Hotell Charter Inn & Suites - Tulare

So far the best hotel in USA that I´ve stayed in. Big, clean, well equipped rooms. A wonderful lobby, a nice pool and a fantastic rich breakfast buffe. Friendly and helpful staff recommended us a nearby restaurant which turned out to be very good. A big, nice shopping outlet is within walking distance. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The Ice machine on our floor was out of order.

The staff was very nice and our stay there was very nice. If I ever need to stay somewhere near Tulare then this will be the place!! Customer service means everything an they were very nice.

I thought it was a wonderful hotel. I liked everything about it. It was so easy to find and so close to all services. The breakfast was just unreal...most hotels you barely get coffee, much less a full hot breakfast. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms with all the gadgets you need to plug in your phone, laptop, etc. Nice large bathroom well appointed with everything you need. The window opens for fresh air and there's a Ceiling fan. The hotel staff were marvellous,nothing seemed too much trouble not even a very stroppy little american man.Very close to a large shopping mall and a nice selection of eateries,( We can recommend Cool Hand Lukes for huge steaks and good service.) Overall a very nice place to stay,minor problem with wardrobe door which we coped with.

I stayed in alot of hotels by far the best ive ever stayed in value wise. Clean, frienndly, Good beds, nice linen, and the best breakfast for a budget motel ever

This was a just above average hotel with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Rarely heard other guests. However. Ran out of breakfast before 8am. Luckily the IHOP was next door. Defeats the purpose of FREE BREAKFAST, though. Difficult to turn left out of driveway.

exceptionally clean. friendly staff, above average free hotel breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes). movie theatre next door, lots of places to eat nearby, right off the freeway. Good value. microwave and sink in room. definitely better than other lodgings in its class.

Nice hotel, agttractive lobby and breakfast dining area, happy hour beer and wine (did not participate), large and quiet rooms. Rates were very good and the value was superior.The location was close to the Hwy 99 and next door to a large outlet center.

We throughly enjoyed our stay,for the most part 1st miss a bathrobe ,told a worker but nothing was done...I did not like blood stained sheets good thing I took my own ! please tell them in the future to throw out if stains are not out!!! After a long drive up from Los Angeles we arrived about 10pm (and everyone very tired) Hotel easy to find and easy parking. A very nice Staff member at reception gave us a room upgrade so that was really cool. Very nice room. Two large queen beds. Smart decor. Very clean. We also had a fireplace which we used. Our unit was facing the main road and […] we did hear a little traffic noise but it wasn't too bad (we were so tired we all fell asleep straight away) The reception area and our room had obviously been upgraded recently (painted etc) and looked very nice. I did note that the stairways and outside joining corridors were a little old-looking (grey concrete and worn pillars) The beds were nice. Perhaps a little firm but again, we were tired so it didn't bother us. There was free wi-fi (code given when we checked in) and a pretty cool breakfast room that had a nice range of cereals, pastries, yoghurts and juices. It was quite clean and nicely laid out. There was a tip jar and we left a small tip. We didn't really have a lot of contact with Staff. The price was good. Although it's not quite close to the wharf and downtown area. We had a car so that made it easier but it would be a bit of a walk (perhaps 30 minutes) down to the harbour area if you chose to do that. Overall very nice. Nothing really flash but excellent value. Booked last minute (morning of) so got 15% off plus upgrade to king deluxe. There is everything you need in a city surrounding the hotel. Smart & Final, Dollar Store, Kmart, Walmart, Ihop etc.. Any type of store is just right around the corner. Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had all the standard amenities shampoo, […] cond, soap, make up remover.. Plenty of towels! Only $55 plus tax so $60.04 total for the stay not bad for a hotel. It was cheaper than some motels but way nicer. Would recommend! Läs mer

Great hotel! Clean,comfortable and quiet rooms. Hector G. at the front desk was very helpful. Maria V. worked very hard to please all of the guests at breakfast, She went out of her way to make sure my son had food options, since he has several food allergies. Barbara M. was also extremely kind and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised. I have paid more for a lot less - nicely kept rooms and accommodations. I will stay here from now on each time I am in town. Great big fluffy pillows....loved it, close to freeway - overall good experience!

The rooms and facilities were very clean and most staff was friendly/respectful. Unfortunately, the first room we were in had extremely poor TV reception, the towel rack would not stay up, vanity light in bathroom didn't' work most of the time, there were several long black hairs on my towel when I dried off my face, and the bed made both of our backs […] ache in the morning. We were told someone would come to look at the TV reception but no one came. Once we moved to another room there were no issues. We always stay at the Charter Inn when visiting Tulare. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious at a very reasonable price. Plus I love the cozy lobby!

We had a very good stay.. when we booked this hotel we didn't think it would be as nice a place as it was.. so we enjoyed it very much.. close to everything close to different malls, the highway, restaurants etc.. it had a very nice hot breakfast,the attendents were very friendly and helpfull the room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds..
