The Courtyard Marriott Niagara is clean comfy and in a great location! The staff was friendly and helpful.One of our favorite places to stay in Niagara!

We asked to check in early because my wife wasn't feeling well & we were happily accomodated. The room was large & spacious. They called it the "Jr. Presidential Suite" but it was more just a deluxe room. Whirlpool tub was nice, we had a quiet corner room & could see the Niagara River from the window. We stayed in a king jacuzzi room and it was incredible! Totally worth the price, we won't go back to any other hotel in the Falls now. The lobby is beautiful, and the customer service was excellent! oved the fireplace in our room too such a nice touch!

The hotel was nice enough but the heat didnt work in our room and the housekeeping staff emptied our garbage but didnt make the bed. We stayed for an extra night and they made us change rooms. Heard the Jacuzzi's in the connecting rooms.

Staff was very helpful and gave us an upgrade--we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. Customer service was good. The pools and exercise room were well kept. The hotel is within walking distance to most attractions, eg. Clifton Hill. We will stay there again.

We got this room for a great price and we were provided with exactly what we wanted. 10 minute leisurely walk to Clifton Hill sights, a clean room with a view, pool, hot-tub and a delicious buffet breakfast the next morning for a good additional price. When i was booking this hotel the lady one the phone that i booked with told me that this was the hotel in Niagara that has the Keg on the 9th floor and was over looking the falls. this is incorrect and as i found out upon arrival is not a fallsview hotel, the keg is on the main floor and is often confused with the much nicer, "Embassy suites" Also […] i was promised the highest floor with the best view and entering my room and opening my drapes revealed the side of a building! This hotel may not e able to compare to the embassy in location for fallsview, yet they make up fro it with their amazing staff and clean rooms. Although i was dissappointed because of the lady who gave me the wrong information, i was pleasantly surprised with how clean nice and comfortable the hotel was. This really is a nice hotel, but i do reccoment a higher floor for this hotel as the first few floors were very noisey, (location of first room). Läs mer

Great location with comfy bed and a clean room.

The hotel room was very clean and energy efficient. Although, the front desk area was under construction the staff was professional behind their makeshift desk area. They upgraded my two rooms to ensure my rooms were next to each other. The hotel is within walking distance of the falls. it was a great stay.

The hotel is under renovations but it was still very clean and no interuptions in service. Our room was big, very clean nice decor. The bed was a little soft for our likeing but nice clean linen. Marriott Courtyard in Niagara Falls, Canada. Very dissappointed in Hotels.com for not indicating that total lobby renovations were going on during our stay and I'm sure many other's stays. We ordered a jaccuzzi room and found it tired albeit the carpet had been replaced and far from being renovated the jaccuzzi tub was in an ackward place with no ledge […] around or step ie a more up to date design is badly needed. The hotel was in a perfect location. Very close to Clifton Hills, the Falls and all attractions. Everything was within a 5 - 7 minute walk. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay at the Courtyard Niagara again.

The hotel was under renovations, but still very clean and friendly staff.

