Mellanklasshotell med bra läge i Orlando. Nära att köra till alla attraktioner. Stora rum, sköna sängar men lite högljud aircontition. Enklare frukost ingår, men byt ut plastbestik/talrikar! Poolområdet räkte till för oss i slutet på april, men kan säkert bli fullt under högsäsong. Handukar till poolområdet ingår.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med hotellets läge. Ett stenkast från International Drives centrala del med restauranger och affärer. Lätt att komma ut på motorvägen till de olika temaparkerna. Över förväntan på hotellets läge! Hotellet var ett medelklass hotell med en bra frukost. Fanns både gröt, yoghurt och bacon & ägg. Dock inget kallskuret. Vi hade valt ett rum med ett litet pentry men det användes aldrig då vi klarade oss på den frukost som serverades. Stort och bra kylskåp. Gratis parkering för hyrbilen. Rekommenderas!

Välj detta hotell i Orlando!! Nära till Disney och sea world, perfekt! Vi bodde på disneyhotell först men rekommenderar helt klart detta istället. Bil behövs...

Det vra ett fint hotell med fräscha sängar och badrum, heltäckningsmattan kändes inte allt för vidrig på detta hotellet. Det var dock en överraskning att vi skulle betala en resort fee på plats, som var obligatorisk. Obligatoriska avgifter kan väl ingå i priset från börja, kan man tycka. Sen står det att det ingår fri transport till alla Tema parkerna i orlando, men då är det endats till Disneys parker, så Seaworld ingår inte. I övrigt ett toppen hotell, vi gärna skulle återvända till.
Läge.
Homestead Studio Suites Orlando - John Young Parkway ligger i Orlando i nöjesdistriktet nära Fun Spot USA, Florida Mall och Wet N' Wild. I närheten finns även Aquatica och Orange County Convention Center.

"Great first experience"
We had never been at an extended stay hotel before and it’s not bad at all. The room service is once a week so we didn’t get to experience that but, on the plus side, we didn’t care about leaving a mess because we knew nobody would come in. They do offer cleaning service for an extra fee if you need it. The rooms are very comfortable and super clean. […] We loved the fact that they have a regular size refrigerator so we really saved money on breakfast every morning. They provide plates, utensils, cups, a stove top, and skillets; everything you need if you decide to cook. They are a pet friendly hotel so you might hear your neighbor if he/she decides to bark. The beds are firm which I liked. If I have to criticize something it would be the fact that there is a strong cigarette smoke smell on the corridors but once we got inside it did not bother us. The checkout took less than one minute and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is close to everything like the parks, international drive, restaurants, etc. There is a Walmart (open 24 hours) right across the street and a Dennys. I would definitely stay here again. "Convenient and great value"
The hotel offers great value for the money. The property was clean and well maintained; routine maintenance in my room could have been better. The building was pretty quiet and I appreciated their policy of reduced noise after 9 pm. There are rarely staff available and none at certain times of the day. "Homestead Suites - Orlando, close to attractions"
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the water pressure in the shower was a little low. Overall, it was a very good value for the price paid and I would defintely stay at this hotel again.
"Gross"
The linens smelled like sweat and the towels smelled like mildew. People were knocking on our door at all times of the night. I was surprised to see pit bulls staring out the hotel window when I arrived and came to the conclusion that people are full-time residents at the hotel. Overall condition of the hotel was nasty. Front desk went out of their way to let me check in early. Nice and clean! Highly recommended to those who need to stay at a hotel for extended period of time. Decent Kitchenette with Stove, dishes, dishwasher, big fridge, kitchen table.

"Do not stay"
The room smelled like an ash tray even though it was a no smoking room. The air conditioner did not work, there was mold in the bathroom, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The television did not work on many channels and only had audio for Fox News. Please take my advice and don't stay here.

Didn't realize there was a convention in town. Still managed not to get too far from International Dr. We were only staying one night so it wasn't that big of a deal. The personnel was extremely friendly and accomodating. Although the site said smoking rooms available. I was desperate crossed my fingers and chose the preference of a non-smoking and […] upon check in I was given just that. "A pleasant stay!"
Hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff already had everything ready when I arrived; only had to sign a couple of things and my keys were in my hand. The room was clean. Bed was a little on the hard side but wasn't too uncomfortable. I changed to this hotel at the last minute and would definitely stay there again when in the Orlando area! This is a very good hotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay that in inexpensive and close to a lot of things. There are plenty of places to eat if you are looking for something close by after a long day out checking out the sights. Plus you can jump on several different major roads in just a few minutes. The hotel room was nice for money and mainly clean and comfortable. The hotel clerk at the front desk left something to be desired though. Unfriendly and lacks customer service skills. She acted as though she was doing me a big favor when i was checking in.
On arrival, the desk clerk was obviously in the back sleeping. She came out with a big red spot on her forehead and sleepy eyes. We called the front seek to ask for clean sheets...which they didn't have. Just different than I experienced before

"Nice hotel at convient location"
This hotel in near commercial office zone which is surrounded by some really nice office buildings. Plenty of places for me to run. It is conviently located near restaruants and Walmart. I like the area since it is quiet and is NOT crowded. The maid even cleaned my rug when I made a big spill on it in the kitchen. When I got back the rug looked brand […] new. Located in South Orlando. Room was efficiency type, clean and comfortable. No ice maker on premises. Access seems limited to front of building. An extended stay type hotel, but not bad at all for one night, and for the price. I would stay there again.

immediately when you walk into the lobby it stinks of smoke smell. (disgusting) it seem's to be more of a place that out of town construction worker's stay at verses family's visiting theme parks. The room was descent and clean. The bed was hard as a rock. I could feel the springs in my back. Not comfortable at all.

It was the second time we stayed in the Homesteadt Studio Suites in Orlando. We like it, it is close to the Fairgrounds and Businesses we visited.

"one day in hell"
When I arrived on Weds. found that i had no ashtray in a smoking room. Next the batteries in the remote control were very week. Next there was still food left in fridge It was soggy and nasty looking, also where I had to store my insulin. Also had to walk like about 60 yards to the room were not once but twicw I had to go to the office to be rekeyed. […] Then at around 1230 was awoken to the fire kclasson going office. went off in 10 mins.. then it went off again at 230 ish and went for 10 mins. so I got dressed and went down the stairs to find fire people saying its ok just lint from the laundry. Comeon man turn it off I have a convention in the morning. when I awoke a 7am , I needed a combe went back to the office as no one was picking up the phone. was told you had a machine , so I went there and it said quaters only. so back to the front desk to get quarters. Then I put them in , and wouldn't you know it took my quarters but machine was broken. The desk did return my money. I had to get dress completely and go off site to get one. Then I showered and went to the convention and told the front desk to change the staff aurious covvered shower curtain. When I got back that wasn't done either. Ok I'm tired now but thought you should know. This was a terible experience. I have stayed at other suites and never had this happen. Läs mer
"Good hotel"
The Homestead Studio Orlando was a nice hotel for the money. There was nothing wrong with this hotel it was not as new as some but was well taking care of. The pool was clean and so were the rooms. The only problem I had was that you should get more than two pillows. "Comfort"
I was dissappinted in my stay. I was expecting more. the Bed was not comfortable. Only 2 small Pillows were on the bed. The air conditioner was load. Although the water in the sink got very hot, the shower was anly warm.
