Hotell Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino - Atlantic City

Hotellet är inget märkvärdigt och rummen är helt ok. Läget är lätt bland dom bästa i AC. Hotellet hade fått bättre betyg men vi fick lite problem så kan inte höja mitt satta betyg som är högt efter det vi upplevt. När vi kom dit så fick vi rummet utan problem, när vi kommer upp så är det inte städat. Vi går ner och klagar så vi får en mini-svit *tummen […] upp*. Vi sover i vår nya fina svit men på morgonen så har min fru fått massa bett över hela kroppen. Vi går så klart ner och klagar så vi fick en riktig svit samt kompensation och läkarvård etc. Vi träffade managern och dom hjälpte oss och kompenserade oss väldigt bra. Trots denna händelsen är jag positiv till hotellet då läget är bäst i AC samt att dom skötte det väldigt bra för oss. Läs mer

Everything perfect!!!

there was no exhaust in bathroom so it stayed steamy.

Customer service was horrible. Was shocked that the Trump hotel was so low scale.

Satisfied with our stay. The staff was the best. They were friendly, always smiling, most helpful. This would include the bell personnel, valet personnel, desk personnel, buffet personnel. No problems at all.

All was great

Very nice. I felt secure since you have to use your room key to get to the elevators and again to actually use them. Also, personnel was very helpful.

I think that the trump plaza needs to retrain some of the staff. I found the staff to be very rude and unprofessional and the food was terrible.

While the hotel was nice, the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The only negative is that when we checked in they wanted to give us a room with 2 double beds when we booked a queen room. They didnt have any queen rooms ready - even though it was after check in time - and claimed that hotels.com sent in the incorrect room type. they said the wait would be an hour and a half, but it was ready within 5 minutes.Pros […] - great location on the board walk, close to all. I very much enjoyed my stay in the premises is in need of renovations and updates. That said, I had a beautiful ocean view and over all I was happy with my visit. I went there for a boxing match at the Boardwalk Hall which was connected to Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino. It was most convenient since it was raining at one point and I was able to make my […] way from my hotel to the event center without even stepping outside. It was ok because of its location but the rooms were gloomy and dark.

The hotel service was great,the location was great in walking distan to the outlet shop's and the boadwalk is right there.The room was very dated and all so dustey the paint was chipping off in the bath tub........ Hotel was not indicative of the glitz normally associated with Atlantic City. I had to change rooms twice because of filth. Next time ill try another hotel.

Receptionist seems bllahh. Though she said thank you but sound like a script she had to say. No welcoming smile.

Excellent location to casino's. AC borad walk is a straight drive on AC Expressway east. 20+ miles to the board walk.

It was a good stay and I had a very good time. I thought the hotel was outdated, but actually it was not when I got there. Nice choice.

I enjoyed it for the most part. I was disappointed my room nor my families room was ready at chexk in.

Easy check in and out. rates are good. Close the the walk (outlet mall)

Check in is 4 pm, rooms should be ready. We arrived at 4:15 and our room was not ready and we would told we would have to a 1 to 1 1/2 hours. finally they put us in a different room but it was on a lower floor and we believe we were down graded. The carpet was in bad shape and toilet did not flush properly.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried about the condition of the rooms but was surprised on how well they looked and how clean they were. I did stay in the main tower and my room was next to the elevators. The bed was set so far back from the front door of the room that I never heard anything, not even from the room next to me. Thought […] the hotel restaurants we decently priced, the casino was a little drab but Caesars is right next to this hotel but cost were half the price of staying at Caesars. This was my first time in Atlantic City so I was overwhelmed by everything. However I was very pleased with the look and feel of the hotel. The staff was very pleasent and always willing to help when needed. The rooms were a little small but for what we were doing they were great. I had an ocean view room that topped it all off. Hotel was on the strip which was a plus. We got a great rate for the night which was another plus. The condition of the hotel wasn't a plus as it's in need of a renovation. We attempted to contact guest services several times from our room, with no answer. The additional charge for wifi, was a disappointment as well. Overall, very average hotel.

Nice room. Small, old casino. Small buffet with average food. would expect more from a Trump property.

I was very comfortable for my stay at the Trump Plaza. Looking forward to returning. Food was good at the 24 Cafe and at the Rainforest Cafe (both were located inside of the hotel). This Hotel is Literally in the middle of everything. Self parking seems a little out of the way but once you learn your way around it's not that bad. If you have luggage […] without wheels on the bottom you should drop off your family and your luggage at the front Entrance before parking in Self Parking (otherwise pack light). i hate i had to pay for internet service. bathroom need a major makeover, remote control did have batterries, people next door was arguing had to call security. nice pool, great location close to the outlets. will not stay there againg.

Stay was good , nice room, clean but had to wait in the line for check in

Given all the choices in Atlactic City for Casino's I was a little suprised when I stayed at Trump Plaza. There was nothing special about it, and the Casino smelled like stale ciggarette smoke. Their main buffet was closed for renovations, leaving no good choice for something between lunch and dinner (I don't really count pizza as a viable option). […] Paying more to park here, even though I was a hotel guest makes no sense. Outstanding

The hotel is close to all the places we wanted to go, including shops, the beach, and our favorite casinos. Hotel was nice, room as described, only complaint were a couple small ants by the window.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! The lobby was the best part of the entire hotel! Burn holes in blankets! Cig smoke stench in NON SMOKING room. Dirty sheets, bad shower head, uncomfortable beds ( slept maybe 4 hrs a night) I was happy that I brought my own sheets and pillow cases! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

We came to the hotel during spring break and they were full besides for a smoking room. My friend has asma so we could not have a smoking room. The manager upgraded us to the Wall ST suite!! Talk about class! This was a 3 room suite with a huge hot tub!! THANK YOU TRUMP!

The hotel was great, staff was wonderful. Room was clean and adequate. Just wish there was more in the Hotel. Would stay there again.

Rooms need updating. Had to fight with the shower curtain everyday. The eggs at the breakfast buffet were horrible.

We got to the hotel and they checked us in to a dirty room that wasnt cleaned then had to wait till they changed our room, and they gave us attitudes like it was our fault.
