Ett enkelt och trevligt hotell i gott skick med bra läge nära Interstate 95.

Hotellet ligger på bechen, dvs utmärkt läge. Det är lite lägre än omkringliggande hotell, därav når solen dåligt ned till området den årstid vi var där, och då tänker jag på eftermiddagen. Själva hotellet är lite slitet, gällande de allmäna utrymmena. Tydligen skulle poolområdet renoveras nu i januari 2012 och då blir detta nog helt perfekt. Det fanns ju även en inomhuspool. Fick parkera gratis i garaget vilket är helt perfekt. Rummet, eller i detta fall var det två stora rum och en toalett, var jättefint. Superfräscht. Fanns även en stor matplats, ett kök med diskmaskin, jättestort kylskåp, spis etc. Två franska balkonger fanns också. Badrummet hade ett stort badkar.

Ett klart prisvärt hotell med bra standard och nära till stranden. Minigolf och en del matställen och barer i hotellets direkta närhet. Bra service och trevlig personal. Dock något lägre standard på fastigheten men ändå snyggt och rent.

We had an excellent stay at the shores. Perfect location, right on the beach, great service, very nice rooms (we had a grand view of the beach and the ocean), a great restaurant! If you are goint go Daytona Beach and wan't the best possible hotel experience - book the Shores!

"NEVER AGAIN"
save yourself the trouble-no customer service and a dirty, dirty, dirty, nasty, stinky hotel, brekfast is terrible...go down the road and stay somewhere nicer for a little more money. i wasnt sure about all the negative reviews so I though I would give it a shot, was I wrong. all the negative reviews are true, nothing good about this place. looks ok […] on the outside but not nice inside. beware the pictures on the listing are not what the room looks like! most likely will not get ocean view room as there are very few 'true' ocean view rooms. While we were staying at this hotel they were working to update the hotel right above our hotel room---From 8am and all day banging above our hotel---I have a full size bed at home that is bigger than the double beds sere in this hotel---Otherwise, kitchen area was okay---Only a walk in shower---It would have been a okay room for the price if it was […] not for all the work being done above us our whole stay of 4 days, and this was during spring break not off season for hotels--- Läs mer
"This place needs help"
The door lock did not work, the toilet did not flush properly, the sink and tub did not drain, the walls are paper thin, the AC was very loud. We spent a very high rate for 1 night before the Daytona 500 and only expected something a bit better than this place. Unfortunately, we had very little choice during that weekend.

"NEVER AGAIN"
Ocean was only viewable if you stand outside and look to the right in my ocean view room. Coffee was still in the pot and food still in the refridgerator from previous guest. AC sounded like a car with no muffler. Dead and live roaches everywhere. Limited parking if you have a large vehicle. Front office was not open when I left at 6:45am to check out. […] No internet access. Room key quit working after 1 use. Front desk personnal accused me of having it against my cell phone. It was nowhere near it. "For the money...."
This hotel is very run down. The saving grace was the bed was clean. Overal the hotel is in severe need of an update. Lamp shades were broken, front of sink in the bathroom was broken off and stacked under the sink. Bttom half of the tile around the tub was falling off, looked like it had been glued back on with art paste. The seal around the door was […] so bad that when the wind blowed I thought someone was running a chain saw in the parking lot. I looked out the window expecting to see tree trimmers at 10pm to find out it was the door seal. Balcony was seperated by a glass partition except mine was broken. There was an office storage box that was half taped up but that was it. Allowd for direct viewing in to the next room. The hotel and rooms are a little seedy and dated, but the price is excellent for the area and the place is safe and quite. Right on the beach, we were greeted by one of the most beautiful sunrises on an empty beach during tourist seaason! "door bell"
there was a letter on the door saying ring this no if you are late, i think there should be a door bell to ring so the night staff can hear rather than having to look for your phone after a long 3 flights to get there,
"Days Inn - Daytona Beach"
The room was ratty - torn blanket, old stove, broken lock on back door. The hotel walls had plaster hanging out and some of the other guests were unruly and trashy.
"Give this place a shot"
It may not look like much at first glance but we have stayed here twice now and love it. I have to travel to the Ormond area to see family and really like this hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff is really nice. The location is perfect, you are minutes from Daytona Beach but nicely away from the tourist insanity. The beach is right there, […] I mean you walk down to the pool and a few more steps you're on the beach, and it's a beautiful, unspoiled beach. We love the view and we love the rooms with a kitchen. The owners are good people and take good care of the place. Everything you need is close by.
