Good for the price. Perfect for sleeping, but not really a place to linger on a vacation. Good for business travel. Better than surrounding similarly priced places.

The staff was rather inexperienced and their shuttle only serves Novartis employees causing me to cab it for additional $40 a day.

It was a little difficult to maintain the temperature of the room. Althought it was cool and dry outside, the room felt muggy and warm---despite using the room A/C etc.

Terrible place to stay with dirty rooms. Felt like I was staying in a hostel for $20.00 a night except they are super expensive. Should have stayed at the Marriott for $40.00 more. Aweful!!!!!

Older hotel but in good location. In desperate need of updating with few extra ammenities offered. Staff, however,was wonderful & went out of their way to be helpful when we stayed during power outage due to snow storm of Oct 2011.

What a disgusting hotel. The room was filthy, there were hairs all over the floor in the bathroom and in the sink of the "efficiency kitchenette". It was so bad, I decided to sleep in my clothes to make sure I didn't wake up with bedbug bites. I think my worst complaint was the smell of Cigarette smoke. I had asked for a NON SMOKING room as I am allergic […] to smoke. I got off of the elevator and it smelled like an old bar with a heavy odor of smoke. I immediately went downstairs to complain and the front desk clerk looked at me and said..."what would you like me to do?" Unfortunately, there weren't any other rooms available and I didn't have the liberty of changing hotels due to an unexpected blizzard in October. The bathroom had one washcloth one towel and one bar of soap. No other amenities were offered. I would highly discourage ANYONE thinking of this hotel. It is more like a ROACH MOTEL instead of someplace anyone would want to stay. REALLY rethink this one!!! Läs mer

Average place to stay, it is safe and the staff are polite. There are plenty of shopping near the area including bowling lanes, AMC theater, Food, Target, COSTCO and lots of fast food shop. You can hear the noise of other people when they walk outside the door, the room is clean and no other disturbance during the stay.

Omg first of all they had no toothpaste, shampoo, or lotion in the bathroom. There was no dish detergent in the kitchen, the freezer was never working from the beginning therefore we had no ice and there was no ice machine..there were ice trays but couldn't freeze it...& the front desk guy was a little creepy.

You get what you pay for ... this long stay hotel is a bit run down and less clean than I'd hoped for. Even the hotel staff was less than professional. Be sure to bring your own shampoo!

While the hotel staff was polite, the environment was not as inviting as I would have hoped. There were no ice cube trays in my room, nor any ice available in the hotel at all. The room was clean enough but the environment in general was tired looking. The linens were cheap and thin. There was no complimentary shampoo - even cheap motels offer this. […] You need your room key to get into the one vending area and there is no fitness center on site. I've paid a similar rate at other similar types of hotels and received more amenities in better quality surroundings. Not sure I'd go back even if it was the only room available. Läs mer
