Room could have been a little cleaner. Kitchen counter had a few burns, understandable. Breakfast to go was mimimal, but good quality. Location was good for our needs. Will most likey call to check rates before next booking Hotels.com.Verifierad gästrecension

"It worked"
The room was filthy, It had hair all over the bathroom. The floors were not vacuumed. They addressed it the next day, but it should have been cleaned before I checked in.Verifierad gästrecension

I needed a place to stay due to getting stuck in a snow storm after I got off work at 12 MN. The office was closed, but the person answered the phone immediately and let me check in. The only thing missing was a hair dryer and shampoo. I am used to having those things at the hotel, so I didn't pack them in my overnight bag.Verifierad gästrecension

"Good Location"
The hot water was spotty at best, I nearly froze to death trying to take a shower as the hot water became ice cold. It was tough getting the soap off me in cold water. Also the check in process was difficult, the communication between the hotel and Expedia left a lot to be desired. On the plus side the staff lady was very friendly and helpful and […] did her best, but the check in still took a long time. "Good price, could be more comfortable."
The room did what it was suppose to. I was visiting over the weekend and only returned to the room to sleep. So the comfort was the most important aspect. The room was clean and the grounds looked well kept. The bed was not very comfortable and made lots of noise. The rate was good, though. So that's the compromise. Walked into the room and was most disapointed. The room was run down and had old bedding only 2 pillows no blanket on the bed old bed spread . The only new thing was the T V . "My Hotel Stay"
First, I was very disappointed with the internet. I was attending a workshop and needed the internet. It didn't work hardly at all the 4 days I was there. I was constanly on the phone with their their technical people.The hot water in the mornings would go 'in and out' while I was in the shower. "Decent for the price"
Stayed here for about 5 nights while waiting to move into our new apartment. Staff was great, hotel is in a good location. Easy to get around Denver, Target/King Soopers (grocery store) within a couple of blocks. Fridge and burners in our room worked great. Shower had epic water pressure!! Only complaint is the bed wasn't terribly comfortable (the sheets […] barely fit it) and there were lots of random hairs and specks of dirt around the room (especially the bathroom floor) when we arrived. This hotel had a great location, but i will not stay there again. Both the bed coverings were old and warn out. Not good. We arrived at midnight because of flight delay. There was nobody on the front desk. There was a notice to use the phone to call the receptionist after 11 PM. We called at least 15 times but there was no answer. After 20 min. we were about to leave to check in another hotel when a guest of the hotel saw us and told that the lady is in the laundry […] room. "Get what you pay for"
We checked in late as we had a 6 hour drive after work, we looked for a cheaper, close to where we needed to be hotel. We got it. The service by the front desk person was awesome, very nice, explained everything, attentive and genuine. But if you are looking for a higher end place, look else where, The beds were loud and creaky, and it smelled like […] black licorish (not my favorite). But for the price we paid we couldn't complain. No cleaning unless you stayed a week (no problem here). "Worst Hotel in area"
Hotel is run down and in an industrial area. Wi-Fi did not work, staff was worthless in trying to fix it and unwilling to let me change rooms. There are at least 3 or 4 other hotels in the area that would be a better choice.Verifierad gästrecension
"Stinky room!"
I had reservations for a non-smoking room. The room we were given was labeled as a non-smoking room but smoke had permeated the whole room. No one could have just smoked in this room a day or so... and there was cigarette ash in the room .... missed by house keeping. The room was very old and smelled musty. Someone had heavily sprayed the room with extra air freshner to cover it up. The small couch had tears in it. The bed was appallingly old.
