Över förväntan. Bra läge nära sawgrass mills mall där man kan göra riktiga fynd. Hotellet fixade shuttle för två dollar per person till hockeymatchen på BT&T arena vid Sawgrass mills mall och för den som saknar Sverige ligger IKEA ett stenkast iväg. Amerikanske frukost med våfflor och sockerchock.

Perfekt om man ska handla på sawgrass eller gå på NHL/konsert på BB&T-arena. Gång avstånd till båda men vill man inte gå så har hotellet en gratis shuttle som kör dig både dit och hem. Fräscht och helt klart prisvärt. Lätt att få parkering. En TGIF finns precis utanför om man inte vill äta på hotellet.

I would stay here again. The hotel can be a tad difficult to find. It has a N. University Dr. address but it's set back off the road on an access road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything met expectations except the sink area in the bathroom which was entirely too small. All toilet items had to be stored on the floor. Maybe we had a handicap room since the area in the bathroom itself was more than adequate.Verifierad gästrecension

What the hotel lacks in decor and appearance, the hotel staff sure make up with their friendliness and good nature. The hotel has a funky smell, and the decor is dated AND old. While I was there, they were in the midst of renovations, so things might improve in the future. On the plus side, there is a mall less than 0.4miles from the hotel, and a McDonald's […] right by the entrance. "Horrible experience."
The maid staff was awful, I had to ask repeatedly to clean my room and by time they were ready for it, it was almost 3pm. I needed to come back to my room to shower and get ready for the night. So for 2 straight days they didn't clean my room. In fact in 5 days my room only got cleaned once with one day I gt them to change the sheets, unacceptable. My […] shower didn't have a curtain so there was water everywhere when I showered. Room was very loud being next to the elevator and i couldn't sleep much. Staff wasn't very helpful either. "Good night's sleep"
Checked in late after a casino concert. No soap or shampoo, called desk and guard brought up in minutes. Carpet and interior in great condition. Comfortable bed. Slept late but was not harassed (was out by noon checkout time.) This stay was great. The hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, exhibited a friendly, warm attitude. Very refreshing compared to some other hotels. Rooms were clean, comfortable and fresh. "Close to all family who live in the area."
