the stay, Super Reasonable! The stay was very comfortable. My wife and I would most certainly return to your facility due to the cleanness, the comfort and the safety of your building. Thanks for the awesome for the experience.

This is an example of a hotel that is way past it's prime and should be refurbished or torn down. It needs new carpet everywhere--bring some flip-flops and sleep in your clothes if you know what I mean. On the plus side there is a free hot breakfast that is not terrible. Best Western needs to do an inspection quick if they want to protect there trademark's […] goodwill. Adding insult to injury as I was laying down to sleep in my jeans on the old yellow sheets the remote didn't work. FAIL. Stay here only as a last resort. Läs mer

The halls of this hotel were extremely hot, as well as the rooms. There was not a happy medium w/ the air working in the room. Either too hot or to cold.
