Hotell Hotel Beverly Terrace - Beverly Hills

Rummet var pyttelitet men ändå mysigt. Man e ju inte i LA för att vara på rummet. Hotellet i sig var sjukt mysigt. :) Personalen var otroligt trevlig o hjälpsam. Förutom en fin innergård med pool (dock liten) så fanns det ett soltak på hotellet. Skit mysigt och grym utsikt. Gratis parkering. Frukosten var ingen höjdare dock. Hotellet ligger bra vid Beverly Hills och West Hollywood. I närheten finns det caféer (med WiFi) och restauranger. Det är mysigt och trevligt att käka frukosten ute vid poolen, och själva frukosten var enkel med fullt tillräcklig. Personalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma.

The staff is great, and the location very convenient. My room faced the lovely pool, and that accounted for a lot of noise at unwelcome times. One morning, it was another guest at 6:15 am loudly on her cell phone, and in the evenings, lots of chatting around the pool and loud cannonball type jumps (after 11 pm). We were extremely pleased with the Hotel Beverly Terrace. It is in the centre of all the places we wanted to visit in the Holywood/Beverly Hills area. The rooms are very small but clean and comfortable and the outdoor pool area with lounges and rooftop deck are great places to relax and hang out. A great location in Beverly Hills, I´m a solo female traveller on a holiday in LA (without a car) been in a couple of hotels in LA and this is the best by far! I definitely come back again.

I love the location, very convenient, reasonable price for parking, and always space available. but you will walk anyway. My only issue is the noise of other guests in the morning by the pool. not very respectful of the time of day, and proximity to the other guests rooms.

Booked online for a double, received a room that was slightly larger than a full size bed. Very Small and no control for heating which I only noticed because it was cold. Had the title reflected the "European nature" I would have been better prepared.

This hotel is a gem and a great value. The size of the room, closet space, and bathroom are small by standards of a new hotel but a small trade off for the fantastic location and price. ALL the staff was as pleasant as could be. The hotel was conveniently located for what I needed to do around the area, the staff was corteous, and the room was clean and nicely-decorated. However, it was very noisy. I could hear people talking and I thought they were hanging in the hallway. But they were in their rooms. So that's how thin the walls are it seems. we only stayed in this hotel one night (thank god) on the way back home from a trip to the US. We were hoping to catch up on some sleep and rest before embarking on a long flight home but it wasnt to be. The room we were in faced the street and was very very noisy. Added to this there was a door to the inside of the hotel which was constantly being […] opened and slammed. Even after we locked the door open, someone closed it again and all we heard all night was the random banging of this door. Added to THIS was the random rumbling and ticking of water pipes that seemed to run down the wall of our room to the rest of the hotel..... We would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car... Nice small hotel which is easy to drive in. Comfortable rooms and good service. Breakfast is a little small but ok for my need.

This is a boutique hotel with wonderful design details and a lovely breakfast by the pool. Reasonably priced, good location, cheap parking.

3 of us in one room was a little cramped but can't beat the price. It's a great base for Bev Hills. A little noisy because it's on a corner. Staff is small but efficient. No lobby to speak of so with good weather you can sit out in the lounge by the pool where cont. breakfast is served.

Nice location on the border of West-Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Many nice restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel is not the newest but the patio with pool is nice and quiet. Very friendly staff.

The Hotel Beverly Terrace completely fit the bill for our trip to LA. It's obviously an older hotel, but it was updated in a modern, tasteful way and is obviously well cared for. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed, and though we didn't have any issues, the front desk was always attended. The neighborhood felt safe, the location was convenient, and parking was only $8 a day! The one downside was that the rooms were pretty small, and with the dresser stuck in the closet we just decided not to use it. I've been staying in this hotel for almost 20 years. You can't beat it for location. Same staff as when I first stayed with them years ago. Very comforting and something you won't find in a large chain hotel. Just last year they've started charging for parking--$8.00 per night. Still a bargain.

Nice neighborhood, service was great, the free breakfast was not bad. Some things need maintenance - our closet door looked like something had chewed it up, but otherwise I would consider staying here again.

