Det här är ett litet hotel som ligger ganska avsides i Kenilworth. Det är dock väldigt prisvärt och om man reser ensam och inte har för avsikt att göra mer än att sova på hotellet kan jag varmt rekommendera det. Åker man dit på semester skulle jag dock rekommendera något i Leamington Spa eller Stratford-upon-Avon. Hotellet ägs av ett vänligt par och de lagar själva frukosten som ingår i priset, vilken jag åt med stor belåtenhet. Rummen var små och kalla men om man jämför priserna med allt annat som finns runt omkring var detta helt klart en 4 av 5

Ett helt ok hotell. Lite kallt i rummet till en början, enkelglas på fönstret så det lät en del utifrån. Saknade varmvatten en morgon. Stort plus till brett sortiment på kuddar. Om du skall besöka NEC så är det gångavstånd, dock finns det inga gångbanor så taxi är det som gäller.

Utmärkt på alla sätt. Bokade smidigt genom hotels.com och fick t.o.m studentrabatt. Perfekt som övernattningshotell beläget direkt utanför flygplatsens entré. Mycket enkelt att åka flygplatsens monorail till pendeltåget för 10 min. vidarefärd till Birmingham centrum.Frukosten är ok, men inte lysande samt ingår ej. Inom gångavstånd finns den stora LG Arena där jag såg en mycket trevlig konsert på kvällen. Bara att hitta skyltarna för att hitta fram! Läget till allt från hotellet, får tveklöst toppbetyg. Hotellservicen var också utmärkt. Däremot var mitt rum endast städat på ytan. Under sängen, bakom soffan o.dyl. var det inte trivsamt alls. Det enda jag har att anmärka på, var just den begränsade städningen. Annars var allt mycket bra. Resans ändamål var främst ett dygns konsertbesök.

"perfect stopover for 2 nights"
Perfectly organised hotel for family stopping over to 'do' the shakespeare sights. We will definately stay again and 'do' warwickshire next time. A lovely one night stay for our family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 12 & 6). Check-in was quick and easy and although we were given a room opposite the lift, it wasn't noisy at all! The inclusive hot buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise; we were expecting cold continental! And the free WiFi came in handy, too. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days as I was working locally. The location is convenient, close to m40 and J15. The room was clean but extremely cold and requested additional heater which made a huge difference. The heater was on in my room when I entered, really appreciated this. The tv is very old school with only the basic channels and the reception […] of the arial was poor. Very basic amenities in the bathroom, but you can request additional things like shower caps from reception. "Pleasant hotel, convenient for Motorway."
We booked an overnight stay at this hotel on the way to visit Oxford. I had asked for a room on a lower floor and was given a room with facilities for disabled guests, which explained why the room had no couch, to allow room for a wheelchair etc. The reception staff were particularly helpful and the room was clean and comfortable and the price was economical. "A little disapointing, usually really good."
Air conditioning was very noisy, too noisy to sleep (so we had to sleep with no heating). There also a hidden charge, we had to pay for parking, in an out-of-town hotel! Irritating. Very near motorway, but sound insulation in room very good. Hardly noticed any noise. Clean, modern, no complaints. Pity they could'nt update the TV in the rooms to a flat screen model with Freeview. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, we could'nt fault anything. The only thing that i could comment on was the lack of a second choice of food to go with beans on the Monday morning. Sunday was good, we had a choice of scrambled eggs, sausage, and beans. On monday morning we only had sausage and beans. Although we booked on line at a reduced […] price, people who had paid the full rate, must have felt let down over the content of the breakfast. The only other issue i have, is having to pay a car park fee, i feel it should have been free to hotel guests. We will certainly stay at this hotel again, and would recommend it to others. "Good value for money"
We arranged a one night stay in the hotel to attend a wedding in the area. The hotel appears to be relatively new and has well appointed rooms and public areas. The hotel was generally very clean and the room was comfortable (the bed was a little on the soft side but we had a decent night’s sleep nevertheless). There’s a choice of firm or soft pillows […] too. Holiday Inn Express hotels provide a complimentary breakfast – mostly continental but some cooked items too. This was well cooked and there was a very good selection. The dining room wasn’t too busy and the service was attentive. There were a couple of areas where felt small improvements could be made: 1. Upon arrival, we were told that we would need to pay for car parking (£3 per day). Whilst this isn’t an excessive charge, it wasn’t mentioned to us at the time of booking. However, we thought that it would be better to increase the room rate by £3 per night to recoup the cost that way? 2. When we checked in, the receptionist quite firmly told us on three occasions that breakfast would be very busy in the morning and that we really should consider having breakfast early. In the event, we took breakfast at the busiest time and did not experience any difficulties. We felt that the message could have been communicated in a less instructional manner. 3. This was extremley close to Warwick castle and a perfect choice if visiting. We stayed in a family room and having read comments on here saying the sofa beds were not made up i emailed ahead and requested this was made up.
