Stay was nice , room didnt have a fridge which i expected and the elevator wouldnt take us to the floor we were on and we ended up climbing some stairs :( Close to some good malls and the staff was very friendly .

This was the worst hotel I have stayed noises, not kept up very well bed was terrible very hard to find comfortable setting felt like air matterss

The maids start banging on your door by 8am to work on your room. If your not out they do not come back. The desk personnel call the room at all hours waking you up. They call me at 10:30 and again at midnight. The bill was calculated incorrectly after they told me it would be fixed. Not a pleasant stay, could not wait to get out of there.

Excellent hotel, easy to locate. Check-in was also easy. Liked the ample parking lot. A complimentary breakfast of some kind might be an idea. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying there again.

We were quite pleased with our stay at the Radisson Hotel Calgary Airport. The reason why I rated cleanliness and upkeep at a 3 was because the bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't as clean as it should have been. Nice enough hotel inside but a bit industrial from the outside. The swimming pool was a good size but the walls were quite dirty with a build up of body fat staining the walls. The following day this was being cleaned so we chose not to use the pool which was a shame. The room was good but the funky bed firmness mechanism did not work, not that we have […] ver used one before. The lifts were also a little dodgy, sometimes took three goes before you got going. Everything was better than expected . Only issue was the morning shuttle . Wasn't aware I had to book one . Was told they run to the airport every hour on the hour . Checked out at 5:40 am asked about 6:00 am shuttle to airport and found out it was full . Had to pay a 30$ Cab fair .

the shower had no pressure, nice pool but 5 minutes after the hour the security guard kicked us out - i know rules - but no leaniency at all. free parking is only one week - which should be specified. location is not close to airport at all.

Good food in the restaurant, excellent waiter, when we sat a the bar after shopping one afternoon, we were given a bowl of fresh made potatoe type chips with dip. They were still warm and delicious.

Nice clean hotel. The rooms were nice, and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the lobby lounge that the kids could join us in. I had a large dog, and we could bring him into the room with us, but had to stay on the first floor. We will be back again!

The staff are excellent with customer service, the food was very good both with room service, catering and restaurant. Lots of parking. Loved the easy access off Deerfoot trail so that we could easily access other parts of the city. Good value for the dollar.

I will definitly use this hotel again on my next visit. I slept well, the view was beautiful and the Hotel and restaurant staff were very pleasant. The hotel overall was clean.

Hotel in need of some renos. Couch was stained and paint chipped on the walls and doors in some area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good rate through expedia, would stay here again at the discounted rate.

Rooms were great, not greatly impressed with the surrounding area, but the hotel was close to many of the sites in Calgary. I really appreciated that the hotel allowed dogs for a small fee.

I had an overnight stay prior to my early morning flight. The front desk was extremely helpful checking me in, directing me to dining options in and out of the hotel and booking my am free shuttle to the airport. The rooms were clean and neat. It was a great option for an airport connection stay.

The hotel did not have beds with sleeping numbers as what Expedia had advertised. With a raised expectation higher than reality, I have rated it with an overall 3. We booked two rooms for a party of four. The hotel assigned us one room on the first floor and the other on the third. And the room-to-room phone service was sometimes not available. The Sleep Number bed was nice but the hotel room was otherwise older-looking with worn furniture--not as nice as the 2 star hotel we stayed in prior to reaching Calgary. We waited more than an hour after being told that a small refrigerator would be brought to our room only to be told when we called for status that none was available. hotel was convient or airport and travelling in and out of Calgary. The Deerfoot trail was easy to reach to take you out of toown. Staff aws extremely helpful with directions and advice . Food at their restaurannt was very good . I enjoyed my stay.

perfect match to our needs, just 20min to downtown and 15min to the airport, good service, helpful staff, clean room, jacuzzi etc., good value for the price we´ve paid. Just the always plashing flush was really annoying.

We were very impressed with our stay at the Radisson. We flew in a couple days ahead of family we were meeting in Banff; wanted to stay in Calgary and do a couple of outings on our own. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport - only waited a few minutes for the driver; she was very friendly! The next morning we took a 1.5 mile run to the car rental […] location - saved 1/2 by not renting at the airport. Stayed 2 nights at the Radisson - beds were great! Room was clean, front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Ate at the bar our first night - food and beer were great, a little pricey, but not too bad for area.