I will not ate this hotel so highly. I woke up early in the morning because of people living next door. You could hear conversation in the lobby from my room. I requested a new room. New room was better, but when next room was closing its door, it sounded like the walls are crushing down.

I have been staying here regualrly for the past 3-4 months. Location is great, room, everything. Except for the evening clerk. Useing Hotels.com your room is paid for, well she charged my Business Debit card for the room, and then 2 additional charges. Now, she blamed it on the manager, but she really has no clue what shes doing, so even though the […] room charge was cancelled the bank still has a hold on my funds which she should of never charged me to begin with and she said it was a mistake, well the card number was entered manually so honestly shes an idiot and she ruined it for my future trips to Beverly Hills with my client. Well if you plan on staying here, i recommend looking at a few pictures and asking a few questions first. This was the smallest hotel room i've ever stayed in. Even smaller than some hostel rooms in Europe. I was very disappointed that once I saw this room I could cancel the reservation immediately. I had to pay for one night and almost two, before […] they let me out of it. The room was so small that me and my guest couldn't walk in the room at the same time, and we had to shut doors just to walk around the bed. The hotel itself was in a great location for what we were going there, to party! Hotel room itself was a little disappointing because it was rather small and there were four of us but other than that it was only for one night and it served its purpose.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Beverly Terrace. The place is conveniently located off of Santa Monica Blvd but a little far to walk to many of the Beverly Hills area attractions. Staff was wonderful! Room was clean but was very small and the furniture is old and tired. The bathroom was fine. The Italian restaurant next door was terrific. They started the washing machine at 5:30 AM -- not all that loud but still not good.

Overall, the hotel was at or below average. It reminded me of an old, converted apartment. They have a basic continental breakfast in the morning by the pool that was okay. The room was tiny and the beds were quite small. The location was perfect for our experience in LA. The staff was overall polite and respectful minus an older staff member at the […] front desk who was rude enough to ask us if we were staying in their hotel and what room we were in. I live in LA but needed a place in the BH area to crash, so I chose the Beverly Terrace. Supercute hotel, neat, clean (small) rooms, nice courtyard. Courteous staff, it's nice. If you're looking for someplace cool and fancy, this isn't it. If you're looking for a small, well run, clean place to stay in a great location, then this is it. Great stay for the price. Room was small, but clean and nice to stay in. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was pretty good also.

Great location, very modern room in older building. Nice courtyard with pool and sitting area with heaters and bistro tables for breakfast. Had a newspaper and coffee and i was happy. Oh, not to forget the great Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Had a great dinner on the front patio. Needs a lot of improvement. I did not feel even safe !! For the high price, even being in Beverly Hills, I expected way more. Rooms are too small, smelly, noisy.

My trip was with three freinds. We knew we wanted to see the L.A. highlights, eat good food, party and hangout by the pool. The pool area at the Beverly Terrace is small and intimate making it a very cool place to hang with friends, have a couple drinks and soak up the sun. The location of the hotel was amazing. Truthfully, you need to drive almost […] everywhere in L.A., having said that, there were still a number of walkable shops, bars and restaurants within the area. Main areas are Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Sunset Strip, all within 5 min. to the Beverly Terrace. For the only negative, I will provide the following; my A/C broke and was leaking all over the curtains and the floor therefore making two of us have to move our stuff away from the only real open area for suitcases kind of squishing our things into a tiny closet (not the end of the world, however, not ideal). Every person working at this hotel was so unbelieveable accomodating.......except for one women who was so rude and really just incredible disrespectful. As the owner, I would recommend you search out this individual no matter how long she's been there (as she yelled at me "I've been here for this long and blah blah blah) and maybe do a little something about her behaviour. This is a fantastic value in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area. Great location, and very clean and well maintained. I've never had better service from front desk staff. I only stayed one night after a long trip to LA. I didn't get to see much of the surrounding area, but the service of the hotel was outstanding. I had a broken collarbone from an accident the day before, and the hotel staff could not be more accomodating. If you want to be a moment away from the best part of LA, stay here. Santa Monica Blvd, Sunset Blvd, the weirdness of downtown Hollywood. It's all there. A stones throw from that great pub, The Abbey. Stay here. Understated, yet on top of its game in every way.