We just came back from 4 nights at the falls, with all nights spent at the Courtyard Niagara. Very pleasant staff, very cozy room, super clean! You can even choose exactly when you'd like your room cleaned. The king bed was soft and comfortable. Nice jacuzzi tub plus walk-in shower. Just far away enough from Clifton Hill.. with lots of dining choices […] all around. Denny's and HardRock Cafe were a bit pricey. But, try Antica Wood Oven Pizza. We paid $22 for large fresh salad, large wood oven-cooked pizza, and soda's for two. Tim Horton's (Clifton Hill) is a great place for breakfast and lunch. Very spacious, lots of food choices, many fresh pastries and good coffee in the morning. Super reasonable too! We would not hesitate to stay at Courtyard Niagara Falls again. The price was right.. and they really delivered on comfort and service!! By the way... don't miss Niagara On The Lake, a beautiful, quaint town just north of Niagara Falls. Many wineries to tour there also. We went to Peller Vineyards. $10 per person for a very informative, yet laid-back tour. 3 samples to try at tour's end, including the famous "ice wine". $5 tour refund if you buy a bottle of wine during the visit. Upon check-in, we were disappointed with the unfriendliness of the clerk. She asked how we'd made our reservations -- I advised that I had called an 800 number. We had a confirmation from hotels.com. She argued with us that it was Expedia. We had requested a late checkout. When our keys were coded, they were coded as 1:00 pm checkout. We had just returned […] from running the 1/2 marathon, and the last thing we wanted was to return to the front desk to have our keys recoded for the later checkout. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience, they explained that keys are regularly coded for 1:00 pm checkout. However, at the check-in process, we reminded them of the late checkout. We found this hotel to be excellent. We go to Niagara quite often and we stay a different hotels. This is one we will definitely go back to. The maid staff was excellent and very efficient. Our room was spotless. We had a problem one morning with water dripping from a vent. We informed the maid who got right on the phone to the engineer and it was fixed […] immediately. The sfaff was very pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a King Spa room that had a fireplace and it was beautiful. The bed was so very comfortable. You cant see the Falls but we didn't care. We were never in our room very much anyway. Läs mer

The hotel room was freezing as the heat had not been turned on yet for the building. Someone should have look at the forecaset to see the dramatic change in th weather. I did and brought the appropriate clothing. The hotel provided me with a space heater which didn't help. In the middle of the night they must have put the heat on and I suffocated and […] to open my door at 6:00 am to let air into the sauna. I had a terrible sleep and I needed a good sleep. IT WAS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FALLS AND SHOPS WHICH IS GOOD, EVERTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE AND YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO LOOK FOR A PARKING SPACE WHICH WAS DIFFICULT.

This has to be one of the best hotels i have stayed in , and it's not the fact that it's in( Niagara Falls) all around it was awesome.......( Good location, affordable, friendly staff, lots of parking, ) The rooms are well maintain and it was awesome to stay in a room with a jacuzzi, and i don't have to go on and on about the resturant how the food […] is there, Because saying "THE KEG" speaks for itself. The courtyard Marriott is a place where i would always stay and recommend it to all of my friends, and once again i like to say thank for the best three days of my life......In matter of fact im looking to come and stay there in the near future like at New Years to celebrate year 2012. Good location. Rooms were dirty and dusty. Slow draining whirlpool tub in the room. You can hear everyone beside you in the shower. Good service though and cheap parking.

Hotel is very nice and clean and very close to everthing. Have stayed here several times and will stay again

Hotel was within walking distance of Falls, activities and shops. Hotel was great for the price. Front desk was courteous and helpful.

My mom, myself, and two daughters had stayed here a couple of years ago and had a very good experience with this hotel. When we saw the deal on Hotels.com, although we were debating on a higher end hotel for a few bucks more per night, we just couldn't resist coming back to the Courtyard Marriott. It is far enough back from the craziness of Clifton […] Hills, but easily within walking distance to the Falls and the main attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were given a room on the 7th floor, and even though it was directly across from the elevators, neither my Mom or myself heard a peep the entire night. We were also given a very nice view of the Falls so that we could watch the fireworks from the room if we chose to, since the girls are still quite young (4 and 6). We spent a long, hot day at Marineland (which was pretty fantastic!) and made full use of the indoor pool before heading out for a late supper and then walked down to the Falls to see the Fireworks up close (we went on a Friday night). The Fireworks were amazing and we took our pooped-out princesses back to the hotel for a very comfortable and quiet night of sleep. We used both the outdoor and indoor pools in the morning before heading back to the room to change, pack up and check out. Although there is a $10 parking fee, you are allowed to leave your vehicle in the lot the day of check out until 5:00 pm or so which was perfect for us to head out back down to the Falls and poke around, and have an ice cream before heading out. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating, The rooms are well equipped - fridge, hairdryer, amenities, etc. The rooms have been kept up well since our last stay and freshened up as well with new linens, etc. The pools have a great supply of towels, so don't worry about bringing your own. The only request we might make is during our last stay we had a small balcony that would have been nice to sit out on after the girls were in bed, but wa Läs mer
